Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe and analyze evaluations to provide an objective picture of the extent to which learning objectives are achieved, enabling teachers to identify students' weaknesses and strengths. Apart from being used as a basis for providing feedback to students, the evaluation results also help them to improve their understanding of concepts and plan steps for improvement. The Guidance Counseling (BK) subject makes a positive contribution to students' self-understanding, development of social skills, solving personal and academic problems, as well as career planning. This research method uses qualitative with descriptive research type. The data source uses guidance and counseling teachers. The data collection technique used interviews conducted at SMPN 5 Sangatta Utara School with Guidance Counseling (BK) teachers regarding the Guidance Counseling (BK) program which had been carried out at the school which still felt difficult. This is due to the transition of the situation after the pandemic to the school period and then continued with the change from the K-13 curriculum to the independent curriculum, so that Guidance Counseling (BK) learning evaluations continue to be carried out so that they can play a role in creating a conducive learning environment, as well as helping students prepare for facing life's challenges and deciding what is right for their future. Evaluation of learning by guidance and counseling teachers is also carried out in collaboration with various parties, especially with students' parents and the school, as well as guidance from guidance and counseling teachers for students must be continuous. Thus, the evaluation of Guidance Counseling (BK) subjects is expected to make a positive contribution to self-understanding, development of social skills, solving personal and academic problems, as well as students' career planning.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine students' mathematical understanding of number pattern material at Tamansiswa Pematang Siantar Middle School. The results of this research can be concluded that students who have high comprehension abilities can solve questions accurately and correctly. Then you can solve it by writing down what is known and asked about the problem and being able to understand the concept of number patterns and number pattern facts in terms of simple concepts. Students who have high understanding meet all 4 indicators of mathematical understanding that have been selected by researchers. Students who have moderate understanding can solve problems on questions and are able to understand the concept of number patterns and number pattern facts in terms of simple concepts. However, students who had low understanding did not understand the questions given by the researcher. And students who have moderate understanding fulfill 2 indicators of mathematical understanding. Students who have low understanding are unable to understand the problem, cannot state that they know and are asked about a problem, are unable to solve the problem and are unable to complete the operation of the requested problem. The student was very confused in solving the questions, this was proven by the difference in what the question asked for and what he answered and was unable to convey the concepts of number patterns. Students who have low understanding only fulfill 1 indicator of mathematical understanding.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini tentang makna sukses yang terkandung dalam Al-Qur'an sukses dan kriteria sukses menurut Al-Qur'an. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif kepustakaan (Library Research) Sumber data primer menggunakan buku Sumber data primer yang dipakai adalah al-Qur’an. Dalam mengutip ayat-ayat al-Qur’an penulis menggunakan Al-Qur’an dan Terjemahnya dalam Hadist Web Versi 3.0. karya Sofyan Efendi. Sedangkan yang menjadi data sekunder adalah kitab-kitab tafsir seperti Tafsir Al- Misbah karya M. Quraish Shihab, Jāmi’ al-Bayān ‘an Ta’wīl āy al-Qur’ān karya Ibn Jarīr al- Ṭabārī, Jāmi’ al- Bayān li al-Aḥkām al-Qur’ān karya Imām al-Qurṭūbi, Tafsir al-Maraghi karya Ahmad Muṣaṭfa al-Maragi, Mu’jam Mufradāt li Alfāẓ al-Qur’ān karya Al-Ragīb al-Aṣfahānī, Tafsir Al-Qur’anul Madjied An-Nur karya T.M. Hasbi Ash-Shiddieqy dan hadis-hadis Nabi SAW. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif, yaitu menggambarkan secara sistematis fakta atau karakteristik populasi atau bidang tertentu secara faktual dan cermat serta secara konseptual menelaah data yang ada kemudian diklasifikasikan menurut masalah yang dimaksud untuk memperoleh kejelasan. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menemukan tiga istilah sukses dalam Al-Qur'an, yaitu al-Falah, an-Najah dan al-Fauz. Kata al-Falah menggambarkan arti keberuntungan dunia maupun akhirat, Kata an-Najah menggambarkan arti keberuntungan dunia saja dan kata al-Fauz menggambarkan arti keberuntungan nanti di akhirat. Kriteria sukses dalam Al-Qur'an diantaranya beriman dan bertakwa kepada Allah swt., melaksanakan shalat lima waktu, berdoa kepada Allah swt. Aktif bekerja, menyisihkan sebagian rezeki untuk orang yang membutuhkan, beriman dan taqwa, berdoa kepada Allah swt, mendapat rahmat agar masuk surge.

Abstract

This research is to find out the effect of Law No. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation on environmental restoration and the influence of crime on the environment. This research uses a normative juridical type of research, legal research uses library research. The basis of this research is the reduction of regulations on protection for the environment, especially in the field of utilization of natural resources in the East Kalimantan region, this can be seen from the issuance of the Job Creation Law which trimmed/replaced regulations from the previous law which was considered to suppress the previous regulations so that it became a threat of arrest. uncontrollable environmental damage. Basically regulations or rules are used to give rules to the public so they don't act as they please, that everything in a country has rules with criminal penalties that aim to give fear to the public so they don't violate existing rules. The drafting of regulations for Law No. 11 of 20 Concerning Job Creation was driven with the aim of improving the economic and labor aspects of simplifying the EIA in the Job Creation Law to make it easier for entrepreneurs to arrange permits for the utilization of natural resources in the coal mining sector so that many investors are willing to investing in and working with coal mining entrepreneurs also adds to jobs because many entrepreneurs carry out mining activities and of course the economy increases in an area, but behind all that there is a threat of great environmental damage that will befall something if there are no rules that are able to provide protection against environment that has been destroyed as a result of arbitrary human actions, this is the view of the government in making laws and regulations so that it does not only prioritize economic value but also pays attention to what impacts occur as a result of taking natural resources so that a balance must be made so that environmental damage can be overcome.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and explain the problems that occur in implementing the independent curriculum at SMP Negeri 2 Sipoholon. Departing from the many phenomena and policies related to the implementation of the independent curriculum, this gave rise to various questions for researchers such as the problems faced at SMP Negeri 2 Sipoholon in implementing the Independent Curriculum. This research was conducted using qualitative methods, namely field studies through field observations and interviews. The data at SMP Negeri 2 Sipoholon studied by researchers was collected through observations and interviews with the school principal, curriculum representatives and teacher council. Analyzed and presented in descriptive form. The results of this analysis can help answer research questions. The results of the analysis show that the Independent Curriculum at SMP Negeri 2 Sipoholon faces several problems, such as teachers having difficulty adapting to a more flexible curriculum and requiring more time to develop lesson materials that suit student needs. Teachers must be given further training to adapt a more flexible curriculum and improve their ability to develop learning materials that suit students' needs.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and explain the close relationship between leadership and management curriculum in an educational context. Leadership in curriculum management does not only include the ability to provide direction and goals, but also includes the ability to motivate, inspire and guide the team in implementing the curriculum effectively. This research also describes leadership indicators in the management curriculum, including the vision of curriculum development and objectives, curriculum organization and planning, curriculum implementation, curriculum monitoring and evaluation, as well as curriculum renewal and innovation. This research uses a library study method to examine the concept of leadership and curriculum management.

Abstract

Competency-based curriculum has become the main focus in efforts to improve the quality of education. This approach emphasizes the development of skills, knowledge and attitudes that are relevant to real world needs. By adapting learning to student needs and job market demands, competency-based curricula can help improve the quality of education and prepare students for future challenges. The aim of this research is to identify the role of competency-based curriculum in improving the quality of education in secondary education institutions. The research method used is descriptive research, with library research or literature study. The data sources taken are books, research journals or scientific journals that discuss competency-based curricula. Data collection was carried out through literature searches using basic data. The data collected can be analyzed to find findings or themes and patterns according to the focus of the discussion. The competency-based curriculum is a curriculum that has the potential to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. With KBK students are encouraged to learn with their personal competencies which are used as a whole in achieving learning goals or educational goals.

Abstract

This paper discusses the results of observations of teaching staff at Santa Maria Tarutung Private Elementary School. Observations were carried out over two days, focusing on learning methods, teacher-student interactions, and classroom management. Observation results show that the teaching staff at Santa Maria Tarutung Private Elementary School have good competence in teaching and guiding students. They use various interesting and interactive learning methods, and are able to establish good relationships with students. Apart from that, they are also able to manage the class well, thereby creating a conducive learning atmosphere.

Abstract

This research aims to; (1) Describing the history of the Battle of Bojongkokosan, (2) Knowing the function of the Bojongkokosan Palagan Perjuangan 1945 Museum, (3) Collections and dioramas at the Bojongkokosan Palagan Perjuangan 1945 Museum, (4) Knowing the role of the local community in preserving the Bojongkokosan Palagan Perjuangan 1945 Museum as a form of historical reminder. This research uses qualitative data analysis methods and library research methods, by obtaining information by utilizing existing facilities in libraries and online sources such as books, documents, journals, or pure library research related to the research object. The results of the research and discussion show that, (1) The history of the Bojongkokosan battle, (2) This museum functions as an appropriate means of preserving historical heritage objects, as a means of education, a means of recreation, and a means of cultural attractions for the community., (3) The collections and dioramas at the Bojongkokosan Palagan Perjuangan 1945 Museum include reliefs, traditional weapons, war helmets, Molotov cocktails, replicas of Wago panzer tanks, knives, firearms, and the names of the fighters. (4) The role of the local community in preserving the Bojongkokosan Palagan Perjuangan 1945 Museum as a form of historical reminder. It is hoped that this article will broaden readers' insight so that they become more familiar with the Bojongkokosan Palagan Perjuangan 1945 Museum which tells the story of the Bojongkokosan battle which is often forgotten.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model in subjects in the Merdeka Curriculum and its impact on student learning outcomes. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach to describe social phenomena. Primary data was obtained from structured interviews with a teacher at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Lamongan, and secondary data from scientific journals and online sources. Data collection techniques included interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis included asking questions, applying procedures, collecting, coding and interpreting data. This research aims to understand the meanings that individuals and groups ascribe to social or humanitarian issues. The research findings show that PjBL is effective in improving student learning motivation, team PjBL work skills, creativity, and understanding of basic concepts. Effective in increasing student learning motivation, teamwork skills, creativity, and understanding of basic concepts. To that end, PjBL also fosters enthusiasm and positive attitudes among students. However, PjBL research faces challenges such as high equipment requirements, high costs, and short lead times. Nevertheless, PjBL made a significant contribution to learning outcomes and the development of student characteristics according to the Pancasila Learner Profile
