Abstract

The emergence of various competitors with similar products is a challenge for Aqua. Currently, Aqua is the most well-known bottled water brand in Indonesia. This attracts the attention of the author, who wants to find out the influencing factors by looking at it from the perspective of brand image, product quality, and price perception, which will later influence repurchasing. The sampling technique uses the judgment sampling method by distributing 108 online questionnaires to consumers of Aqua products in Jakarta. In analyzing the data, the structural equation modeling method was used with the SmartPLS program. The results showed that product quality had no effect on brand image or repurchase. Price perception has a positive and significant effect on brand image. Price perception and brand image have a positive and significant effect on repurchase. Brand image cannot mediate the effect of product quality on repurchase, but brand image is able to mediate the effect of price perception on repurchase. The writer suggested that Aqua can clearly demonstrate the superiority of product quality, which can assist consumers in assessing products and distinguishing them from brands with similar products, and hoped Aqua will continue to maintain price compatibility with the quality and benefits provided.

Abstract

The rise of migrant workers who migrate commuting is an interesting topic in this study. This study aims to determine the socioeconomic characteristics (education and income) of the probability of formal workers who are commuting to Surabaya and know the individual characteristics (marital status, age, number of family dependents, distance, and gender) to the probability of formal workers who are commuting in Surabaya. Using quantitative methods with logistic regression analysis is continued by looking for marginal effects values. In this study, income had a significant positive impact on the decision to commute to Surabaya, and the distance from Surabaya's region of origin to Surabaya had a significant positive effect on the decision to commute to the regular labor sector in Surabaya. I know to give. Education level had a significant positive impact on formal sector workers' decision to migrate to Surabaya, and marital status significantly impacted official sector workers' decision to migrate to Surabaya did not affect. For regular workers migrating to Surabaya, age significantly impacted the decision to commute to Surabaya. The number of family members did not significantly affect the decision to commute to Surabaya. This research is limited to the formal sector so that it can be developed again from the industry and regional reach.

Abstract

Gold investment is currently a trend in society, especially the millennial generation. Gold investment for the younger generation is an advantage for the future. Gold bullion is often used as a promising investment, on other hand, the digital gold is available which it is stored online on the gold trading platform. However, any investment certainly has risks, and the price of gold bullion fluctuates from day to day. People who invest in gold hopes to benefit from the initial purchase price even if they must wait up to five years. The problem is how they can notice the best time to sell and buy gold. Therefore, this research proposes a forecasting approach based on time series data and the selling of gold bullion prices per gram in Indonesia. The experiment reported that Holt’s double exponential smoothing provided better forecasting performance than polynomial regression. Holt’s double exponential smoothing reached the minimum of Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) 0.056% in the training set, 0.047% in one-step testing, and 0.898% in multi-step testing.

Abstract

Increasing corn production requires a supply chain to channel production from farmers to consumers. The supply chain of corn as a raw material for animal feed in Central Java Province is not yet well managed, because each farmer or business is still carried out individually. The aim of the study was to analyze the supply chain picture based on the Food Supply Chain Network and the efficiency of the corn agribusiness supply chain in Central Java. Sampling techniques from farmers using proportional random sampling and snowball sampling methods will lead researchers to the next informant or to related institutions to the final consumer. Data analysis uses the FSCN, Marketing Margin, Farmer's Share and DEA methods. There are 5 corn agribusiness marketing channels in Central Java Province. Marketing margin and farmer's share with Farmer-Cooperative-Consumer chain being the most efficient. Farmer-Village Trader-SubDistrict Trader-District Trader-Consumer marketing channel being the least efficient. Technical efficiency at the farmer level was 2%, at the village trader level 40%, at the subdistrict and district trader levels 37.5%, at the cooperative level 66.67%, at the animal feed company level 40% and at the poultry farmer level 25%.

Abstract

Each region has its own model of economic growth, different from other regions, so planning the economic development of a region must take into account the economic, social and physical characteristics of the region itself, including its interaction with other regions. Based on data released by the Central Agency of Statistics, Papua is ranked as the province with the highest poverty rate in Indonesia at 26.80%, much higher than the national poverty rate. This study uses the Klassen Typology method and Location Quotient (LQ) analysis to group Papua Regencies/cities into several categories and to know the main sectors of Papua regencies/cities. so that economic development policies can be more targeted according to the potential of each region. In this study, it is known that most regencies/cities in Papua Province are categorized as (relatively) underdeveloped regions and it is also known that the most basic sectors in Papua are agriculture, forestry, and fisheries. Based on these results, it is expected that the Regency / city governments in Papua Province pay special attention, especially to areas in the category of underdeveloped sectors and further optimize the resources or potential sectors that exist in each region.

The purpose of this study is to develop a risk-based contract management strategy to avoid late payment from private ownerss to contractors. The research data consisted of literature reviews, questionnaires, and qualitative risk data analyses. The risk analyses identified 10 highest risks as the dominant risk factors from 37 risk variables. The risk response to dominant risk variables was used as a strategy for developing a contract management system. Risks affecting late payment were largely due to contractual clause and contracting clients with less financial capacity due to lack of analysis in the pre-contract phase.

Abstract

The study employs a qualitative approach to analyze how provincial banks define materiality, take into account stakeholders, and pinpoint material issues.. The study is focused on nine state banks. A case study research approach using materiality assessment variables was adopted. The sampling strategy used was called targeted sampling. Data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data visualization, and inference. Landesbank defines materials as critical issues with significant impact. Customers are the most influential stakeholders. The most important material issues for organizations are related to social issues. Landesbank's materiality assessment is good, but clearly needs improvement. Banks with already-good materiality ratings can be kept, while provincial banks with still-poor materiality ratings can have their ratings raised. Keywords: Materiality, Stakeholders, Sustainability Report
