Starbucks is the global coffee and snack brand which is headquartered in America. Starbucks is a disciplined innovator, and good management of its innovation timeline is one of the primary reasons behind the company’s success. This is also the main reason why Starbucks has been able to improve its store sales. Excellent employee training management and excellent service attitude also attracted a lot of customers and improved customer satisfaction effectively. Over the years, Starbucks has adopted various innovative marketing campaigns globally to attract its potential customers, increasing the sales and impacting the customer buying behaviour. The aim of this research is to understand the effect and impact of Starbucks Marketing campaigns through various channels on its customers. The research will be conducted across the regions of India and Malaysia through survey and observational method.

The dynamic behavior of individual investors provides the basis for the analysis related to recency, frequency and monetary. It aimed to find out a certain pattern in buying or selling the shares. This condition encourages to prove scientifically the phenomenon that occurred. The investment behavior data used were for 5 years to ensure the change in the investment behavior patterns. The analysis used is Kruskall Walis analysis because the data were categorized as abnormal. The results of the study showed that investor behavior can be grouped using the recency, monetary and frequency approaches

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of leadership, and the work environment on the work effectiveness of employees in the Gorontalo City Investment and Integrated One-Stop Service. The research approach used is quantitative methods. Sources of data in this study are primary data that is carried out using questionnaires on respondents who have met the standards of the study sample. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS program assistance. The results of the study show that (1) Leadership has a positive but not significant effect on the effectiveness of employees in Gorontalo Investment and One-Stop Services in the City of Gorontalo. This is because based on the results of the descriptive analysis shows that the Leadership variable lies in the criteria that are "quite good". (2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the work effectiveness of employees in the Gorontalo City Investment and One Stop Service. Meanwhile, the results of the descriptive analysis show that the working environment variable lies in good criteria. (3) Leadership and workplace environment together have a positive and significant effect on the variable work effectiveness of employees in the Gorontalo City Investment and One Stop Service. The determination coefficient or R Square number is 0.493. This value shows that as much as 49.3% variability The work effectiveness of Gorontalo Capital Investment Service and Integrated One-Stop Service staff can be influenced by Leadership and Work Environment while the remaining 50.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The paper intends to examine corporate social responsibility in Microsoft Corporation. Microsoft Corporation is committed to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) with the belief that CSR helps to improve the reputation and image of an organization. On this matter, the successful technology company, Microsoft Corporation has done significant initiatives on its CSR programs. One of the many reasons behind this success is their commitment towards sustainability as well as their commitment to all stakeholders. The paper discusses the various initiatives Microsoft Corporation have done for CSR. The paper concludes with some suggestion and recommendation.

This study aims to analyze the extent to which the implementation of the concept of Public Service Agency at Gorontalo State University to realize its Good University Governance, and to determine the policy/model/framework of its management under the agency mandate. This study population is the heads in the work units of Gorontalo State University, such as vice chancellors, deans, vice deans, heads of institutions, heads of main offices, and several lecturers and or employees. This study used all populations as the samples and the descriptive statistical approach for its data analysis. The findings contended that all stakeholders of State University of Gorontalo generally understood the implementation of Public Service Agency for Good University Governance.

Nurses in carrying out their duties require an increase in ability, expertise, and skills in carrying out health care tasks to meet the level of patient satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to analyze the capacity development of nurses in hospitals. The researcher uses qualitative research whose data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. The data is collected by observations, interviews, and document studies. Data analysis used is qualitative descriptive through interpretation and deep meaning by simplifying data, presenting data, making conclusions, and validating data by triangulation of data. The results showed that the process of developing nurse capacity has been carried out through changing systems of integrated nurse capacity building patterns and in-house training; determining factors determining nurse capacity development as follows; leadership; commitment; culture; spiritual; and technology. Later the researcher conclude that the strategy of increasing the capacity of nurses in health services can be realized through education and training based on spiritual and technological aspects in developing the capacity of nurses in hospitals.

In classroom learning, students frequently face challenges to understand the material since the learning media deviates from the subject content. The media usage as an intermediary for delivering information makes it more varied, easy to understand, and interactive. Utilizing web-based learning media promises the independence of time and place and helps the learning process. This study aims to develop a web-based digital system learning media that is feasible and useful. The study uses the waterfall model software development method, namely the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC). The findings indicate that the web-based digital system learning media is feasible and useful in the learning process.

The purpose of this study is first to measure the extent of direct influence of empowerment programs on entrepreneurial competence and growth of micro, small and medium enterprises and indirect influence of empowerment program on the growth of SMEs through business competence variable. The second provides recommendations for the implementation of empowerment programs that are more appropriate to the needs of SMEs. The research location in Denpasar City with the number of samples of 100 entrepreneurs who have got the empowerment program. Data analysis technique to test the relationship model between variables is Structural Equation Modeling using Partial least Square program.

The Customary Community of Banceuy is one of customary communities in Indonesia that still maintains and preserves local cultural wisdom based on Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa (The Belief in One and Only God) value to this day. Banceuy Customary Village is located in Subang - West Java. The purpose of this research is to find out why the obstacles in the process of cultural inheritance in Banceuy community are not used as barriers by young people in maintaining their customs and culture, although modernization and globalization have entered into the lives of these people. Besides, this study also aims to know the extent of Civic Education on religious and cultural values. This study used qualitative approach and ethnographic method. Therefore, one of the findings of this study reveals that the obstacles in the process of inheritance are not barriers because Banceuy community has the motto of "Ngindung Ka Waktu Mi Bapa Ka Jaman", which means modernity is followed and tradition is maintained.
