Jurnal ini memuat artikel yang belum pernah dipublikasikan sebelumnya yang berupa artikel hasil penelitian ataupun penelitian terapan, artikel telaah yang berkaitan dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan proses pembelajaran. Informasi mengenai pedoman penulisan artikel dan prosedur pengiriman artikel terdapat pada setiap penerbitan. Semua artikel yang masuk akan melalui ‘peer-review process’ setelah memenuhi persyaratan sesuai pedoman penulisan artikel. Abstract

Social education plays an important role in shaping individuals who care about the social environment and humanity. However, conventional approaches often lack the ability to capture students' attention and build deep emotional engagement. This research explores the potential of music integration as an innovative tool in social education to enhance empathy and social awareness. Music has the unique ability to bridge cultural differences, stimulate emotions, and encourage deep reflection on social issues. In this study, qualitative methods were used to analyze the impact of music on students' understanding of social themes, such as social justice, diversity and solidarity. The study involved observations, interviews, and analysis of the experiences of students who participated in music-based learning programs in several secondary schools. The results showed that music not only enriched the learning process, but also significantly improved students' ability to feel empathy for others and understand complex social issues. Thus, music integration in social education can be a transformative approach to creating a more socially sensitive, caring and responsible generation.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning motivation of sixth grade students of SDN 1 Tatura in Pancasila Education learning through the application of interactive learning media. Interactive media is expected to increase students' interest, active involvement, and response to the learning process. Method: The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle includes the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were 25 sixth grade students of SDN 1 Tatura. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively to see the increase in students' learning motivation. Results: The results showed that the application of interactive media significantly increased students' learning motivation. In the pre-cycle, the average student learning motivation only reached 51%. After the application of interactive media, learning motivation increased to 77.5% in Cycle I and reached 92.5% in Cycle II. Motivation indicators, such as interest in lessons, enthusiasm in completing tasks, and a sense of pleasure and satisfaction in the learning process, experienced a significant increase in each cycle. Conclusion: The application of interactive learning media is effective in increasing students' learning motivation in Pancasila Education learning. Interactive media makes learning more interesting, interactive, and easy to understand, thus increasing students' enthusiasm in learning. Therefore, teachers are advised to continue to use and develop interactive media in learning, by varying it so that students remain motivated.

Abstract

Student learning motivation is one of the important factors that influence success in the learning process, especially in mathematics subjects that are often considered difficult by students. In grade V of SD Negeri 1 Tatura, student learning motivation is still low, so efforts are needed to increase their motivation. One potential approach is the application of interactive video media such as YouTube which is expected to attract students' interest and facilitate visual understanding of concepts. This study aims to increase the learning motivation of grade V students of SDN 1 Tatura in Pancasila Education learning through the application of interactive video media. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle includes the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Student learning motivation is measured through observations of five indicators: interest and passion for learning, active involvement in class, response to feedback, enthusiasm in learning, and perseverance and consistency in learning. The results of the study showed a significant increase in student learning motivation. The average student learning motivation increased from 51% in the pre-cycle to 77% in cycle I, and reached 91% in cycle II. This increase is seen in all indicators, especially in the aspects of interest, active involvement, and response to feedback. Interactive video media has proven effective in increasing students' learning motivation in Pancasila Education subjects. The use of this media not only increases students' involvement in the learning process, but also helps them understand abstract concepts. It is recommended that this media be used sustainably and integrated with other learning strategies to maximize student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to look at how fastness and agility affect futsal dribbling abilities in team sports at SMA Negeri 20 Batam. The study's population included 30 students who were heavily involved in futsal extracurricular activities, and the researchers used a multiple correlation approach to analyze their data. The study's 24 participants were chosen using a purposive selection technique. This research made use of three different tests: the futsal dribbling test, the 40-meter sprint, and the Illinois Agility Run. The Pearson correlation test and relationship degree recommendations were used for data analysis. The results showed that: (1) Agility has a moderate correlation with futsal dribbling skills (f = 0.000 < 0.05 and a relationship degree of 0.451), (2) Speed has a strong correlation with futsal dribbling skills (f = 0.003 < 0.05 and a relationship degree of 0.721), and (3) The combination of speed and agility has a moderate correlation (f = 0.000 < 0.05 and a relationship degree of 0.497).

Abstract

This study looked at how the reciprocal learning approach helped grade VIII volleyball students at SMP Negeri 1 Tanah Putih improve their lower passing skills during the odd semester of the 2024–2025 school year. The study sought to ascertain the effect of the independent variable (treatment) on the dependent variable (outcome) under controlled circumstances by utilizing an experimental technique with quantitative methods. There were 98 pupils in total, 52 of whom were male and 46 of whom were female, in grade VIII. The sample was limited to all of the pupils in class VIII.1. The Brumbach forearms pass wall-volley test was the tool used to evaluate the fundamental lower passing abilities. The t-test with degrees of freedom (df = N-1) at a 5% significant level was used to analyze the data using the experimental approach with a pre-test and post-test design. Once it was established that the data had a normal distribution, the t-test was used to test the hypothesis. According to the results, SMP Negeri 1 Tanah Putih's lower passing volleyball skills were considerably enhanced by the reciprocal learning approach. The t-test results, which revealed p < alpha (0.001 < 0.05) in the Two-Sided Significance column, confirm this conclusion by showing that the reciprocal learning strategy significantly improves volleyball passing abilities.

Abstract

Learning activities especially in teaching football games which is done by State Junior High School in Palu students in Palu, the male students are more dominant and enthusiastic when practiced football, while the female students are less active and didn’t pay attention to the teacher when learning activities are in progress. These problems aren’t appropriate because it happens in learning physical of education activities which all of the students should be more active and focus in football subjects. In the other hand the female students are afraid when they accepted the ball which is too fast and hard. In general studies the teacher usually uses a common football subject which is made female students less interest in learning football. The purpose of this research is to know how much the influence when applied the modification football games to increase female students’ interest in football learning activity (a study for students grade VIIIC in State Junior High School 5 Palu). This research include in experimental research and used one group pre test and post test design, the researcher take the sample with gather all of the students in class VIIIC 5 Palu, where the sample of this research all student in class VIIIC SMPN 5 Palu, for about 35 students which is 18 female students from VIIIC and 17 female students from Class VIIID. The instrument which is used in this research is filling the questionnaire about students’ interest which contain of 19 questions taken from Arvan Yahya Sulthoni’s previous research. The result and calculation from this research used SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) it knows that the average of pre test questionnaire is 65,60%. Otherwise the average of post test questionnaire is 69,83%. According to the result of this research, an application of modification football games to increase female students’ interest in football learning activity is increase 6,45%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kesulitan mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan soal fisika berbasis HOTS pada topik dinamika dan kinematika, serta untuk menggali faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesulitan tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan mixed-method dengan desain deskriptif, melibatkan 30 mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Fisika dan Pendidikan Matematika. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes HOTS, wawancara, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keberhasilan mahasiswa pada soal HOTS relatif rendah, terutama pada aspek analisis (45%), evaluasi (40%), dan sintesis (35%). Kesulitan ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya pemahaman konseptual terhadap beberapa konsep fisika abstrak, rendahnya keterampilan metakognitif, dan minimnya latihan soal berbasis HOTS. Selain itu, mahasiswa cenderung menggunakan metode coba-coba dan kurang aktif berdiskusi saat menghadapi kesulitan. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar pembelajaran fisika lebih menekankan pada latihan soal HOTS, pembelajaran aktif, dan pengembangan keterampilan metakognitif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan HOTS mahasiswa dalam memecahkan masalah fisika yang lebih kompleks.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of using interactive online learning platforms to improve the learning motivation of fifth-grade students at SDN 22 Palu. This research employs a Classroom Action Research (CAR) method with two cycles, involving 27 students. The platforms used are Wordwall, Educaply, and Spinter, which were applied to enhance student engagement, interest, enthusiasm, and satisfaction with the learning process. The results show a significant increase in student engagement, from 55% in the first cycle to 85% in the second cycle. Additionally, students' interest and curiosity also increased, along with higher enthusiasm and satisfaction with this technology-based learning. In conclusion, the use of interactive online learning media significantly improves students' learning motivation. This study suggests that teachers should optimize the use of technology in education to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' learning interest through the implementation of the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) Approach in mathematics learning on the material of arithmetic operations of dividing whole numbers up to 100 in class III of SDN Model Terpadu Madani Palu. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method which is implemented in two cycles, each consisting of the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of this study were 30 students in class III. Data were collected through observation, tests, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively to see the increase in students' learning interest. The indicator of success in this study was the achievement of 80% of students who had a high interest in learning. The results showed that the implementation of TaRL significantly increased students' learning interest, which was marked by an increase in the percentage of achievement from 40% in the pre-cycle, 78.75% in Cycle I, and 90% in Cycle II. These findings indicate that a learning approach that is adjusted to students' ability levels can increase students' motivation and involvement in the learning process. Thus, it is recommended that TaRL be integrated more widely in learning to support the improvement of students' learning interest and their academic results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPAS siswa kelas III di SD Inpres Tondo melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 20 siswa kelas III SD Inpres 3 Tondo. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah model Problem Based Learning, sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah hasil belajar IPAS. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik tes, sementara analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif komparatif dengan membandingkan persentase hasil belajar IPAS pada tahap pra-siklus, siklus I, dan siklus II. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Problem-Based Learning terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPAS. Pada tahap pra-siklus, hanya 9 siswa (45%) yang mencapai ketuntasan belajar. Pada siklus I, jumlah siswa yang tuntas meningkat menjadi 11 siswa (55%), dan pada siklus II bertambah lagi menjadi 16 siswa (80%) yang tuntas. Penelitian ini dianggap berhasil karena memenuhi indikator kinerja, yaitu 80% siswa mencapai nilai KKM 70.
