Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a model of physical education learning through traditional games to develop creativity in elementary school students. This research is designed using the research and development method  in six steps, namely preliminary studies, initial product development, validation and revision, small-scale trials, small-scale trials,  and the final product. This analysis in research and development uses descriptive statistical analysis. The trial subjects were 22 elementary school students. Has a result of research shows that the creativity of elementary school students can be developed through a learning model in which there are traditional games. The aspects of creativity that are measured in students are 4P (Creative person, Press, Creative process, Creative product). The results of filling out the questionnaire that has been carried out by each expert and teacher obtained an overall average of 3.58, so it is included in the good criteria. The results of analysis of field trial data, namely questionnaires for students on learning, obtained an average percentage of the corresponding answers of 89.25%. Based on the criteria that have been set, the product of developing a physical education learning model through traditional games has met the criteria so that it can be used for elementary school students.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the exemplary values in 'Lencana Alia' story book by Esti Asmala. This research was carried out with a qualitative method. The result revealed that Asmala combined symbolic modeling technique and positive reinforcement to give an understanding of exemplary values that children can practice. The symbolic modeling technique included the character activities that showed some moral values such as independence, cleanliness, responsibility, commitment, social care, and honesty. Then, an example of positive reinforcement was given to encourage children in the form of a badge based on the character they successfully played. Besides, children were also taught to recognize critical situations to see a situation that is more appropriate or favorable to their ego.

Abstract

The pattern of interaction and communication among young people is currently changing more towards digital communication with virtual social networks. Unfortunately, not many studies have been conducted to determine the relationship between the communication behavior patterns of social media networks and the fear of missing out. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of student self-regulation on the variable level of internet addiction and fear of missing out on information. This research was conducted using a survey method, taking a sample of 208 active students at the University of PGRI Yogyakarta, the sample was taken using a simple random sampling technique from a population of 480 students, the data were analyzed using a simple linear regression technique. The results showed that self-regulation had no significant effect on the level of fear of missing out, but had a significant effect on the internet addiction variable. For further reasons and causes of these findings are described in the discussion.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether there is an effect on the instilling of tawhid values on the maturity of children's attitudes in Salafi community of Pondok Aren South Tangerang, as well as analyze how much the effect is. This type of research was correlational by analyzing data in the form of descriptive statistics and simple regression. The population in this study was children aged 4 to 7 years and children aged 8 to 12 years in Salafi community in Pondok Aren South Tangerang. This study used purposive sampling as much as 20% of the total population of approximately 200 children. Meanwhile, the method of data collection used was with questionnaire. From the results of the calculation, the effect of instilling tawhid value got different (R square). Instilling the value of tawhid in children aged 4 to 7 years had an influence (R Square) of 0.588 or 58.8% towards the maturity of the children's attitude. Meanwhile, the instilling of tawhid value in children aged 8 to 12 years had an effect (R Square) of 0.654 or 65.4% on the maturity of the children's attitude. Meanwhile, the overall instilling of tawhid value in children had an influence (R Square) of 0.585 or 58.5% on the maturity of the children's attitude. The rest were other factors that were not studied by researcher.

Abstract

Teachers have a significant contribution to the learning success in schools. In creating conducive school, having good quality and generating graduates with integrity, good teachers’ performance is needed. Good teachers’ performance is affected by several factors including the principal's leadership, work motivation, and school culture. This study aims at analyzing whether there is a relationship between the principal's leadership, work motivation, and school culture with teachers’ performance. This research was conducted on classroom teachers at Muhammadiyah Elementary Schools in Gamping District with a population of 116. The sample used was the total population of 116. The independent variables in this study were the principal's leadership, work motivation, and school culture, while the dependent variable was teachers’ performance. The measurement of the variables was carried out by using a Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out by using multiple linear regressions with the help of SPSS 22 software. Based on the simple regression test and multiple linear regressions, the test results show that there is a significant relationship between the independent variables, the principal's leadership, work motivation and school culture on the performance of classroom teachers at Muhammadiyah Elementary Schools in Gamping District. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) test show that teachers’ performance (Y) can be explained by the variables of the principal's leadership (X1), work motivation (X2), and school culture (X3) by 65%, while the remaining 35% is affected by other factors outside of this study. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive and significant influence between the principal's leadership, work motivation, and school culture on the performance of classroom teachers in Muhammadiyah Elementary Schools in Gamping Subdistrict.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of parenting style and peer association on students learning discipline in an elementary school cluster 5, region III, Cakung district. This research uses a quantitative approach meaning that the data that has been collected in this research is presented in form of numbers and analyzed using statistics with the help of SPSS Version 26. The sampling technic used in this research is proportionate stratified random sampling. The sample was taken from 85 students in IV, V, and VI grades, and selected randomly. The data collection technic uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and documents/archives. The data analysis technic uses a multiple regression technic, with partial hypothesis testing (t-test), simulation (F test), also coefficient determination (R2). The result of this research shows the significant effect of parenting style and peer association on students learning discipline in an elementary school cluster 5, region III, Cakung district, With F-count bigger than F-table (798,504>3,123, and the significant value is smaller than 0,05 (0,000<0,05), also R2 is 97% which is explained by independent variable on the dependent variable and the rest 2,5% which is explained by another uninspected variable.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah pengembangan aplikasi pembelajaran online berbasis etnomatematika (POBE) di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan yang tujuannya adalah merancang suatu model atau produk. Penelitian ini dibatasi pada ujian POBE untuk sekelompok calon guru sekolah dasar dari program Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar yang ada perguruan tinggi di Provinsi Riau, Indonesia. Data yang digunakan berupa studi dokumentasi dan FGD. Pelaksanaan penelitian mengikuti kerangka penelitian. Pertama, tahap analisis masalah dan potensi. Kedua, tahap melakukan studi teoritis, studi literatur dan dokumentasi. Ketiga, tahap mengamati objek penelitian dan merancang kerangka pengembangan. Keempat, tahap desain produk awal dan uji validitas. Dari hasil validitas produk dan berdasarkan masukan ahli dan penilaian calon guru SD, dilakukan revisi terhadap produk yang dikembangkan agar mendapatkan produk akhir untuk digunakan dalam perkuliahan. Berdasarkan hasil validasi (penilaian formatif) oleh para ahli, kemudian dilakukan revisi, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa produk POBE telah memenuhi kriteria valid dengan kriteria sangat baik sehingga layak untuk digunakan oleh mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitiaan deskriptif kualitatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kesalahan pola kalimat pada pembelajaran daring di SD Muhammadiyah Suronatan Yogyakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, merekam, dan menganalisis data.  Pengambilan data ini dilakukan dengan pembelajaran menggunakan Zoom. Hal ini disebabkan pengambilan data dilakukan pada saat pembelajaran daring. Teknik analisis penelitian ini disesuaikan dengan data yang ada. Dalam penelitian ini, hasil yang diperoleh adalah banyak terdapat kesalahan pola kalimat. Kesalahan pola kalimat yang paling banyak adalah pola P sebanyak 8, kedua pola S-K sebanyak 3, urutan ketiga pola K-S, P-S1-S2, P-K, dan S masing-masing sebanyak 2, urutan keempat pola P1-P2-S, P-kata tanya, Kata tanya-P, K-kata tanya-K, P-K-S, P-kata tanya-K, P1-S2-P1-S2, S1-S2-P-Pelengkap, S1-S2, S-P1-kata tanya-P2, S1-S2-K-P, S-K-P-Pelengkap, K, Kata tunjuk-S, Kata tanya-S, dan P-O-S masing-masing sebanyak 1. Analisis pola kalimat yang sering muncul pada penelitian di atas adalah pola Predikat (P) karena lebih mudah diucapkan.

Abstract

The research is based on student responses to online learning by the teacher using the Microsoft Teams application. This type of research is qualitative case study. The research subjects were 2 students in grade III. Data collection by questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis with data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research on student responses in cognitive dimensions of understanding aspects: easy to understand the content of the material using the Microsoft Teams application, quickly understand the content of the material, easy to remember the material using the Microsoft Teams application through the file feature. Aspect of clarity: reading instructions for doing assignments clearly, prefers to work using the Assigment Feature. The affective dimension of the motivational aspect is always given a motivational sentence for doing assignments through the Microsoft Teams application by the teacher, doing assignments on their own and asking friends, doing quizzes on their own without asking their parents. Interesting aspect: interested in presenting material using the Microsoft Teams application, learning like face-to-face with classmates. Through the video conferencing feature. Curiosity aspect: asking the teacher using the Microsoft Teams application on a daily life event related to the subject matter. The conative dimension of the tendency aspect: tends to ask questions, pages, materials using the Microsoft Teams application, tends to ask questions via chat or video conferencing features.

Abstract

Abstrak Pendidikan karakter dipercaya mampu menjadi penyelesaian berbagai masalah yang ada di masyarakat. Program Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) merupakan rumusan pendidikan karakter terkini di Indonesia di mana peserta didik diharapkan mampu mengembangkan enam profil pelajar Pancasila: (1) Beriman, bertakwa kepada Tuhan YME, dan berakhlak mulia, (2) Berkebhinekaan global, (3) Bergotong royong, (4) Mandiri, (5) Bernalar kritis, dan (6) Kreatif. Metode pelaksanaan P5 adalah pembelajaran berbasis proyek (project-based learning) di mana siswa diharapkan bisa mendapatkan pengalaman belajar informal melalui struktur belajar yang fleksibel (dibanding pembelajaran formal di dalam kelas), pembelajaran yang interaktif, dan berinteraksi secara langsung dengan lingkungan di sekitarnya untuk memperoleh berbagai kompetensi yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kegiatan P5 yang diadakan mampu menampakkan atau menanamkan keenam profil pelajar Pancasila itu. Metode penelitian dan pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Peserta penelitian ini adalah kedua puluh dua siswa kelas dua SD Srepeng, Semanu, Gunung Kidul yang mengikuti program P5 pengurangan sampah plastik dengan cara mengolah sampah botol plastik menjadi tempat pensil sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama aktivitas para peserta menunjukkan keenam profil pelajar Pancasila yang diharapkan.
