Informasi mengenai pedoman penulisan artikel dan prosedur pengiriman artikel terdapat pada setiap penerbitan. Semua artikel yang masuk akan melalui ‘peer-review process’ setelah memenuhi persyaratan sesuai pedoman penulisan artikel. Abstract

In recent years, learning media has developed very well in various types one of which is media in improving students' listening skills. Examples of possible media used is an English movie. By using this English movie there are many benefits obtained by students, namely, students can learn good English pronunciation directly from movies that is broadcast, students can add new vocabulary, students can learn good grammar and correct and also students can practice their listening skills. Apart from that, this movie can be used as a medium that can make students more active in taking classes, not boring and interesting so learning can go well. The aim of this research is to find out how much effective use of movie in improving students' listening skills in the field of language studies students' English, and also to find out students' perspectives on the use of movie as a medium learning. In the research conducted, the researcher used the literature study method with collect some data from various related journals for review in collecting data. The conclusion of this research is that the use of English movie improves abilities Listening to students is very effective. According to the student's perspective, the use of this film is very helpful them in learning.

Abstract

Hasil observasi yang penulis lakukan menunjukkan adanya ketidaksesuaian atau adanya kesenjangan antara teori dengan fenomena, seharusnya dari teori yang menyatakan bahwa siswa harus selalu memelihara dan menjaga semua fasilitas yang berada di sekolah, contohnya memelihara kebersihan lingkungan sekolah , menciptakan suasana sekolah yang aman dan menyenangkan, sopan santun dalam pergaulan, (selalu memelihara lingkungan fisik maupun psikis) tetapi ini malah sebaliknya tidak memelihara lingkungan sekolah dengan baik. Diduga faktor penyebab masalah di atas adalah kurangnya perhatian kepala sekolah terhadap lingkungan sekolah, kurang perhatian komiteterhadap lingkungan sekolah, kurang perhatian dari para guru, kurang perhatian siswa terhadap lingkungan sekolah sehat, kurang perhatian pemerintah setempat dan kurang kerja sama dengan puskesmas. Merujuk dari pendapat di atas dan berdasarkan permasalahan yang akan dibahas dalam penelitian ini, maka Penelitian ini digolongkan dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian deskriptif merupakan penelitian untuk memberikan uraian mengenai fenomena atau gejala sosial yang diteliti dengan mendeskripsikan tentang nilai variabel mandiri, baik satu variabel atau lebih berdasarkan indikator-indikator dari variabel yang diteliti tanpa membuat perbandingan atau menghubungkan antara variabel yang diteliti guna untuk eksplorasi dan klasifikasi dengan mendeskripsikan sejumlah variabel yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (a) Persepsi siswa terhadap pemeliharaan lingkungan fisik dilihat dari kebersihan termasuk pada kriteria baik. (b) Persepsi siswa terhadap pemeliharaan lingkungan fisik dilihat dari keindahan termasuk pada kriteria cukup. (c) Persepsi siswa terhadap pemeliharaan lingkungan fisik dilihat dari kerapian termasuk pada kriteria baik. (d) Persepsi siswa terhadap pemeliharaan lingkungan psikis dilihat dari keamanan termasuk pada kriteria baik. (e) Persepsi siswa terhadap pemeliharaan lingkungan psikis dilihat dari ketertiban termasuk pada kriteria cukup. Persepsi siswa terhadap pemeliharaan lingkungan psikis dilihat dari kekeluargaan termasuk pada kriteria sangat baik.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi diketahui bahwa proses pembelajaran di SMA Negeri 1 Kerinci telah berjalan dengan baik, namun masih terdapat beberapa kelas yang memiliki nilai rata-rata di bawah standan kriteria ketuntasan minimal yaitu 75. Hal ini di akibatkan oleh rendahnya kemampuan peserta didik dalam pemecahan masalah, sehingga peserta didik kesulitan dalam memperoleh pengetahuan baru. Hal mendasar dari permasalahan ini adalah rendahnya skor yang dicapai peserta didik kelas kelas X MIA 2 pada setiap indikator creative thinking skill rata-rata kecil dari 60%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan model project based learning dalam peningkatan creative thinking skill peserta didik pada pembelajaran fisika, peningkatan creative thinking skill peserta didik pada pembelajaran fisika melalui project based learning, dan seberapa besar perbandingan peningkatan creative thinking skill peserta didik sebelum dan setelah menerapkan pembelajaran project based learning. Metode penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen tipe Control Group Pretest-Postest Design yaitu sebelum perlakuan diberikan terlebih dahulu sampel diberi pretest (tes awal) dan diakhir pembelajaran sampel diberi postest (tes akhir). Desain ini digunakan untuk mengetahui peningkatan creative thinking skill peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran fisika setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran project based learning. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat dari nilai rata-rata creative thinking skill peserta didik pada setiap indikatornya dari kondisi awal ke kondisi akhir. Pada pertemuan pertama nilai rata-rata kemampuan berpikir kratif peserta didik hanya 59 dengan kategori tidak kreatif, kemudian diterapkan model project based learning shingga meningkat mencapai nilai rata-rata 65,2, pada pertemuan kedua menigkat mencaapai nilai rata-rata 73,6, pada pertemuan ketiga meningkat mencapai nilai rata-rata 78,7, dan pada pertemuan terakhir mencapai nilai rata-rata 88,5 dengan kategori sangat kratif. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model Project Based Learning dalam pembelajaran, untuk meningkatan creative thinking skill peserta didik.

Abstract

Based on the observation conducted by the researcher in MAN 1 Kerinci shown that the student’s learning outcome still have not reached the KKM. One of the reasons is the teachers have not been able to compose learning materials in accordance with the demands of the curriculum. Learning model by teachers have not been able to guide the students in learning. Therefore, it is necessary to develop learning materials by PBL. This study was aimed to develop learning materials the from e-modul by PBL integrated covid-19 to straight motion subjects with valid, practical, and effective. Methodology of this study was research and development. The development model used was 4-D model consist of define, design, development, and disseminate. In the define phase, it was done curriculum, student, and material analysis. In the design phase, it was done by designing learning materials the from e-modul. In the development phase, it was done test of validity, practicality, and the effectivity of e-modul. Then in the disseminate phase, it was done test of practicalities, and effectiveness. The data about test of validity was obtained trough the validation sheet of e-modul. Data about test of practicality was obtained trough observation sheet of lesson plan accomplishment and the questionnaire responses of teachers and learners. Data about test of effectivity was obtained trough an assessment of knowledge, attitudes, and skills of learners. Then, the data about increase student’s creative thinking skill was obtained trough comparison between the ready attitude analysis of early and late. The analysis of material was obtained straight motion. In the design phase, it was obtained initial draft of e-modul that consist in the development phase, it was obtained e-modul which has valid criteria (0,86), practically criteria (94%).

This literature review delves into the intricate landscape of teaching the Simple Past Tense to university students, offering a analysis of existing scholarship to unravel challenges, innovative strategies, and future research directions. Recognizing the diverse linguistic backgrounds of students, the review addresses the impact of first language interference and emphasizes the need for tailored instructional approaches. Cultural nuances are explored as pivotal factors influencing tense acquisition, advocating for culturally responsive pedagogy to enhance comprehension and foster a deeper connection between students and grammatical structures. Task-based learning emerges as a promising strategy, supported by studies showcasing its efficacy in providing real-world contexts for applying the Simple Past Tense. Technology integration is examined as a dynamic tool for reinforcing grammatical concepts, with discussions centering on best practices to ensure effective implementation. The implications for educational practice underscore the importance of interactive and engaging approaches, urging educators to leverage task-based learning and technology in language programs. Professional development opportunities are highlighted as essential for enhancing educators' cultural competence and technological proficiency. The review identifies gaps in the literature, suggesting avenues for future research. Abstract

Permasalahan yang sering ditemui dalam proses pembelajaran matematika salah satunya adalah kurangnya penggunaan media pembelajaran untuk memudahkan peserta didik dalam memahami konsep yang abstrak. Pengembangan media pembelajaran adalah solusi dari permasalahan yang ada. Pengembangan media pembelajaran dapat memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada yaitu menggunakan software macromedia flash. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian pengembangan dengan desain ADDIE dengan lima tahapan yaitu analisis (analysis), desain (design), pengembangan (development), penerapan (implementation), dan evaluasi (evaluation). Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi, wawancara dan angket. Produk hasil pengembangan divalidasi oleh tim ahli media dan materi selanjutnya dinilai oleh guru mata pelajaran matematika dan kemudian diujicoba pada kelompok kecil pada peserta didik kelas VIII A. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara kualitatif untuk saran ahli dan secara kuantitatif untuk hasil angket. Hasil dari ahli media dan ahli materi dikategorikan valid. Selanjutnya untuk tanggapan guru masuk kategori praktis dan respon siswa masuk dalam kategori cukup praktis. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh yaitu media yang dikembangkan valid dan praktis.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the application of game patterns to improve student learning outcomes at SMKN 4 Gowa on floor exercise material. This research is an example of classroom action research, where cycle I and II test data can be used to measure improvements in student learning outcomes in floor exercise material. With a sample size of 29 students, the research subjects were class X students at SMKN 4 Gowa. Student learning results before the revision showed students' low ability to perform floor exercise movements without using equipment: on average only 51.72% were able to perform floor exercise movements well and correctly. The results of the researcher's observations showed that the teaching and learning process before the improvements were carried out, the average student was only 51.72%, the score criteria was > KKM 80. After undergoing corrective action, in cycles I and II there was an increase. Student learning outcomes were seen on average in cycle I. Students were 75.86% with sufficient criteria, and the average of students in cycle II was 93.10% with "Good" criteria. The object of this research is improving student learning outcomes in floor exercise through game patterns. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that applying game patterns to floor exercise material without equipment can improve the learning outcomes of class X students at SMKN 4 Gowa. This can be seen from the increase in learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II, after taking action it reached 75.86% in cycle I, an increase also occurred in cycle II reaching 93.10%.

Abstract

The background of this research is that emotional intelligence is a child's ability to motivate themselves and withstand frustration, be able to control impulses and not exaggerate pleasure, be able to regulate mood and keep stress from paralyzing the ability to think, be able to empathize and always pray. This research aims to determine the increase in students' emotional intelligence through traditional games. Data collection was carried out by conducting observations, interviews, documentation, and using questionnaires. Data analysis is carried out by giving meaning to the data that has been collected and from this data conclusions can be drawn. The method used in this research is the experimental method. The sample used was 35 students at SD IKIP UNM Makassar. The research results found a Sig value. = 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that traditional games have an influence on increasing students' emotional intelligence.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of learning strategy and motivation at the leaning outcomes for physical education, sports and health in elementary schools. This is a kind of experimental research by factorial design. The sample used was 40 students at SD Inpres Tallang-Tallang. Data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analisys and 2 ways Anova. Hypothetical test results show: (1) The are differences in learning outcomes between students who follow the discovery leanirng strategy which is higher tha the expository strategies in physical education subjects in elementary schools. (2) The are interactions between learning strategies with motivation at the learning outcomes in physical education subjects in elementary schools. (3) The are differences in learning outcomes between students through discovery leanirng strategy which is higher tha the expository strategies which have high motivation in physical education subjects in elementary schools. (4) The are differences in learning outcomes between students through discovery leanirng strategy which is higher tha the expository strategies which have low motivation in physical education subjects in elementary schools.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak yang signifikan terjadi saat usia sekolah dasar. Anak usia sekolah dasar adalah anak yang berusia 3-6 tahun, dimana pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak terdapat peningkatan. Peran orang tua terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak dapat membantu anak dalam mencapai pertumbuhan dan perkembangan pada anak sesuai tingkatan usianya dengan normal tanpa ada penyimpangan. Peran utama pola asuh orang tua adalah mempertahankan kehidupan anak, meningkatkan kesehatan anak, serta memfasilitasi anak untuk mengembangkan tahapan perkembangannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menentukan apakah ada hubungan antara pola asuh orang tua dengan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner pola asuh orang tua, pengukuran pertumbuhan dan kuesionr perkembangan. Jumlah sampel 41 responden anak usia prsekolah dengan metode total sampling. Hasil analisis univariat karakteristik pola asuh otoriter dengan 6 responden (14.6%), Permisif dengan 16 responden (29.3%), demokratis sedang 23 responden (56.1%). Hasil analisis bivariat dengan uji spearman didapatkan nilai pola asuh dan BB/U (ρ= 0 ; r=0), pola asuh dan TB/U(ρ=0.273 ; r=0.251), pola asuh dan BB/TB (ρ= 0.333 ; r=0.222), ola asuh dan IMT/U (ρ=0.830 ; r=-0.051). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara hubungan pola asuh orang tua terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan ana usia sekolah dasar
