Abstract This study aimed to determine the use of video conference applications as online learning media during the Covid-19 pandemic in the Office Administration Education Study Program, the obstacles that occurred and solutions of the problem. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. The data sources of this study included interviewees, locations and events, and documents.The research sampling techniques used were purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques. Whereas the data collection techniques used were triangulation technique and interviewees triangulation. The data analysis technique used was interactive analysis the research results, it shows thatthe use of video conference applications as online learning media is one of the alternatives to support the online learning process during the Covid-19 were easy to use and could be used to overcome the limitations in space and time. The obstacles experienced while using video conference applications as learning media are limited quotas, unstable internet connection, and an inconducive learning environment. The solutions taken to overcome the obstacles experienced are utilizing the quotas provided by the government, using a good Wi-Fi or provider in the area where each student lives, and creating a conducive learning environment while using video conference applications.

Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan (SIAK) oleh pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Surakarta, (2) Hambatan atau kendala yang ditemui dalam pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan (SIAK) di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Surakarta beserta solusinya. (3) Hasil peningkatan pelayanan oleh kinerja pegawai dengan adanya Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan (SIAK) di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian studi kasus terpancang tunggal. Model teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada model teori dari Van Meter dan Van Horn. Data yang digunakan berupa data primer dan data sekunder meliputi informan, peristiwa, tempat, serta dokumen. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data interaktif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa pemanfaatan sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan (SIAK) terdapat prosedur-prosedur yang dilakukan operator. Pelayanan di Dispendukcapil kota Surakarta terdapat dua bidang dalam pelayanan, yaitu dibidang pendaftaran penduduk (dafduk) dan bidang pencatatan sipil (capil). Sistem sering terjadi hambatan dalam penggunaan sistem informasi yaitu berupa jaringan yang memadai untuk mengkoneksikan antar data. Server dalam sebuah sistem informasi merupakan komponen utama, karena sebuah sistem informasi perlu adanya penyimpanan yang memadai untuk menyimpan data yang ada. Hasil sistem informasi administrasi kependudukan mampu memberikan pelayanan dan hasil telah sesuai dispendukcapil kota Surakarta dari adanya aplikasi SIAK yaitu berupa Pendaftaran Penduduk (dafduk) dan Pencatatan Sipil (Capil).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis serta mengevaluasi penerapan Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan (SIAK) di kelurahan Pucangsawit, kecamatan Jebres, kota Surakarta, (2) mengetahui kendala dalam Penerapan Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan (SIAK) di kelurahan Pucangsawit, kecamatan Jebres, kota Surakarta serta upaya pengembangan sistem yang telah ada. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus (case study). Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data library research. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kepustakaan, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik uji validitas data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi sumber dan metode. Analisis data menggunakan penyajian data, reduksi data, penyajian data, serta tahap akhir. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pelaksanaan penggunaan Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan (SIAK) di Kelurahan Pucangsawit Kecamatan Jebres Kota Surakarta telah memenuhi dua aspek dalam teori Technology Acceptance Model, yakni persepsi kebermanfaatan (perceived usefulness) serta persepsi kemudahan pengguna (perceived ease of use). Sementara itu, fasilitasi pelatihan serta sosialisasi dinilai penting sebagai kunci dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan kompetensi pegawai atau petugas dalam penerapan Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan (SIAK) serta upaya pelaksanaan koordinasi lebih lanjut dalam mengembangkan sistem yang telah ada.

The purpose of this study is to determine: 1) the effect of working from home on employee performance; 2) the effect of work environment on the employee performance; and 3) the effect of work from home and work environment simultaneously on employee perfomance at LPPKSPS. This study is a quantitative study with a survey method. The population in this study were all employees at LPPKSPS, 74 employees based on employee data 2020. The sampling technique used saturated sample. Final sample of this study amounted to 68 due to mutations and employee pensions. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, documentation, and archives. Data analysis technique using prerequisite test and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) there was significant effect on working from home on employee performance as evidenced by tvalue(2.790)> ttable(1.997); 2) there was significant effect of work environment on employee performance as evidenced by tvalue(2.761)>ttable(1.997); and 3) there was significant effect of working from home and work environment simultaneously on employees as evidenced by Fvalue(11.227)>Ftable(3.14). The results of this study indicate the double meaning of X1 and X2 toY by 23.4% and the remaining 76.6% the influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Bagaimana penerapan Aplikasi E-KIR DISHUB SOLO, 2) Kendala apa saja yang dihadapi dalam penerapan Aplikasi E-KIR, 3) Upaya yang dilakukan Dinas Perhubungan dalam menghadapi kendala penerapan E-KIR. Jenis penelitian yaitu deskriptif kualitatif, pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Penerapan Aplikasi E-KIR DISHUB SOLO di Dinas Perhubungan Kota Surakarta meliputi: a) perencanaan dan persiapan kelengkapan administrasi, b) sosialisasi Aplikasi E-KIR DISHUB SOLO kepada masyarakat, c) pelaksanaan pendaftaran Uji KIR melalui aplikasi E-KIR DISHUB SOLO, d) monitoring dan evaluasi pelaksanaan aplikasi E-KIR DISHUB SOLO. 2) kendala penerapan aplikasi E-KIR DISHUB SOLO diantaranya: a) masyarakat yang masih belum mengetahui aplikasi E-KIR DISHUB SOLO dan cara penggunaanya, b) jaringan yang tidak stabil, c) database pemohon uji kir tidak terbaca oleh sistem, d) mesin daftar mandiri yang tidak berfungsi dengan baik. 3) Upaya yang dilakukan Dinas Perhubungan dalam menghadapi kendala tersebut antara lain: a) sosialisasi secara masif kepada pemilik kendaraan bermotor wajib uji, b) koordinasi dengan pihak terkait agar dilakukan penguatan jaringan internet, c) melakukan backup data dan perbaikan sistem jaringan, d) perbaikan mesin daftar mandiri oleh pihak pengembang.

Sudah hampir dua tahun lebih seluruh dunia termasuk Negara Indonesia terjangkit virus corona atau yang dinamai menjadi Covid-19. Dari awal kemunculan Covid-19 Pemerintah Indonesia membuat berbagai kebijakan untuk mengurangi angka penyebaran virus corona, salah satu kebijakan yang sampai sekarang masih terus diterapkan adalah kebijakan pemberlakuan pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat, kebijakan pemberlakuan pembatasan kegaiatan masyarakat selalu diperbaharui setiap satu – dua minggu sekali melalui Instruksi Menteri Dalam Negeri. Dalam kebijakan pemberlakuan pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat dibagi menjadi beberapa level perwilayah, level ini ditentukan betrdasarkan angka penyebaran virus Covid-19 di setiap wilayah. Level kebijakan ini dibagi menjadi tiga level. Isi dari kebijakan tersebut salah satunya berupa pemberitahuan bekerja dari rumah atau work from home (WFH) yang wajib dilaksanakan oleh setiap sector yang disebutkan dalam instruksi dalam negeri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui produktivitas kerja pegawai selama work from home di PT Sang Hyang Seri. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif.

Abstract This research explained: (1) the impact of learning facilities on learning outcomes of staffing management students during the Covid-19 pandemic; (2) the impact of parental attention on learning outcomes of staffing management students during the Covid-19 pandemic; and (3) the impact of learning facilities and parental attention on learning outcomes of staffing management students during the Covid- 19 pandemic. This research is quantitative research with correlational method. The population were class XI students of the office management Vocational High School in Karanganyar. The proportionate stratified random sampling technique utilized and yielded 144 students from SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar and SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Karanganyar. Questionnaires and documentation procedures used to obtain data. Multiple linear regression analysis with precondition tests used to analyze the data. The results of this study explained that: (1) there is a positive effect of learning facilities on learning outcomes during the pandemic (tcount8.450>ttable1.976); (2) there is a positive effect of parental attention on the learning outcomes during the pandemic (tcount 2.533 > ttable 1.976); (3) there is a positive effect between both on the learning outcomes of during the pandemic (Fcount 61.713>Ftable3.06). X1 and X2 have an influence of 46,7% on Y (R2=0,467).

The purpose of this study isto determine: (1) find out whether there is an effect of office layout on the spirit of the employees in Dinas Pertanian, Pangan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Karanganyar, (2) find out whether there is an effect of office communication on the spirit of the employees in Dinas Pertanian, Pangan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Karanganyar, and (3) determine whether there is an influence between office layout and office communication on the spirit of the employees in Dinas Pertanian, Pangan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Karanganyar.This research is a quantitative research using survey method. The population in this study were employees of the Dinas Pertanian, Pangan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Karanganyar. Sources of data in this study came from respondents and literature study. The sampling technique was done by simple random sampling. Data was collected through interviews, questionnaires and observations. The validity test technique uses Product Moment Correlation, while the reliability test uses Cronbach's alpha. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS version 25.The results showed that 1) There is a positive and significant effect of office layout on the spirit of the employees. This is evidenced by the tcount of 2,619 > ttable of 1,672, thus Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. 2) There is a positive and significant effect of office communication on the spirit of the employees. This is evidenced by the tcount of 5,088 > ttable of 1,672, thus Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted. And 3) There is a positive and significant effect of office layout and office communication simultaneously on the spirit of the employees. This is evidenced by Fcount(33.053) > Ftable(3.159) then Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. Thus, the overall results of this analysis support the proposed hypothesis.

The purpose of this research is to find out the performance-based implementation of Si TAMPPAN at KUKM and Perindag Office Wonogiri. The research is a qualitative descriptive research using a case study approach. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data validation was obtained by methodological and sources triangulation. The results of the research shows: (1) Performance-based implementation of Si TAMPPAN at KUKM and Perindag Office Wonogiri in the form of: (a) Planning stage which includes: (1) socialization and training; (2) preparation of SKP; and (3) SKP approval; (b) activity uploads; (c) activity journal verification; (d) implementation results; (e) evaluation of information systems. (2) Obstacles in the implementation of Si TAMPPAN include: (a) dissemination of Si TAMPPAN was not maximal; (b) lack of IT mastery; (c) lack of facilities and infrastructure to support the implementation; (d) Si TAMPPAN's server is still having problems. (3) Efforts to overcome obstacles to the implementation of Si TAMPPAN include: (a) Re- dissemination of Si TAMPPAN to civil servants; (b) IT mentoring to civil servants who lack IT skills; (c) use more upgraded mobile phones and personal laptops; (d) make a statement letter and contact the super admin of Si TAMPPAN.

This study aims to determine: 1) implementation of archival management at BKPSDM Kabupaten Karanganyar, 2) obstacles in archival management at BKPSDM Kabupaten Karanganyar, 3) solutions to existing problems in archival management at BKPSDM Kabupaten Karanganyar. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with a case study approach. Research data obtained from informants, events, documents with purposive and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data was obtained by triangulation of techniques and sources. The data analysis technique used interactive model data analysis with the following stages: 1) data reduction, 2) data presentation, 3) data verification and conclusion drawing. The research procedure consists of the following stages: 1) preparation, 2) implementation and 3) the final stage. The results showed that: 1) implementation of archives management includes: (a) policies, (b) archiving development (c) archive management. 2) obstacles in archival management including: (a) no archiver available, (b) archive manager does not come from an archival science background, (c) insufficient archive facilities. 3) Solutions to overcome these obstacles include: (a) developing digital archives and creating web-based archiving systems, (b) collaborating with Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kabupaten Karanganyar to employees in the field of archive management.
