Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Make a Match type cooperative learning model in improving student learning outcomes in the fiqh subject of the Friday prayer chapter in class 7. This is important to research considering how far the influence of the Make a Match type cooperative learning model is in improving learning outcomes. student. In this research, the Pearson product moment correlation method was used with a population of 145 people and a sample of 62 students in class 7. The theoretical analysis used for the variables of the Make a Match type cooperative learning model (Vioreza et al., 2020) and learning outcomes theory. Based on the research results, it shows that first, the Make a Match type cooperative learning model is rated as good with a mean value of 80.21. Both learning outcomes were assessed as good with a score of 16.42. Third, there is no influence of the Make a Match type cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes in the fiqh subject on Friday prayers in class 7. Because the calculated t value is 1.659 with a significance value of 0.102>0.005. So Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, which means there is no relationship between the make a match type cooperative learning model and student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the ability to analyze students on geometry learning by applying Van Hiele's theory to elementary theory to grade V elementary school students. The background of this researchis the author found an indication of the low ability to analyze learners in elementary school. This article aims to provide a proposal for Van Hiele Theory in geomtery learning. The method of this research is through literature study, which is collecting data from various books, articles, and research results to obtain the information being researched. research results to obtain information that is being researched. The approach used in this research is qualitative, which is to collect descriptive data from previous research as a source of research. as a source of research. The data that has been obtained is analyzed and concluded so as to get conclusions from several previous studies to answer how to provide proposals for the ability to analyze students through Van Hiele's theory in learning geometry. The results of the literature study This literature study shows that Van Hiele's theory has an important role in helping the teachers to develop learning methods that are suitable for geometry material, by going through the stages of geometry learning based on through the stages of learning geometry based on Van Hiele's theory, namely: 1) Recognition stage; 2) Analysis stage; 3) Deduction stage; 4) The accuracy stage. With this it can be concluded that Van Hiele's theory can help students and teachers in the process of learning geometry by going through the stages that have been proposed by Van Hiele stages that have been put forward by Van Hiele. In this case, the teacher can apply Van Hiele's theory to students starting from the introduction stage by using concrete media that is commonly found in the classroom. Abstract

This research endeavor seeks to examine the impact of the Two Stay Two Stray learning approach on critical thinking skills in the field of mathematics. The research adopts an experimental model employing a Post-Test Only Control Group Design research design. The research sample consists of two classes, namely the experimental class utilizing the Two Stay Two Stray learning method, and the control class employing the Think Pair Share learning method, with each class consisting of 20 students from MTs Ashnawiyah and MTs Gunung Putri. Data is collected through an objective essay-based test, which has been validated on 20 students outside the sample, through assessments of validity, reliability, and question difficulty levels. Pre-requisite tests for data analysis include a normality test using the Liliefors Test and a homogeneity test using the Fisher Test, yielding a result of 2.046. Hypothesis testing is conducted via the t-test, resulting in a tcount > ttable, thus leading to the rejection of H0. The research findings indicate a significant influence of the Two Stay Two Stray learning method on critical thinking skills in mathematics. Hence, this instructional approach can be considered as an alternative for educators to foster an active, effective, and engaging learning environment

Abstract

Banten Province, with its rapid growth and diverse tourism potential, presents significant opportunities for developing halal tourism. Halal tourism, guided by Islamic Sharia principles, has become increasingly crucial in the global context today. The aim of this research is to analyze the potential, development, opportunities, and challenges in developing halal tourism in Banten Province. The research methodology employed in this article involves a qualitative approach. Qualitative methods are utilized to explore the perspectives and perceptions of the community towards halal tourism, as well as to understand relevant cultural values. Data sources for this research include secondary data. Secondary data may originate from related literature, government reports, tourism industry publications, and other relevant sources of information. The data collection technique involves literature review. The research findings provide a profound understanding of the potential of halal tourism in Banten Province and evaluate the challenges and opportunities for sustainable industry development. Therefore, this article makes a significant contribution to supporting the vision of Banten Province as a leading destination for halal tourism at both national and global levels.

Abstract

Islamic religious character education has an important role in forming students' personalities who have noble, honest and responsible character. This research aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic religious character education for students at MTs Miftahul Ulum Purwakarta, West Java. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Primary data sources are students, teachers and school principals. Secondary data sources include books and relevant journals. The research results show that Islamic religious character education at MTs Miftahul Ulum is carried out through various activities, such as routine recitations, congregational prayers, Al-Qur'an learning, as well as religious extracurricular activities. Factors supporting the success of character education include teacher involvement, parental support, and a conducive school environment. However, there are several obstacles such as limited time and facilities. In conclusion, Islamic religious character education at MTs Miftahul Ulum has been going well, but further efforts are needed to overcome existing obstacles so that the goals of character education can be achieved optimally.

Abstract

Social justice is one of the main pillars of Islamic teachings, which requires every individual and institution to uphold the values ​​of honesty, integrity and justice in every aspect of life. In Muslim-majority countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia and Saudi Arabia, the judiciary plays a key role in realizing social justice. However, corrupt practices, political interference and lack of competence often hinder the achievement of true justice. This research aims to analyze the role of judicial institution ethics in realizing social justice from an Islamic political perspective. The focus of this research is on Muslim-majority countries, particularly Indonesia, Malaysia and Saudi Arabia, to identify the extent to which Islamic values ​​are implemented in the judicial system and how this affects social justice. Abstract

The social and political challenges faced by Muslim countries, such as conflict and corruption, necessitate a comprehensive approach rooted in strong values. Prolonged conflict and rampant corruption have impeded development and eroded public trust in the government. This research seeks to investigate the role of Islamic political ethics in resolving conflicts and curbing corruption in modern Muslim countries. The research methodology employed is qualitative analysis, utilizing a literature review to assess the principles of Islamic political ethics, including justice, transparency, and accountability, as well as their application within contemporary political contexts. The research findings demonstrate that Islamic political ethics offer a robust moral framework for cultivating a more equitable and responsive government. The principle of justice encompasses the fair allocation of resources and the safeguarding of individuals' and vulnerable groups' rights. Transparency and accountability in decision-making processes can mitigate corruption and enhance public trust. While challenges persist, such as varying interpretations and the instrumentalization of religion for political purposes, with the requisite commitment, Islamic political ethics can bolster social and political progress in present-day Muslim countries. In conclusion, Islamic political ethics hold considerable promise in surmounting social and political challenges by upholding the values of justice, transparency, and accountability. It is anticipated that the recommendations derived from this research will contribute to the enhancement of governance in Muslim countries.

Abstract

The political and moral ethics of leadership, both in the Islamic context and outside of Islam, are greatly influenced by the attitudes and actions of those in power. A government that is just and based on ethical values ​​is important to learn from real experience and is based on the principles of justice in order to create peace. However, there is a knowledge gap regarding the application of ethical values ​​in leadership which can cause government instability. This research uses qualitative methods with a case study approach to analyze the application of political and moral ethics in leadership. The research results show that leaders who instill ethical and moral values ​​succeed in creating an atmosphere of happiness for their people, while leaders who ignore these values ​​experience a collapse in power. In addition, this research found that applying ethical values ​​in leadership can prevent chaos and increase government stability. The implications of this research show the importance of strengthening ethical and moral values ​​in leadership education to create a just and peaceful government.

Abstract

Corporate governance is a key element in ensuring transparency, accountability, and operational integrity in a company. In the manufacturing sector, the implementation of effective corporate governance is essential to improve the company's financial performance. However, there is still a knowledge gap regarding how corporate governance affects the financial performance of companies in this sector. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach to explore the relationship between corporate governance and financial performance in manufacturing companies. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of good corporate governance can prevent mismanagement, increase transparency and accountability, and integrate values, ethics, and risk management into the company's strategy. In addition, the results of the study also indicate that companies that implement effective governance can increase the trust of investors and other stakeholders, which in turn supports long-term business growth and sustainability. However, many companies still face challenges in implementing strong governance, indicating the need for greater efforts in education and training and the development of better internal control systems. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of companies to strengthen their governance in order to achieve optimal financial performance and long-term sustainability. It provides important contributions both in enriching the academic literature and in providing practical guidance for manufacturing companies to strengthen governance and improve their financial performance. This implication emphasizes the importance of good corporate governance to achieve long-term business sustainability and create value for all stakeholders.

Abstract

Indonesia, as a country with high cultural and religious diversity, faces challenges in maintaining social harmony amidst differences. This study aims to explore the role of multiculturalism and religion, especially Islam, in shaping national and state life. The method used is qualitative with a literature review approach, which allows researchers to collect, analyze, and synthesize various literatures relevant to the research topic. Data sources were obtained from secondary literature including scientific journals, books, research reports, and policy documents. Literature searches were carried out systematically using keywords such as "multiculturalism," "religion," "Islam in Indonesia," "interfaith harmony," and "diversity." The data obtained were analyzed using a thematic analysis approach, where the main themes related to the relationship between religion and multiculturalism were identified, grouped, and synthesized to draw conclusions. The results of the study indicate that multiculturalism and religion have an important role in maintaining social cohesion in Indonesia. Islam, as the majority religion, plays a central role in regulating and supporting cultural diversity through the values ​​taught in the Quran and Hadith. However, challenges arise due to differences in religious interpretations that can trigger fanaticism and radicalism, which threaten harmony between religious communities. Therefore, it is necessary to integrate multicultural values ​​in religious education to strengthen social harmony. This study emphasizes the importance of synergy between religion and multiculturalism in building an inclusive and harmonious society in Indonesia.
