Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic, is not only a disaster but will be an interesting challenge for educators, especially school teachers. It is interesting to synergize staying still at home while still working. School supervisors, school principals, teachers and students remain healthy but education continues to achieve its goals and visions. If this synergy continues and this pandemic ends, it will produce School Supervisors, Principals, Teachers and New Era Students who are accustomed to the digital era. Learning management in the form of planning, implementation and assessment given by school teachers to students to improve their competence so that they are able to develop their potential so that the teaching profession becomes more qualified, especially after the pandemic is over or if something similar happens in the future that makes the learning process situation not. take place with a face-to-face system at school. The purpose of this study was to obtain data on 1) lesson planning by teachers, 2) implementation of learning by teachers, 3) evaluation / assessment by teachers and 4) barriers, and 5) solutions obtained by teachers in implementing the learning management process reviewed by Principals and supervisors of assisted schools in dealing with these obstacles during the Covid 19 pandemic. By using the case study method, qualitative approach, interview data collection techniques, observation, and documentation study, research subjects for supervisors and teachers in the supervisors of zone A, Coblong district as well as Cidadap, and qualitative analysis, this study shows the results: 1) Learning planning by the teacher, 2) Implementation of learning by the teacher, 3) Evaluation / assessment by the teacher and 4) The obstacles that the teacher gets in carrying out the learning process are studied through constructivism theory from Lev Vygotsky who focuses on students as the subject in learning process by prioritizing social and cultural elements of students can help teachers improve pedagogical competence during the Covid 19 pandemic to better understand the concept of student-centered learning. It is recommended that guidance and training for teachers should continue to be developed in line with the changing times for the sake of improving the quality of Indonesian teachers.

Abstract

Education is a learning experience that has programs in formal, non-formal or informal education in schools that last a lifetime which aims to optimize the consideration of individual abilities, so that in the future they can play their roles appropriately. Non-Formal Education is a solution for children and adults who drop out of school, besides that, with Non-Formal Education, Education Services can serve anyone, because obtaining education, knowledge and knowledge can be done in a formal or non-formal way. the education management process includes planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating. Through good planning, PKBM is expected to become a truly effective forum for community empowerment, so as to be able to improve the quality of life of the community as expected and ultimately be able to improve the quality of human resources as a whole. The general objective of this research is to determine the effectiveness of PKBM management. Medium The specific purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of planning, organizing, implementing, controlling and evaluating PKBM. This research method is evaluative, collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the management at PKBM Bonti Sukses Abadi, PKBM Setia Mandiri and PKBM Peduli Anak Bangsa has been effective, both from the analysis of planning, organizing, implementing, controlling and evaluating, because of management. In accordance with the standards of PKBM management and based on the analytical standards of PKBM Bonti Sukses Abadi, PKBM Setia Mandiri and PKBM Peduli Anak Bangsa scored 100%. This means that all affective aspects. The management carried out in PKBM is running according to the initial planning. This is said to be very effective because based on the results of observations and interviews about the implementation of PKBM management, some of the questions resulted in referring to existing indicators, namely implementing the learning process, carrying out the learning assessment process, and Sriwijaya PKBM also carrying out a final evaluation. However, there is one obstacle that often occurs in learning residents who are often absent during learning. but this has been followed up by the head of PKBM by reminding them of the importance of science.

Abstract

Pesantren Baitul Qur’an in Wonogiri, Central Java, Indonesia, is an Islamic educational institution for memorizing the Qur’an. This pesantren has succeeded in educating students to memorize the Qur’an for less than two years. This paper questions the leadership model of the leader of Pesantren Baitul Qur’an Wonogiri, who can maintain the teacher’s quality so that students can memorize the Qur’an for two years. This study aims to analyze the leadership model of Pesantren Baitul Qur’an Wonogiri using a qualitative approach. This study argues that, first, the charismatic leadership model is more widely used by pesantren directors in everyday life because it inspires and influences other teachers’ thoughts, feelings, and behaviour. Second, the democratic leadership model is more widely used by pesantren directors in the bureaucracy because every teacher has the right to make decisions to achieve teaching goals effectively and efficiently. Third, the participatory leadership model is more widely used by pesantren directors in the organizational field because it involves the community voluntarily, so all institutional agendas run well.

Abstract

Referring to preventive measures to overcome the spread of Covid-19 in schools, the application of distance learning (Online) must be implemented so that all educators are required to use technology-based learning. The use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in accordance with the 2013 curriculum can be a variety of media and media that can be used as a reference are YouTube and Google Form. This research is a descriptive qualitative research-based research conducted at SMAN 2 Sukabumi City. The results of this study found that YouTube-based learning media is more effective than Google Form in Islamic Religious Education Learning (PAI). From the results of the questionnaire, it can be seen that the Google Form media is more suitable as a medium for evaluating students than as the main medium for learning.

Abstract

The number of teachers who do not understand the theories, models and methods of learning, is often a problem to achieve goals in Islamic education. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to analysis through library research which examines concepts and content (content analysis) related to theories and learning models in Islamic Education in Muhammad ibn Ali asy Syaukani's book, Adabu Talib wa Muntahal Arib. The data analysis procedures are: data collection, data reduction (data reduction/sorting), data display (data presentation), and conclusion drawing/verification (drawing conclusions/verification). To test the validity of the data, the researchers used test equipment: reference materials, confirmability, triangulation and transferability. The results of this study are the importance of the revival of knowledge and the tradition of science, the requirements for having multiple intelligences and abilities, and a brilliant learning model, namely the first multiple intelligences and multiple talents model, the mastery model of various disciplines. second, the concept of intelligence and dual abilities, namely learning, teaching and working.

Abstract

The purpose of this study in general is to find out how the application of one sheet lesson plan in SMA Negeri 12 Buru is, how is the suitability of the substance in the one sheet lesson plan to the achievement of the learning system, what factors support and hinder teachers in implementing the one sheet lesson plan policy, what are the solutions taken to overcome the problems that arise in the application of the one sheet lesson plan policy at SMA Negeri 12 Buru. Meanwhile, the specific objectives of this study are to describe the application of one sheet lesson plan at SMA Negeri 12 Buru, to analyze the suitability of the substance in the lesson plan one sheet to the achievement of the teaching system at SMA Negeri 12 Buru, to find out the factors that support and hinder the implementation of the single sheet lesson plan policy. at SMA Negeri 12 Buru and understand the solutions taken to overcome the problems that arise in implementing the one sheet lesson plan policy at SMA Negeri 12 Buru. Based on the results of research found by researchers in the field, it was found that the implementation of 1 sheet of lesson plans at SMA Negeri 12 Buru had been running effectively and efficiently. The achievement of the learning process during the pandemic period tends to decrease substantially, but with the application of one sheet lesson plan at SMA Negeri 12 Buru, it can help teachers to meet learning targets, through distance learning that is short, clear and concise so that learning materials are delivered properly where grades are good. students have passed the predetermined standard (KKM). In addition, teachers make various efforts to train their abilities in teaching and compiling and implementing one sheet lesson plans, both through trainings and webinars.

Abstract

Information is important for the update, so that information will be conveyed to the user effectively and efficiently, and the media must be the latest developments, therefore, a digital platform was created by the nation's children, namely school television. Where this school's TV can be accessed easily by anyone, anywhere, anytime. The study is intended to describe the application of the school features of TV as school media. The study uses qualitative descriptive methods. Data mining uses interviews and documentaries. The observed components include school TV use and the benefits of school stage features. The result of this study is that school TV is very useful as information media to parents/guardians given intratubular and extracurricular children, especially in the Rahmaniyah Islamic Kindergarten in Balikpapan. School TV makes it possible for teachers to increase their creativity in planning, organizing, and realizing the form of the programming of children's activities on the stage of school TV. This can be used as information media to facilitate parents’ access to school TV channels, especially children's activities in kindergarten.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the talking stick learning model and achievement motivation on social studies learning outcomes for class VIII students. This research method uses the experimental method. Data collection techniques using tests, questionnaires, and documentation. A sample of 64 respondents was taken from a total population of 351 students of SMP Negeri 1 Pematang Siantar. The data analysis technique used normality test, hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression analysis and t test and F test. The results showed that the talking stick learning model and achievement motivation had a positive and significant influence on students' social studies learning outcomes.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin belajar dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan ex post facto pada pendekatan kuatitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data mengguakan angket dan dokumentasi. Responden adalah 86 siswa di salah satu SMP di Kota Pematang Siantar. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa disiplin belajar dan motivasi belajar memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa dengan signifikan 0,042 < 0,05 dan Fhitung 3,289 > Ftabel 3,11. Jadi H0 di tolak dan Ha diterimah. Dengan demikian, hasil belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan disiplin belajar dan motivasi belajar siswa. Respondents were 86 students in one of the junior high schools in Pematang Siantar City. Data analysis technique using regression. The results showed that learning discipline and learning motivation had a positive influence on students' social studies learning outcomes with a significant 0.042 <0.05 and Fcount 3,289 > Ftable 3.11. So H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, student learning outcomes can be improved through increased learning discipline and student motivation. Abstract

This research aims to find out teachers' perceptions of the application of independent learning through a blended learning learning and what factors are obstacles in the application of independent learning through blended learning model at SMA Negeri 12 Buru. The research method of this research is descriptive types and approaches of qualitative research. The results of the study can be concluded as follows: Teachers' perceptions of the application of independent learning through a blended learning model at SMA Negeri 12 Buru, namely the application of independent learning at SMA Negeri 12 Buru has not been running or implemented because independent learning has not been socialized in schools directly to provide an understanding of independent learning to all elements of the school, both teachers, educational personnel, and students. During the Covid-19 pandemic, learning was carried out offline and online, namely online learning for students who have android-based cellphones while students who do not have android-based cellphones learn offline, namely teachers visit students in their respective homes the blended learning model during the Covid-19 pandemic helped the implementation of the learning process at SMA Negeri 12 Buru. Factors that become obstacles in the application of independent learning through a blended learning model at SMA Negeri 12 Buru are: 1) Limited learning facilities and infrastructure, 2) Schools do not have human resources for educational personnel, 3) Limited internet quotas, 4) Limited internet network access, 5) Lack of teacher ability to use information technology, 6) Economic limitations of parents.
