EDU RESEARCH : Jurnal Penelitian Pendidikan merupakan jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh IICLS (Indonesian Institute for Corporate Learning and Studies), dan sebagai sarana publikasi hasil penelitian serta sharing perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan. Informasi mengenai pedoman penulisan artikel dan prosedur pengiriman artikel terdapat pada setiap penerbitan. Semua artikel yang masuk akan melalui ‘peer-review process’ setelah memenuhi persyaratan sesuai pedoman penulisan artikel. Penerbitan jurnal ini dilakukan sebanyak tiga bulan sekali yaitu pada bulan Maret, Juni, September, dan Desember.

Abstract

KKN stands for Real Work Lecture, which means it is a program activity for students in dedicating themselves to the community which is carried out with an approach starting from the field of social sciences, and others. The KKN that we carried out was from Nusantara Muslim University Al Washliyah Medan which got a location in Central Mainu Village, Dolok Merawan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The KKN activities last for 21 days starting on July 10 2023 to July 29 2023. The KKN activities that we will carry out are expected to be a window of enhancing knowledge for students in Central Mainu Village and in the future what we have provided can be useful for all of them in facing the world of education in the future

Abstract

KKN (Kuliah Kerja Nyata) merupakan suatu kegiatan program bagi para mahasiswa/mahasiswi dalam mengabdikan diri kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan mulai dari bidang keilmuan sosial, dan lainnya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif .Kegiatan mahasiswa KKN mendapat dukungan dari pemerintah setempat dan masyarakat desa. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dalam kegiatan mahasiswa KKN banyak melibatkan masyarakat dari berbagai golongan. Pemerintah desa beserta aparatnya banyak melibatkan mahasiswa KKN dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan-kegiatan desa seperti pemben kegiatan Posyandu, melakukan senam bersama anggota PKK, perwiritan dan Kegiatan perlombaan 1 Muharram. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Setelah data terkumpul dilakukan olah data dengan uji keabsahan data. Kegiatan KKN Universitas Muslim Nusntara Al-Washliyah Medan diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat desa khususnya yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan ketentraman, dan peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat desa.

Abstract

Kemandirian belajar merupakan proses yang menjadi seseorang individu memiliki melibatkan pengambilan tanggung jawab, baik dengan atau tanpa bantuan orang lain, mengidentifikasi sumber daya dan materi pembelajaran yang mereka perlukan, mendiagnosis kebutuhan belajar mereka sendiri, menciptakan tujuan pembelajaran, memilih dan mempraktikkan strategi pembelajaran terbaik, dan menilai kemajuan mereka. Konsep diri dan penyesuaian diri siswa merupakan dua aspek kunci yang menentukan kemampuannya dalam memperoleh kemandirian belajar. Selain itu, persepsi dan penilaian siswa terhadap dirinya sendiri disebut sebagai konsep diri, sedangkan kemampuannya dalam menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungan disebut dengan penyesuaian diri. Kemandirian belajar dan konsep diri memiliki korelasi yang baik, menurut temuan studi literatur. Pemilik konsep diri positif biasanya menunjukkan kemandirian belajar yang kuat. Hal ini merupakan hasil dari keyakinan dan keyakinan diri mereka dalam kapasitas mereka untuk belajar. Selain itu, kemandirian belajar dan penyesuaian diri berkorelasi positif. Orang yang dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungannya lebih mungkin memahami dan mengatasi berbagai hambatan belajar. Secara keseluruhan, kemampuan siswa untuk memperoleh kemandirian sangat dipengaruhi oleh konsep diri dan penyesuaian diri. Penelitian ini merupakan tinjauan literatur, termasuk data yang dikumpulkan dari temuan terkait. Memiliki pemahaman umum tentang topik penelitian, mencari informasi yang mendukungnya, menekankan fokus penelitian, mencari dan memperjelas bahan bacaan yang diperlukan, membaca dan membuat catatan penelitian, dan terakhir mengkaji, memperkaya, dan mengklasifikasikan bahan bacaan sebelum mulai menulis adalah langkah-langkah yang terlibat dalam melakukan penelitian kepustakaan. Penulisan deskriptif digunakan untuk melakukan penyelidikan literatur secara mendalam. Penulisan deskriptif digunakan untuk melakukan penyelidikan literatur secara mendalam mengenai konsep diri dan penyesuaian diri dengan kemandirian belajar.

Abstract

Pendidikan mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas individu, tidak hanya pada aspek pengetahuan tetapi juga mempengaruhi perilaku. Pengaturan diri, kemampuan individu untuk mengelola pembelajarannya, merupakan kunci untuk mencapai keberhasilan pendidikan. Fenomena regulasi diri yang buruk khususnya pada remaja sering ditemukan dan dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar dan perkembangan akademiknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peningkatan self-regulated learning melalui pengaruh self-eficacy dan dukungan sosial dalam konteks pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan, dengan kajian pustaka sebagai pendekatan utama. Landasan teoritis, konseptual, dan hipotesis untuk penelitian ini disediakan oleh tinjauan literatur. Pendekatan ini menjelaskan proses tindakan metakognitif, motivasi, dan perilaku dalam pembelajaran dalam kerangka self-regulated learning. Efikasi diri yang tinggi dan dukungan sosial diperlukan untuk pembelajaran mandiri, yang didefinisikan sebagai sejauh mana peserta mengintegrasikan motivasi, metakognisi, dan perilaku dalam proses pembelajaran. Efikasi diri, atau keyakinan terhadap bakat diri sendiri, merupakan faktor kunci dalam menginspirasi orang untuk mengambil tanggung jawab akademis. Self-regulated learning juga dibentuk oleh dukungan sosial yang meliputi rasa nyaman, perhatian, kekaguman, dan dukungan dari lingkungan sosial. Pendidikan tidak hanya mencakup perolehan pengetahuan tetapi juga pengembangan keterampilan manajemen diri selama proses pembelajaran. Meningkatkan dukungan sosial dan efikasi diri yang positif dapat menghasilkan pembelajaran yang lebih mandiri. Oleh karena itu, dalam upaya meningkatkan taraf pendidikan dan hasil belajar individu, perhatian khusus harus diberikan pada pembinaan rasa percaya diri dan lingkungan sosial yang mendukung.

Abstract

Learner motivation in participating in learning is very necessary. Motivation is a condition that causes or generates certain behaviours and gives direction and resilience to these behaviours. Based on observations that the author has made at SMK Negeri 4 Kerinci, PJOK learning activities have not been carried out properly according to the demands of the curriculum. This is indicated by the activity of students in participating in PJOK learning which lacks the attention and supervision of the PJOK teacher. The purpose of the study was to obtain information and an overview of the review of student motivation in PJOK Learning at SMK Negeri 4 Kerinci. This type of research is classified in the type of descriptive research that aims to describe and interpret the data as it is. The population in this study were all class X students of SMK N 4 Kerinci. Taking random sampling technique. After carrying out random sampling activities above, the selected sample in this study was class X OTKP, totalling 32 students. Based on the results of research on "Review of Student Motivation in Pjok Learning at SMK Negeri 4 Kerinci", it can be concluded: Review of Student Motivation in Pjok Learning at SMK Negeri 4 Kerinci is in the very good category with an achievement of 84.035% classified as very good. From the results of data analysis and description of the results of the review at SMK Negeri 4 Kerinci on indicators of the quality of facilities and infrastructure, classified as excellent with the acquisition of mean = 6.75 with an achievement of 96.43%. From the results of data analysis and description of the results of the review of facilities and infrastructure development on the indicators of facilities and infrastructure, classified as good with the acquisition of mean = 9.31 with 71.64% achievement.

Abstract

Based on the researcher's monitoring of the phenomena that occur in the field, the researcher suspects that the abdominal muscle strength of Cahaya Motor FC Padang football players is still far from expected, this is evident from: the strength of the player in heading the ball is weak, the ball that is headed is not on target and does not arrive at the destination. The purpose of this research is "to find out how much there is a contribution between abdominal muscle strength to the heading ability of Cahaya Motor FC Padang players". In this study, the population is Cahaya Motor FC Padang players who are still actively training and registered as Cahaya Motor FC Padang players in 2023, totalling 30 people. Guided by the research population, the sample in this study is all the existing population, namely Cahaya Motor FC Padang players who are still actively training and registered as Cahaya Motor FC Padang players in 2010, totalling 30 people. Before testing the hypothesis, the data analysis requirements were tested with the data normality test (Lilliefors test) at a significant 0.05. Then after that because the different test tools cause the number of digits in the data to be different so that it must be converted into T-Score form using the T-Score formula from Don R Kirkendall. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that "There is a Contribution Between Abdominal Muscle Strength and Heading Ability of PS Players. Cahaya Motor FC by 94.6%".

Abstract

Based on the author's observations so far, it appears that the ability of athletes at PB. STARKA Kayu Aro District in hitting round the head clear is said to be moderate. There are those who have good waist flexibility but when hitting round the head clear shots are not also good. This can be seen from the frequent retrieval of Shuttlecock from this round the head clear shot, the shuttle falls in the middle of the opponent's field or responsibility, the shuttle is mostly out (out) instead of this round the head clear shot the shuttle falls at the back of the opponent's field. Based on the description above, on this occasion the author tries to look further at the relationship of waist flexibility, to the ability to hit round the head clear badminton club PB players. STARKA Kayu Aro District. This study aims to determine the relationship between waist flexibility and the ability to hit round the head clear players Club PB. STARKA Kayu Aro Subdistrict. The research method used in this research is correlation. Correlation is to determine the relationship or interdependence between two or more variables. Population is the whole object of research. The population in this case is PB athletes. Starka Kayu Aro District which totalled 16 people. Furthermore, the researchers took a sample in this study of 10 PB players. Starka Kayu Aro District. Sampling in this study was carried out by measuring waist flexibility against the ability to hit Round The Head Clear. To obtain data in this study, tests were conducted on PB club players. Starka Aro wood sub-district. The form of the test carried out in this study is a test of the ability to hit round the head clear. Where when the taster hits round the head clear then counts how many values are obtained. The instrument used to measure waist flexibility is the sit and reach test, the way of assessment is to record the ability to reach from athletes. The hypothesis test used in this study is the product moment correlation test but previously the normality test and variance homogeneity test were carried out. Based on the results of the research that has been described, it can be stated that the results of data processing obtained sig. (2-tailed) = 0.002 < ∝ = 0.05 means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted so that it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between waist flexibility and the ability to hit Round The Head Clear Badminton Club PB players. Starka Kayu Aro District.

Abstract

Komunikasi interpersonal sangat penting dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris. Komunikasi interpersonal yang baik membantu siswa untuk memahami. Penelitian ini meneliti komunikasi interpersonal guru bahasa Inggris untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa Inggris siswa. Model Interaksional dari Teori Hubungan Interpersonal menyatakan bahwa komunikasi adalah sebuah proses interaksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Observasi lapangan langsung dan wawancara dengan guru bahasa Inggris dan siswa kelas terkait diperlukan untuk proyek ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Lintong Nihuta. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa guru bahasa Inggris SMP Negeri 3 Lintong Nihuta menggunakan taktik komunikasi interpersonal yang berbeda dengan setiap siswa. Metode Audio Lingual digunakan dalam media berita online dan instruksi. Metode ini menekankan pada komunikasi interpersonal dengan menggunakan bahasa Inggris dalam dua kelas berdurasi 35 menit untuk membiasakan siswa dengan kalimat dan kosakata bahasa Inggris.

Abstract

This study aims to make kerinci district cricket athletes understand more about bowling techniques in cricket games and improve bowling technique skills to achieve maximum results in bowling... This research was conducted at the old local government field in Sungai Penuh city. Data collection was carried out on 22 March - 02 April 2023. This research method is to use quantitative descriptive research and the technique used is a survey in the form of a percentage of success and failure in bowling. The population and sample of this study were all cricket athletes in Kerinci district totalling 22 people consisting of 11 men and 11 women in preparation for porprov jambi in 2023. Based on the problems raised and supported by the description of the theory and conceptual framework and then analyse the data, the results of the study can be concluded as follows: kerinci district cricket athletes for fast bowling and slow bowling technique skills have mastered well, while for swing bowling and spin bowling technique skills have not mastered well, but there are still weaknesses in bowling, namely the lack of power or strength when throwing. and the placement of balls that still do not hit the target. And the placement of the ball that still does not hit the target or stump, of course, by doing maximum coaching and training, of course, it can minimise errors when bowling.

Abstract

Education is an important aspect in developing humans as quality resources. Citizenship education teaches about Indonesia's diversity, one of which is mutual cooperation. -module or electronic module is a module in digital form, consisting of text, images, or both containing digital electronic material. This research aims to determine the development of an Android-based E-module on mutual cooperation material in Civics learning in elementary schools. The method used is review research conducted using several previous articles. The results of this research are that after testing the validity of the e-module, it can be stated that the e-module can be used and further developed. So it can be concluded that the development of the E module is effective for use. The effectiveness of the e-module developed is very good for use in learning. From these results it can be concluded that the Android-based E-Module Development product uses Mutual Cooperation Material in Civics Learning in Elementary Schools.
