Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness and role of the electronic taxation system in enhancing taxpayer compliance. Data collection methods in this study included questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, analyzed using descriptive techniques. The results showed that the efficiency of the electronic taxation system, particularly in the form of e-SPT within the Kendari General Tax Administration, was classified as effective in 2020. This indicates that the e-SPT application was implemented effectively, simplifying the process for taxpayers to complete their annual tax returns (SPT) electronically. Similarly, the effectiveness of the electronic system in the form of an electronic archive in 2020 was classified as very effective. This signifies that electronic media are highly beneficial for taxpayers in reporting SPT, as the system operates online and in real-time. Additionally, the number of SPT reports increased significantly with the availability of an electronic archive compared to the manual reporting system. Consequently, the improved efficiency of the electronic taxation system was strongly correlated with a higher level of taxpayer compliance, as taxpayers fulfilled their tax obligations to the maximum. Keywords: Compliance; e-Filing; e-SPT; Personal Taxpayer; Taxation e-System

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of the circular economy in waste management at UPTD Pelayanan Persampahan Kota Cimahi, which operates as a Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) and functions as a quasi-public entity. As a BLUD, UPTD has the flexibility to manage waste processes independently and efficiently, converting waste into Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF), which is then sold to PT Indocement as an alternative fuel in cement production. The research uses a qualitative case study approach, gathering data through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation to examine the systematic stages of waste processing. Waste collected from various sources, such as offices, hospitals, markets, and residential areas, is processed into RDF. This circular economy cycle enables the cement produced with RDF to be reused by the community, including the original waste-generating consumers. Findings reveal that this model not only reduces environmental impact by diverting waste from landfills but also generates economic value, highlighting the potential for sustainable partnerships between public waste management and private industry. The study suggests that optimizing BLUD’s quasi-public entity status and applying a circular economy model could enhance the effectiveness of responsible, sustainable waste management practices.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of socioeconomic and ecological factors on the Willingness to Pay (WTP) for environmental conservation within the Glintung Go Green initiative. The research analyzes key variables, including income , education , employment status , age ), gender , length of residency , flood frequency , and flood impact , to understand their influence on WTP. Using Smart-PLS, the results show that income, education, and employment status positively affect social and ecological factors, which in turn significantly influence WTP (coefficient = 0.533). However, age and length of residency display a negative relationship, suggesting that younger and more recent residents may be more willing to contribute to conservation efforts. This study highlights the importance of socioeconomic improvements to enhance community readiness for supporting environmental initiatives. The findings provide valuable insights for policymakers aiming to promote sustainable practices in urban communities, particularly by leveraging socioeconomic and ecological factors that motivate financial contributions to conservation projects like Glintung Go Green. Keywords: "Glintung Go Green"; "Willingness to Pay"; "Socioeconomic factors"; "Ecological factors"; "Environmental conservation".

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of e-recruitment and job characteristics on the pursuit of job intention of graduated student University in Yogyakarta city and company reputation as moderating variable. The study uses multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) as a test tool. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling, and the number of samples was 87 graduated students from 2017 2018 at ABC University, especially in the Management Study Program. The result of this research indicates that e-recruitment and job characteristics have a positive effect and significance on job pursuit intention. Company reputation as a moderate variable can strengthen the relationship between e-recruitment and interest in applying for work and job characteristics with interest in applying for work. The novelty of this research is that the company's reputation is one of the important variables that can strengthen the influence of recruitment and job characteristics on the interest of job seekers, where the results of previous research are still minimal. This research has theoretical and practical implications that are important to discuss further

From 2019 through 2023, 124 banks meeting the requirements are used to analyze the banking industry. The findings of this study show that the impact of Indonesia's independent board of commissioners on the correlation between IC and bank performance is substantial.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the readiness of the UPTD Balai Kawasan Konservasi Perairan Daerah (BKKPD) of North Maluku Province in implementing a Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) by examining the fulfillment of substantive and technical requirements. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that BKKPD has met the substantive requirements, which include operational duties and the provision of semi-commercial services for the public. The technical requirements in the eligibility criteria have also been met, covering the potential for improving service delivery effectiveness and technical specifications directly related to public services. However, in the potential criteria, further study is needed to identify potential services that BKKPD can develop after transitioning to BLUD status. The financial management flexibility provided by BLUD is expected to support BKKPD in performing its duties more responsively and adaptively to conservation needs and public services. These findings are expected to assist the North Maluku Provincial Government in assessing BKKPD's readiness to transform into a BLUD and enhance the benefits of its services to the community.

Abstract

This research was to find out how Islamic financial behavior influences perceptions of KUR and also digital financial inclusion as an intervening variable. KUR (People's Business Credit) is a financing program provided to MSMEs as a form of support from the Indonesian government.  KUR is credit given to MSMEs that are not yet bankable but have potential for working capital and investment purposes. However, the number of MSMEs using KUR is still below the Indonesian government's target. The research used mixed method  with a sample size of 150 respondents consisting of MSMEs in Tasikmalaya. The research results show that Islamic Financial Behavior has a significant influence on the perception of KUR, Islamic Financial Behavior has a significant influence on Digital Financial Inclusion and Islamic Financial through Digital Financial Inclusion has a significant influence on the perception of KUR in Tasikmalaya MSMEs. This shows that the Government must be able to increase digital financial inclusion and have some sharia-based KUR concept.
