Community service activities integrated with thematic Real Work Lectures (KKN) of Halu Oleo University aim to contribute to the government and citizens, especially in public services in the midst of the New Normal period in Southeast Sulawesi. This activity is an online-based Urban Village Administration Training in Nambo District, Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi Province. The method used in the Thematic KKN is carried out directly at the activity location. Students are active from the beginning to the end of KKN activities carried out in the domicile area. The results of community service activities through Thematic KKN for students provide information that the average village government apparatus does not yet know and understand how to use internet technology facilities in public services, especially in managing village administration online based. There is only 1 website in the sub-district and all kelurahan do not yet have a website. There has never been any technical training on website management for village officials. Local government support is very limited in providing resources in realizing online-based urban administration.

Farmers in rural areas generally take advantage of the available feed sources around them. Their feed is fulfilled by utilizing agricultural by-products and natural forage available. Sindangkasih Village is well known as a transmigrant community from Java and Bali. Most of the people of Sindangkasih work as farmers and ranchers who are not familiar with high quality forages and how to cultivate them for animal feed. This program is to introduce the community in Sindangkasih Village to the potential of odot grass that can be cultivated as animal feed. So, the location is expected to be an area that has a variety of high-quality forage feeds for livestock, one of which is odot grass. The introduction of odot grass as a high-quality forage program is carried out as one of the leading service programs integrated with KKN thematic Program in 2021. The method used in implementing this program is to carry out counselling, direct practice and assistance in making odot grass nursery garden demo plots. The participants understanding the principles of odot grass cultivation easily and are able to adopt good cultivation techniques.

This service aims to provide education to the public about the dangers and ways of preventing Covid-19. The location of the Thematic Real Work Lecture (KKN) activity is the community in Kulisusu Village, Loji Village, North Buton Regency. Thematic KKN Service Methods through student involvement in implementing five Work Programs namely Healthy Living Community Movement (Germas), Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS), Community Movement Using Masks (Gemas), Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA) and Making Antiseptics and Disinfectants. The results of this Community Service through Thematic KKN Activity have succeeded in providing education and understanding of the prevention and transmission of Covid-19 by implementing Clean and Healthy Living Behaviors (PHBS) in the surrounding environment, how to use good masks, how to make and use antiseptics and disinfectants and use of medicinal plants which has properties as a prevention of covid-19.

The use of ecoenzymes is an effort to answer the problem of using inorganic fertilizers and environmental damage which is increasingly being used among farmers because their use has a negative impact. The target of implementing community service activities that are integrated with the Thematic KKN program are farmers in Lebo Jaya Village, Konda District, South Konawe Regency which have been designated as Organic Agriculture Areas. Most of the farmers in Lebo Jaya Village still use inorganic fertilizers and synthetic pesticides. The purpose of this activity is to provide farmers with an understanding of organic farming through training on making ecoenzymes. The output of this activity is that farmers are expected to gradually reduce or even no longer use inorganic fertilizers and start switching to the application of organic farming based on household waste.

Corona virus outbreak (covid-19) is now not only a problem of the Indonesian people, but has become a global problem. The Indonesian government formally declared the corona virus outbreak (Covid-19) as a National Disaster through Presidential Decree Number 12 of 2020. A number of government appeals have been made regarding the handling of the covid-19 pandemic, the aim of which is to break the chain of transmission of the virus so that it does not spread large. Appeals include physical distancing, which was before social distancing or keeping a distance from others, wearing masks when leaving the house, always washing hands with soap. This paper seeks to describe the forms of market traders 'understanding of government appeals and market traders' adherence to government appeals after technology-based assistance through community service activities integrated with Thematic College Real Work (KKN). The results of the activity indicate that there has been a change in understanding among some market traders regarding the danger of co-19 so that it gave birth to compliance in the form of the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), especially for traders who have the ability to use technology in accessing information related to the covid-19 outbreak. Compliance has not been maximized for some traders due to the limited ability to use technology (social media) for most traders, so that access to information on covid-19 hazards and ways to overcome them are also limited. Based on these findings, intensive socialization is needed by involving various parties and utilizing various media.

Kendari City as the provincial capital has the highest incidence of positive covid-19 cases compared to other districts / cities in Southeast Sulawesi, Until April 23, 2020 there were 17 positive patients with Covid-19 who were undergoing treatment. This has implications for decreasing consumption and people's income because they cannot carry out normal activities. The steps taken by the central and local governments to combat the Covid-19 pandemic are by carrying out social distancing or social restrictions by limiting distances between individuals and avoiding crowds. Another government policy is the implementation of work from home (WFH) or activities from home for some employees and school children. This condition adversely affects the economy of Kendari city. One of the solutions offered is raising quail by utilizing the house yard. Quail maintenance is quite easy, does not require a large area and the maintenance system can be completed in a minimalist manner. Quail products consist of eggs and meat. Quail meat is processed into rica-rica quail meat and eggs are processed into quail egg nest tofu. KKN-THEMATIC aims to provide insights and knowledge about processing and marketing of processed quail products to the public. The method used is a persuasive participatory method with direct extension activities and practices. The results that have been achieved in this KKN-TEMATIK activity are an increase in the knowledge and understanding of breeders and the community in developing their business sustainability by making processed quail products, aswell as marketing management of processed quail products.

In Indonesia, since the first two cases of COVID-19 announced on March 2, 2020, the number of cases has continued to increase in 32 provinces. Seeing this situation, the acceleration of COVID-19 snacks must be carried out thoroughly and involve all parties including universities. This community service aims to support and strengthen the Covid-19 prevention and prevention program carried out by the Central Government and Regional Governments. This service is done in the form of online education through social media namely Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram. Also, to support online socialization, activities were carried out on distributing masks, installing banners, and leaflets about preventing the spread of Covid-19 and making handwashing (Westafel portable). Online socialization activities are carried out by creating a WhatsApp group as a media to disseminate information related to preventing the spread of Covid-19; mask distribution is done by delivering directly to the residents' houses to prevent the crowd; pamphlets are installed in public places such as markets, village halls, places of worship and schools; making washing places for hands in public places and places of worship; and banners in several districts of Tiworo Raya, Lawa Raya, and Kusambi Raya. With the Covid-19 Prevention socialization conducted by the UHO Thematic KKN team in West Muna, it was very helpful in raising public awareness to avoid Covid-19.

Pengelolaan merupakan tindakan yang sesuai dengan peraturan yang ada untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Pemerintah Desa sebagai organisasi publik memberikan perhatian pada pelayanan publik. Pelayanan publik yang baik sesuai dengan prinsip good governance terdiri dari transparansi, akuntabilitas, responsibilitas, independensi dan kesetaraan. Prinsip good governance dapat terlaksana dengan baik melalui tertib administrasi. Bimbingan teknis dan pendampingan ini bertujuan: (1) memberikan pemahaman tata kelola administrasi pemerintah desa kepada perangkat Desa; (2) memberikan pendampingan pengelolaan administrasi pemerintahan Desa sesuai dengan Permendagri Nomor 47 Tahun 2016 tentang Administrasi Pemerintahan Desa. Peserta Bimtek dan pendampingan sebanyak 18 orang, terdiri dari Kepala Desa dan Perangkat Desa. Pelaksanaan Bimtek dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Pendampingan dilakukan oleh tim secara kelompok, terdiri dari empat kelompok yang beranggotakan 4-5 orang. Hasil bimbingan teknis dan pendampingan menunjukkan bahwa; (1) Pemerintah Desa yang terdiri dari kepala Desa dan perangkat Desa antusias mengikuti kegiatan ini sehingga dapat meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap tugas pokok, fungsi dan kedudukan masing-masing; (2) Kepala Desa dan perangkat Desa memahami pengelolaan administrasi pemerintahan Desa sesuai dengan buku administrasi pemerintahan Desa, terdiri dari: administrasi umum, administrasi penduduk, administrasi keuangan dan administrasi pembangunan

Indonesia is experiencing a significant increase in the spread of Covid-19 cases, especially in the middle of 2021. Efforts made by the government to reduce the spread of Covid-19 include instructions for implementing the 5M health protocol (Wearing masks, Washing hands, Keeping distance, Staying away from crowds, Reducing mobility). ) and Vaccination. The purpose of this community service activity is to educate the community, especially the community around Wonorejo Village, Tegalsari District, Surabaya City to increasingly implement and comply with the 5M health protocol and support the government's vaccination program so that the spread of Covid-19 can be reduced. Lalouesamba Village is one of the youngest villages in the South Konawe Regency, with a non-coastal slope topography of 82 meters above sea level and an area of about 4.1 km2. The majority are farming/gardening, coolies, and construction workers are the main occupations. Potential water resources include rivers with a width of 3-5 meters around the village. Each 1 artesian spot, boiling water spot, murky water borehole, and 5 units of wells with a depth of 15 meters. The problem with this village partner is that there is still a lack of access to clean water, so the solution offered to lift/pump the potential for river flow is to use a hydraulic ram pump without electricity & fuel. Therefore, this community service activity aims to provide an understanding of hydraulic ram pump knowledge and open insight into the potential for welfare due to the pump. The results of the transfer of knowledge of hydraulic ram pumps show a good indication with the achievement of the main material up to 80% based on the results of the feedback questionnaire and it can be stated that the villagers of Lalouesamba are ready to advance to the next stage, namely practical training on assembling/making hydraulic ram pumps. Requests for additional discussion from residents and village heads are evidence of the enthusiastic response, which is a sign of the opening of insight into the potential of hydram pumps for the welfare of villagers after receiving enlightenment about hydram knowledge
