Abstract

This research aims to 1) know the values of the characters in the Fable of the Mouse Deer and his best friends. 2) find out the relevance of the character values in the fable book mousedeer and his best friend with the character values applied in elementary school. The research was conducted using the literature study method or literature of secondary data sources collected through textbooks, e-books, scientific journals, and educational journals. The stages of the data validity test consisted of collecting data or secondary sources, source criticism carried out by validators, interpretation or analysis of data, and historiography or writing of research results, then conclusions were drawn based on data analysis and research results. The results showed that 1) the fable text in the Fable book entitled mousedeer and his close friends contained character values namely the values of independent, creative, tolerance, friendly, environmental care, social care, hard work, peace-loving, democratic, religious. 2) the character values were in accordance with the 2013 curriculum include core competencies -1 (Ki-1) religious attitudes, core competencies -2 (Ki-2) social attitudes. The character values in children's story books of Fable entitled Mousedeer and his Best Friends were relevant to the regulation of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 87 of 2017. The character education values were formulated into 18, i.e.: religious, honest, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, democratic, curiosity, spirit of nationalism, love for the homeland, respect for achievement, friendly/communicative, love peace, love to read, care for the environment, care about social, and responsibility.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the relationship of using the student report application and the authentic assessments of curriculum 2013 to the elementary school teachers’ performance in Bantul regency. The main background for conducting this research is because the majority of teachers in Bantul Regency have used this application in their assessment. This research uses the survey method for elementary school teachers in Kapanewon Kasihan, Bantul Regency. The research sample is taken using a simple random sampling technique of 150 teachers among the whole 240 elementary school teachers This research uses a quantitative approach with correlational descriptive, and the instrument in this research was a questionnaire using a Likert scale model through the Goggle Form online. The data is processed in the multiple linear regression analysis method tabulated with the SPSS for version-26 Windows program. The hypothesis test uses the product moment correlation which previously carried out pre-requisite tests which included normality test, homogeneity test and linearity test. The results showes that: (1) there is a significant relationship between the students report application and teacher performance, based on the hypothesis test results, a correlation value of 0.762 is obtained with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05; (2) there is a significant relationship between authentic assessment and teacher performance, this is based on the results of the hypothesis test which obtaines a correlation value of 0.757 with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05; (3) there is a significant relationship between the use of student report application and the implementation of authentic assessment applied together on the performance of elementary school teachers with a double correlation value of 0.857 and R Square of 73.4%. The result of this research indicates that there is a positive and significant relationship between the student report application and authentic assessments with the performance of elementary school teachers in Kapanewon Kasihan, Bantul Regency.

Abstract

Future generations need scientific literacy to face challenges. One of the factors that influence students' scientific literacy is self-efficacy. The purpose of this study was to analyze how much influence self-efficacy and scientific literacy had. This research is a quantitative correlational study. The population of this research is the population of all fifth-grade students of SDN Kepuh Sedan Sidoarjo. A sample of VA class students was determined through the proportional cluster random sampling technique. The research instrument was a scientific literacy test and a self-efficacy questionnaire developed in a standardized manner. Analysis with simple linear regression test. The study results indicate that: (1) there is a positive influence between self-efficacy on the scientific literacy of elementary school students; (2) The effect of self-efficacy on elementary school students' scientific literacy is 26.2%. This means that 26.2% of the contribution in elementary school students' scientific literacy is influenced by self-efficacy.

Abstract

This research is a literature study with a qualitative approach. This research is motivated by the importance of students' understanding of the material properties of quadrilaterals. The purpose of this study is that researchers want to find out whether Van Hiele's theory and contextual approaches are effective in increasing the understanding of fifth grade elementary school students about the material properties of quadrilaterals. Van Hiele's theory is a theory that is specifically used in the field of geometry which has 5 stages of learning, namely the information stage, the directed orientation stage, the explicitization stage, the free orientation stage, and the integration stage. While the contextual approach emphasizes on 7 contextual components, namely: (1) Constructivism, (2) Asking, (3) Finding, (4) Learning Society, (5) Modeling, (6) Reflection, (7) Actual assessment. So that learning is obtained through knowledge and experience or the real world, improving students' higher order thinking processes, student-centered, active students, critical, creative, problem solving, students learn in a fun, exciting, not boring, and use various learning resources. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in students' understanding of the material properties of quadrilaterals by using Van Hiele's learning theory and contextual approach.

Abstract

This study aims at determining the effect of guided inquiry model based on multiple intelligence toward the social skills of elementary school students at Pasuruhan 1 State Elementary School, Mertoyudan District, Magelang Regency in Social Science learning of fourth grade. This research belongs to a Quasi-Experimental Design research with the Non-equivalent Control Group Design model. Research subjects were selected by Non-probability Sampling with saturation sampling model. The samples were 30 students consisting of 15 students in the experimental group and 15 students in the control group. The data collection methods were done by using a questionnaire and observation of social skills. The validity test of social skills questionnaire was done by using the product moment formula while the reliability test was done by using Cronbach Alpha formula with the help of the SPSS for windows version 25 program. Data analysis used in this research is a non-parametric statistical technique, namely the Mann-Whitney. The result of this study indicates that there is an effect of guided learning based on multiple intelligences on the social skills of elementary school students. This is proved by the results of the Mann-Whitney test analysis which shows the Asymps value. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.003 < 0.05. By this result, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted. Therefore, it can be said that there is social skills difference of the experimental class and the control class students. It is proved by a significant difference thus it shows that guided inquiry learning has a positive effect on student's social skills

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to (1) determine the effect of self-regulated learning on learning outcomes and (2) determine the effect of self-regulated learning on learning outcomes through student learning motivation in class V. This research is an associative research with quantitative research type, using a questionnaire path analysis model that used include The Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire (MSLQ) developed by Pintrich and Groot (1990) to measure self-regulated learning and learning motivation. The results of the analysis show that: (1) There is a significant influence between self-regulated learning on student learning outcomes, seen from the two aspects of self-regulated learning indicators related to the use of cognitive strategies and self-regulation. (2) and there is a significant effect between self-regulated learning on student learning outcomes through learning motivation, seen from the three aspects related to self-efficacy, intrinsic value, and text anxiety.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an E-LKPD product based on the SSCS Model (Search, Solve, Create, and Share) in science subjects for fifth grade elementary school students. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with a 4D development model. Research respondents were teachers and students of fifth grade elementary school. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out through interview instruments, questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that the feasibility value by media experts gets a percentage of 93.75% in the very feasible category, the feasibility value by linguists gets a percentage of 80% in the appropriate category, and the feasibility value of material experts gets a percentage of 92.5% with the appropriate category. very worthy. Furthermore, the small group trial response showed 91.67% results or in other words the students gave a positive response. This shows that the E-LKPD based on the SSCS (Search, Solve, Create, and Share) model is very suitable for use in science subjects in fifth grade elementary school.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between learning interest and parental care with online learning outcomes of Indonesian language for the fourth grade of SD Cluster 2 Kapanewon Sewon Bantul. This study uses a quantitative approach or data analysis with a correlational design. This study consists of 3 variables which consist of 2 independent variables, namely interest in learning (X1) and parental care (X2) and consists of 1 variable, namely the results of Indonesian online learning (Y). The subjects of this study consisted of the population, namely all students in six elementary schools in the Sewon sub-district which presented 890 students and a sample of 192 fourth grade students at SD Distance, SD Sawit, SD Distance 3, SD Blunyahan 1, SD Blunyuhan 2, and SD Muhammadiyah Pendowo. Sampling using purposive random sampling technique. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and tests. The data analysis technique used statistical calculation of product moment correlation. The results showed: First, based on statistical analysis between interest in learning and the results of online learning Indonesian, the correlation coefficient (r) = 0.502. This means that there is a positive and significant relationship (0.000 < 0.05) between interest in learning and Indonesian online learning outcomes of 25.2%. Second, statistical data analysis of the relationship between parental care and Indonesian online learning outcomes obtained a correlation coefficient (r) = 0.506. This means that there is a positive and significant relationship (0.000 < 0.05) between parental care and Indonesian online learning outcomes of 25.6%. Third, based on statistical data analysis of the relationship between interest in learning and concern for parents together with the results of online learning Indonesian, it is obtained a double correlation coefficient (R) = 0.575. This means that there is an interest in learning and concern for parents who together have a positive and significant relationship (0.000 < 0.05) with online learning outcomes for Class IV students of SD Cluster 2 Kapanewon Sewon by 33.1% and the rest 66 , 9% Influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of online learning through Zoom Meeting media at SD Muhamadiyah Bantul City, especially grade 2nd in elementary school. This type of research is qualitative with a case study approach. Sources of data in this study were grade 2nd teachers, students and parents of grade 2nd at SD Muhammadiyah Bantul Kota. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used triangulation of data sources. The results showed an increase in student learning in the form of increasing student understanding in receiving subject matter, students enjoying learning more, teachers and students can interact directly through zoom meetings, foster student interest in learning, teachers can better understand the character of students, students can work on practice questions with good, and parents can unite student learning to be more optimal

Abstract

Interactive digital modules for broad flat wake materials for grade IV students are motivated by, the variety of use of teaching materials, especially in mathematics learning in Kepuh Kiriman Elementary School 1. Interactive digital modules can be used to learn independently because students get feedback (scores) directly. The purpose of this research is to describe the process of developing interactive digital modules on broad flat wake materials for grade IV students and know their feasibility. This research uses a type of development research or commonly known as Research and Development (R&D). Using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). However, it is limited to the Analysis, Design and Development stage.  Data collection methods use questionnaires and documentation. Development research instruments used to assess the feasibility of interaktif digital modules are in the form of product feasibility questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use descriptive data analysis techniques for product processing and quantitative analysis to determine product feasibility. The results of this research are products of development results through three stages, namely Analysis (needs analysis, student analysis, content analysis / material), Design (the stage used to create an interactive digital module content framework) and Development (in the form of product development results.
