Abstract

Joint Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 4 / VII / PB / 2014 and Head of State Civil Service Agency No. 24 of 2014 concerning Lecturers' Functional Position and Credit Numbers states that Lecturer Academic Position is a position that shows the duties, responsibilities, authority and rights of a Lecturer in a higher education whose implementation is based on certain expertise and is independent. Based on this, lecturers are required to develop their knowledge independently in the sense that lecturers must be able to direct or lead themselves to be able to improve their performance as lecturers, on the other hand that lecturers also need to give freedom in carrying out their duties and responsibilities in the “Tri Dharma” college. The number of lecturers in the 2016/2017 school year was 237,837 people with the number of distribution based on functional positions as professors as many as 4,949 people (2.1%), Head of Lectors as many as 29,287 people (12.3%), Lectors as many as 46,620 people (19.6% ), Expert Assistant as many as 47,871 people (20.1%) and No Position as many as 109,110 people (45.9%). The highest composition based on the percentage of ownership of academic positions is Lecturer without Academic Position. This study aims to determine the effect of Self Leadership with Psychological Empowerment on Performance mediated by Job Satisfaction Lecturers of Private Higher Education Foundation in Yogyakarta. This research was carried out in 9 universities in Yogjakarta with a total of 74 participating as permanent lecturers at private universities in Yogyakarta. Analysis of research data using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. This study shows that all the hypotheses proposed in this study are acceptable. Other things also show that there is an imperfect mediation effect in this study, where the comparison of the regression coefficients of independent and dependent variables is smaller if compared with the regression coefficient when regression of the independent variable and mediator on the dependent variable. This indicates that there are other variables other than job satisfaction that have an influence on the self leadership relationship, psychological empowerment and performance that have not been studied in this study. The number of fraud cases in Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) necessitates the implementation of accountability in order to reduce the potential for corruption or other forms of fraud within the BUMDes entity. Meanwhile, research on accountability in BUM Desa has received little attention. This paper aims to study an accountability model based on Sustainable Livelihood Assets, which include accountability based on asset potential (natural, physical, financial, human, social and cultural assets) that has been institutionalized in the management of BUMDes. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with content analysis method and as theoretical triangulation also uses data in the form of interviews with BUMDes directors and staff, village heads, and the community. The result Legal, policy, and compliance accountability for aspects of governance is the main foundation for complying with the regulations set in BUMDes, which states that BUMDes problems in their management are required elements of prudence that prioritize transparency and accountability. Managerial Accountability that emphasis in the managerial aspect is on how to embed the institutional elements of BUMDes that are patterned on administration, reporting, and accountability. It is possible that the procedural system for managing BUMDes includes several aspects such as social for institutional strengthening, the transformation of the environment into management, and the development of BUMDes.

Abstract

The interactive learning media tutorial model is a computer-based learning media that has interactivity in it so that it involves the activeness of students in learning activities. The purpose of this research is to develop an interactive learning media application tutorial model that can help students improve their understanding of geographic information system learning materials. This research is a quasi-experimental study conducted at Watampone High School Class XII. The research subjects consisted of 33 students from 123 populations. The results showed that there was a significant increase in understanding of geographic information system material after learning using interactive media tutorial models with an average value after being given a pretest of 64.66 and after being given a posttest to 78, the average percentage increase was 36.05%.

The sampling technique is done by purposive method sampling of 98 respondents / students with the criteria of students ever get a student entrepreneurship program grant and ever take part in entrepreneurship courses. Hypothesis testing is done with using multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the t-test and F-test (ANOVA). The results of the study obtained the regression model equation is Ŷ = 0.873 + 0.186X 1 + 0.279X 2 + 0.085X 3 + e, Based on the partial test (calculated t test) obtained that that individual (personal), Sociological (Sociological) and environmental factors (Environmental) partially influences the interest in entrepreneurship Gorontalo State University students.
