Abstract

To determine the effect of teacher competence and student learning motivation on students' economic achievement, multiple linear regression formulas and y regression equations are used. The data analysis technique used is the t test and f test at a significant alpha level of 5%. The results of the research and hypothesis testing concluded that, There is a positive and significant influence between teacher competence on students' economic learning achievement. There is a positive and significant influence between learning motivation on students' economic achievement. There is a positive and significant influence between teacher competence and learning motivation on students' economics learning achievement with a value of F_count> F_table. The coefficient of determination (R2) is obtained at 0.419 or 41.9%, the change in economic learning achievement is influenced by teacher competency and learning motivation. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between teacher competence and learning motivation on students' economics learning achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Peer Interaction and Emotional Intelligence on the Learning Achievement of Class XI Students in Online Business and Marketing at the Budi Agung Private Vocational School in Medan. The population of this study were students of class XI Online Business and Marketing at Budi Agung Medan Private Vocational High School, totaling 54 students. The instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. The results of data analysis using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing and it was concluded that peer interaction and emotional intelligence affect the learning achievement of class XI students of Online Business and Marketing at Budi Agung Medan Private Vocational School. This can be seen from the results of multiple linear analysis obtained by the equation Y = 25.018 + 0.358 (X₁) + 0.382 (X₂) then seen from the significant value between peer interaction that influences learning achievement as indicated by the value of t_count>t_table (2.730>2.007) and significance value (0.009<0.05). Furthermore, it can be seen that emotional intelligence influences learning achievement with t_count>t_table (2.771>2.007) and significance value (0.008<0.05). Simultaneously (F test) is indicated by the value of F_count>F_table (8.820> 3.18) and a significance value (0.001 <0.05). So that the hypothesis can be said to be accepted. Thus it can be concluded that peer interaction and emotional intelligence have a positive and significant effect on the Learning Achievement of Class XI Students of Online Business and Marketing at Budi Agung Medan Private Vocational School.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, and gender partially and simultaneously on the level of academic stress of students working on their thesis assignments in business education study program, at Medan State University. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression test. Test the hypothesis using the t-test, f-test, and different tests using the Independent Samples t-test. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of emotional intelligence on the academic stress level of 2018 Stambuk Business Education students UNIMED. There is an effect of self-efficacy on the academic stress level of 2018 Stambuk Business Education students UNIMED. There is a gender effect on the academic stress level of 2018 Stambuk Business Education students UNIMED There are differences in average stress levels between male students and female students. Where the stress level of male students has a higher average academic stress level when compared to female students in the 2018 Stambuk Business Education.

Abstract

This journal reviews the influence of online learning media on the learning interest of class B students in Unimed Econonics Education. In this research, data collection methods were used using questionnaires. The questionnaire was distributed to 30 sources appointed by the author. From students who are currently carrying out the online learning process and student responses to several questions created by researchers. From the diagram created by the researcher, it is clear that the dominant answer from students is that they do not agree and it can be proven that students do not like online learning and it makes it difficult for them to learn or understand the material. The application of online learning media is expected to determine students’ interest in learning in the economics education study program at Medan State University.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah ada hubungan antara lingkungan belajar dalam keluarga dan motivasi belajar dengan prestasi belajar ekonomi Siswa Kelas XI IPS SMA Sinar Husni T.P 2014/2015. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Lingkungan Belajar Dalam Keluarga dan Motivasi Belajar Dengan Prestasi Belajar Ekonomi Siswa Kelas XI IPS SMA Sinar Husni T.P 2014/2015. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Sinar Husni T.P 2014/2015, yang terdiri dari hanya satu kelas dengan jumlah 37 orang. Sampel yang diambil adalah keseluruhan populasi sebanyak 37 orang. Pengumpulan data dari penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi (DKN). Validitas dan reliabilitas angket ini diuji menggunakan menggunakan SPSS 16. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Pearson Correlation diproleh hasil r x1y > r tabel yaitu 0,813 > 0,325 dan r x2y > r tabel yaitu 0,835 > 0,325 dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil korelasi ganda nilai R > r tabel yaitu 0,874 > 0,325, serta untuk X1 nilai t hitung > dari t tabel yaitu 3,841>1,687 dan untuk X2 t hitung > dari t tabel yaitu 3,841>1,687, serta F hitung > F tabel yaitu 34,770 > 4,12 yang artinya hipotesis ditterima dengan demikian terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara Lingkungan Belajar Dalam Keluarga dan Motivasi Belajar Dengan Prestasi Belajar Ekonomi Siswa Kelas XI IPS SMA Sinar Husni T.P 2014/2015 diterima.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) Pengaruh motivasi belajar, dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Tiram. 2) Pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar. 3) Pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar. Subject penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPS SMA N 1 Tanjung Tiram. Total sampel 85 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan total sampling. Metode penelitian bersifat deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang suatu gejala pada penelitian. Sebelum penelitian ini dilakukan instrumen penelitian terlebih dahulu diujicobakan, dilanjutkan dengan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Instrumen angket motivasi belajar yang valid diperoleh 18 butir dari 20 butir angket yang diujicobakan, dan mempunyai reliabilitas sebesar 0,73. Instrumen angket lingkungan sekolah valid diperoleh 18 butir dari 20 butir angket yang diujicobakan, dan koefisien reliabilitasnya sebesar 0,69. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan: 1) Pengaruh motivasi belajar dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Tiram diperoleh sebesar 46,8 %, pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar diperoleh sebesar 34,5 %, pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar diperoleh sebesar 25,4 %, dan sisanya ditentukan oleh keadaan lain.

Abstract

This researchs aims to know The Effect of Motivation and Tax Knowledge on Career Interest in Taxation (Case study on Eka Prasetya Student Accounting Study Program) patially and simultaneously. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. The data source used in this research are primary data. The population in this study was STIE Eka Prasetya Accounting Students Class of 2018-2021 is 226 respondents. The number of samples obtained is 69 respondents by using Slovin formula . The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis method. T test show that motivation has no effect and is not significant on career interest in the taxation while Tax Knowledge has a significant and significant effect on career interest in the Taxation. F test show that Tax Motivation and Knowledge have a significant and significant effect on Career Interest in the Taxation. The results of the coefficient of determination test show that Career Interest in Taxation can be explained by Motivation and Tax Knowledge while the remaining is explained by other variables such as Perception, Professional Ethics, Career Perception, Gender, Self-Efficacy, and Labor Market Considerations.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the low student learning outcomes. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the Generative Learning Model on the Economics Learning Outcomes of Class This research was conducted in class X of Medan Budisatrya Private High School FY 2014/2015. The population in this study was all class X of Medan Budisatrya Private High School which consisted of 4 classes. This research sample consisted of X-3 as the experimental class and X-4 as the control class. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The instrument or data collection technique in this research is a test of student communication learning outcomes in the form of multiple choices of 20 items. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is the normality test, homogeneity test and to test the hypothesis the t test is used. The results of data analysis show that the average value of the experimental class is 64.75 with a standard deviation of 13.96, while the average value of the control class is 60.75 with a standard deviation of 13.99. Hypothesis testing is carried out using the t test statistical. From the results of the hypothesis calculation, the t_count is 5,750 and the t_table is 1,994. In other words, the hypothesis is accepted. From these results it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of the Generative Learning Model on the Economic Learning Outcomes of Class

Abstract

Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK) has an important role in shaping students' character and health. This study aims to explore the strategies used by teachers in managing PJOK learning at SDN 060792 with a focus on increasing student learning motivation. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results of the study show that teachers use various strategies, including the use of technology, project-based learning, and the use of a variety of activities to increase students' motivation to learn. This finding has important implications in the development of effective learning strategies in increasing student learning motivation in PJOK learning.

Abstract

Using a qualitative approach, this study examined students' motivation to learn Physical Education, Sport and Health (PJOK) in primary schools. This study used a qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques and participatory observation to collect data from teachers and students in elementary schools. Semi-structured interviews were conducted to find out students' perceptions, attitudes and experiences related to learning PJOK. The main objective of this research is to identify and understand students' motivation towards learning Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK) in elementary schools. In addition, this study also sought to explore students' perceptions, attitudes and experiences related to learning PJOK, such as the classroom environment, teacher support and learning methods. The results show that students' motivation is the main factor influencing their participation and learning achievement in the subject. In addition, the results show that positive interactions between students and teachers, as well as interesting and interactive learning approaches, contribute significantly to increasing students' motivation. This study concludes that, to increase students' motivation in learning PJOK, teachers and schools must provide continuous support. It is hoped that these findings will help teachers and policy makers create better and more engaging PJOK programs for primary school students.
