Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of principal leadership, decision-making, and organizational culture to the working discipline of Muhammadiyya High School 5 Todanan Blora. This research is the quantitatively research. The population of research is all educators and education personnel of Muhammadiyyah High School 5 Todanan Blora. A research sample size of 28 educators and educational personnel, selected based on purposive sampling techniques. Instrument preparation is made in the form of a questionnaire, with an answer of 1-5 scale, consisting of 20 grains. The instruments used to collect data are those that qualify for the construction analysis and valid status. Its reliability is calculated by the Cronbach Alpha technique. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression techniques to test the research hypothesis. The results of the study proved: (1) There is no influence between the principal leadership of the work discipline; (2) There is no influence between the decision making of the work discipline; (3) There is no influence between the organizational culture of the work discipline; (4) There is no influence between the leadership of the principal, decision-making, and organizational culture together with the work discipline.

Abstract

This article aims to describe and analyze curriculum planning; (2) curriculum organization; (3) curriculum implementation; and (4) curriculum evaluation at SMP Bilingual Terpadu 2 Junwangi Sidoarjo. This article uses a type of qualitative research with a case study approach. The results of this study are: (1) The curriculum planning of Kutubut Turost Studio in Bilingual Terpadu 2 Junior High School is based on the vision, mission, and goals of the school. (2) The organization of the Kutubut Turost Studio curriculum at the Bilingual Terpadu 2 Junior High School is divided into four areas that handle tasks proportionally with the aim of facilitating the implementation of the curriculum. The four fields include the Santrian Division which consists of the student council and the SKT and STE program, the Curriculum Division (7 student obligations) dealing with prayer discipline, language discipline, learning discipline, hygiene discipline, and security discipline, extra-curricular fields including tausiyah and ACEN recitations, PGPQ and reading the Qur'an, Muhadharah, Haulya qoryah, PJ Guest House and other extras and the field of pesantren economics including cooperatives, canteens & restaurants, ALBER and Wartel. (3) Implementation of the curriculum, namely the class level through the division of teaching tasks and the boarding school level through learning activities in the classroom and activities outside the classroom. (4) The evaluation of the curriculum carried out at the Kutubut Turost Studio at the Bilingual Terpadu 2 Junior High School was based on several things, namely: based on needs and suitability, and based on proposals based on semester exam results and observations made by homeroom teachers and tutors. Meanwhile, there are three curriculum evaluations conducted by Sanggar Kutubut Turost at SMP Bilingual Terpadu 2, evaluation in the cognitive field, evaluation in the field of character and personality, and the last evaluation in the field of discipline.

Abstract

The research method used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection in this study was carried out by means of observation, a document study, in-depth interviews, and data triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the Non-Formal Education of PKBM Wana Bhakti, Ngasem District, Bojonegoro Regency has successfully implemented a development strategy. The development strategy is carried out on the development of financing, facilities, and infrastructure, as well as the quality of graduates and student achievement. The results of the SPACE analysis result in the position of Strengths Opportunities (aggressive strategy), namely a strategy to take advantage of opportunities by using the strengths of educational institutions. The results of the SWOT analysis that produce alternative strategies are (a) developing Promotional Socialization and MoU of Fostered Villages, (b) developing Institutional infrastructure by accessing educational assistance from both central and local governments (c) developing skills so that it becomes a life skills-based educational institution. While the results of research on the implementation of the stages according to the theory of Pearce and Robinson, and Fred David. Evaluation and supervision are carried out by examining the basis of the strategy, comparing the expected results with actual results, taking corrective actions through supervision, regular meetings, and making reports.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the student’s thinking ability in writing. This research is quantitative research. This research focuses on the results of students writing related to the ability to think creatively in writing poetry, along with the factors that influence it. The research data was taken in June 2021. The research data was obtained using a one-group design. The research data was then calculated using SPSS 16 to determine whether the data taken in one class had an effect on students or not. The results of the first study were using pre-test data and for the second research results, namely post-test data. From these data, researchers can conclude the results that have been obtained in knowing student’s thinking abilities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the role of the principal as a supervisor at MA Roudlotul Ulum Mojoduwur Jombang. This study uses qualitative research which is a field research because the data generated is in the form of written words from objects and observable behavior. Qualitative research examines participant perspectives with multiple interactive strategies, such as direct observation, participatory observation, in-depth interviews, documents, complementary techniques, such as photographs, recordings and others. The results showed that the role of the principal as a supervisor at MA Roudlotul Ulum Mojoduwur Jombang in improving teacher performance by directing and guiding teachers during times of difficulty in the learning process there were several roles of the principal in improving teacher performance at MA Roudlotul Ulum. The teacher's performance is quite good but some are lacking due to limited facilities, such as when teaching in the classroom the teachers do not use learning media. Based on the results of research on the role of the principal as a supervisor in improving teacher performance at MA Roudlotul Ulum Mojoduwur Jombang, it can be concluded that the principal as a supervisor in improving teacher performance really makes a good contribution to the progress of the quality of learning so that it can encourage the performance of educators which is the key to success. in the world of education.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of fostering, empowering, and strengthening life skills in Islamic boarding schools in the fields of skills and technology, as well as the importance of the concepts and assumptions that underlie the Islamic education system. In this study, it will be explained how to strengthen the life skills of students at the Babussalam Paelaran female Islamic boarding school. The focus of this research is: (1) How is the implementation of the girlhood program at the Babussalam Women's Islamic Boarding School in improving the life skills of students, (2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for strengthening the life skills of students through the girlhood program at the Babussalam Women's Islamic Boarding School. The type of research used is a qualitative descriptive method, with an ethnographic research type. The data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques with steps: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions or verification. The results of this study indicate that the girlhood program at the female Babussalam Islamic boarding school performances provides life skills to students including personal skills, social skills, and academic skills. Strengthened through syi'ar activities on online-based social media and empowering that knowledge when they have become alumni. There are supporting and inhibiting factors of the girlhood program at the Babussalam Islamic boarding school, including those related to the talents and interests of the students, the availability of facilities and the background of the students.

Abstract

The aims of this research was to examine the using of youtube videos on students speaking skill. The researcher used the pre experimental design study, which is applied in one group class that get the pre test, treatment, and post test. Youtube videos that used for teaching media of this reasearch, and did the asking and answering question strategy to get the data of this research. Then, the data were analyzed through quantitative procedure. Based on the result of this research showed that teaching students’ speaking skill through youtube videos can improved students’ speaking skill.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi budaya literasi pada Pembelajaran Al Qur`an Hadits Kelas XII di Madrasah Aliyah Raden Paku Wringinanom Gresik. Artikel ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah studi dokumen, observasi, dan wawancara. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru Al Qur`an Hadits Kelas XII di Madrasah Aliyah Raden Paku Wringinanom Gresik. Obyek penelitian adalah perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan hambatan yang dialami guru Al Qur`an Hadits Kelas XII dalam menerapkan Budaya Literasi. Hasil penelitian Implementasi Budaya Literasi pada pada Pembelajaran Al Qur`an Hadits Kelas XII menunjukkan bahwa; Implementasi Budaya literasi dilakukan dengan melalui tiga tahapan yaitu pertama pembiasaan, pengembangan dan pembelajaran. Pendukung Implementasi budaya literasi pada pembelajaran al qur`an hadits, adanya payung hukum yaitu a) Juknis Gerakan Literasi Sekolah, b) Kepala Madrasah seorang penulis dengan tim literasi yang solid, c) Anggaran biaya dialokasikan dalam RAPBM, d) Dukungan dari semua pihak baik sekolah, orang tua dan masyakat. Adapun faktor penghambatnya antara lain a) SDM masih belum maksimal, b) motivasi guru kurang maksimal, c) minat baca siswa masih rendah, d) minimnya biaya yang dianggarkan atau dikelola. Solusi yang harus dilakukan yaitu a) mengalokasikan dana yang lebih besar dari anggaran biaya operasional sekolah, b) mengadakan pelatihan atau diklat tentang literasi sekolah, c) memperbanyak koleksi buku disetiap kelas, d) mengoptimalkan peran guru dan petugas perpustakaan e) mengajak semua stekhoalder yang ada untuk mendorong siswa siswi gemar membaca.

Abstract

Tujuan Artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui optimalisasi penguasaan materi pelajaran dan kemampuan mengelola kelas dalam meningkatkan kompetensi mengajar guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di MI Darul Hidayah Sudimoro Tulangan Sidoarjo. Metode penelitian yang akan digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Obyek penelitian dibatasi seputar aktifitas maupun interaksi yang dilakukan oleh siswa MI Darul Hidayah Sudimoro Tulangan Sidoarjo untuk mengatasi kompetensi mengajar guru. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa, 1) Penguasaan materi pelajaran dan kemampuan mengelola kelas dalam meningkatkan kompetensi mengajar guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di MI Darul Hidayah Sudimoro Tulangan Sidoarjo masih perlu dioptimalkan, mengingat kelebihan yang ditemukan di madrasah ini terbilang masih dalam katagori cukup. 2)Faktor kelemahan apa saja yang menyertai Optimalisasi penguasaan materi pelajaran dan kemampuan mengelola kelas dalam meningkatkan kompetensi mengajar guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di MI Darul Hidayah Sudimoro Tulangan Sidoarjo menyangkut keterbatasan inovasi dan kreativitas mengajar sebagaimana yang harus direspon di masa kemajuan teknologi dan informasi sat kini. Kelemahan dan hambatan ini disolusi secara non teknis dan perlu pelatihan dan pengembangan pada aspek pendidikan dan pelatihan bagi guru PAI-nya. Dan solusi yang ditawarkan adalah Perlunya pendalaman persepsi materi ajar sekaligus teknik penguasasaan kelas dalam rangka meningkatkan kompetensi guru, Perlunya mengatasi kelmahan dan hambatan peningkatan kompetensi guru melalui intensitas diklat dan pembinaan motivasional, Perlunya keterpaduan sinergi kepala madrasah, pengawas madrasah, serta guru PAI dalam rangka peningkatan kompetensi guru madrasah.

Abstract

Berlatar belakang pada realita permasalahan yang ada di SMAN 1 Tarik menuntut perlu adanya Peranan Kepala Sekolah Sebagai Suprvisor Dalam Meningkatkan profesionalisme guru, karena Peningkatan profesionalitas guru sudah sewajarnya dilakukan, tidak hanya oleh pemerintah, tapi dari diri guru itu sendiri juga harus punya kemauan keras untuk bisa lebih profesional sehingga tujuan pendidikan nasional dapat tercapai. Guru professional tidak hanya dituntut untuk menguasai bidang ilmu, bahan ajar, metode pembelajaran, motivasi peserta didik, memiliki keterampilan yang tinggi dan wawasan yang luas terhadap dunia pendidikanHal ini tidak terlepas dari bimbingan seorang supervisor. Supervisi dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk membentuk serta meningkatkan kemampuan dalam prses belajar mengajar. Supervisi dapat membantu meningkatkan kemampuan profesional para guru, agar guru mampu melaksanakan proses belajar megajar yang dilakukannya di kelas dengan baik, selain itu seorang guru juga mampu berperan sebagai pendidik yang profesional dalam mengerjakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya dalam membimbing dan mengajar, menciptakan suasana belajar yang nyaman,komunikasi yang baik.
