Abstract

One aspect that made the change and arrangement in curriculum 2013 is the standard of assessment witch tailored to the content standards, competency standards and the process standards. Nonetheless, in the end the arrangement of the assessment focused on learning. Skills assessment requires studant to demonstrate a certain competence. This assessment is intended to determine whether the knowledge has been mastered learners can be used to identify and solve problems in real life. Mastery learning for skills determined by the school, gradually continue to improve the school completeness criteria studied by considering the potential and characteristics of each school as a form of improving the quality of learning outcomes. The approach research is a qualitative research with descriptive methods. These results indicate that, the implementation of the curriculum 2013 there are still many obstacles. This constraint is caused by many factors. The dominant factor is the desire or willingness of teachers in applying the skills assessment system contained in this curriculum. There is still the need for the participation of various stakeholders in the success of the application of the system of assessment of skills in the curriculum 2013. The government should continue to socialize and training in enhancing the competence of teachers on aspects pence judgments of these skills.

Abstract

Assessment is the process of collecting and processing information to measure the achievement of student learning outcomes. The process is carried out through various assessment techniques, using various instruments, and comes from various sources to be more comprehensive. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, which is research that prioritizes data collection or the reality of the problem based on the disclosure of data revealed by informants and written or spoken words from people or observed behavior with actual reality. The results of this study found that the process of obtaining assessments on students there are 2 (two) types of test techniques consisting of, description (essay) and objective tests. In taking assessments on students can be carried out on an ongoing basis to monitor the process of progress, improvement of results in the form of daily tests, midterm tests, semester tests, class promotion tests.

Abstract

Implementation of assessment is an important part of the learning process related to the achievement of student learning outcomes. A good assessment method can make a positive contribution to the teaching and learning process and will have an impact on student learning outcomes. However, student learning outcomes cannot only be measured by grades through written tests, so that the quality of learning can develop better, a portfolio assessment is needed. which is part of the classroom assessment currently being developed. By applying an alternative assessment, one of which is a portfolio assessment of students, can collect evidence of actual student progress that can be used as material for consideration to improve the learning process further. Besides Therefore, assessments like this are felt to be fairer and more transparent for students and can increase student motivation to be actively involved in the learning process.

Abstract

Speaking skill is the ability to pronounce or pronounce an idea that exists in an individual which involves several aspects of pronunciation, vocabulary, and structure. This study aims to find out that there is a problem how to describe the improvement of speaking skills through storytelling in class II students of Mi Al-Irsyad, Tangerang City. The research method used is classroom action research (PTK) with data collection techniques of observation, tests, and interviews. The main objective of PTK is to solve real problems that occur in the classroom and increase the real activities of teachers in their professional development. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in speaking skills if the average score on student test results increased, namely individual absorption of at least 70 and classically 85% of students could speak. In addition, there was also a change in students' attitudes during the learning process which was marked by the activeness of students in expressing opinions, answering questions, the level of self-confidence, the use of appropriate language when telling stories, and responsibility in the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the reading challenges faced by second-grade students at SD Negeri 54/I Bajubang and the contributions of teachers in addressing these challenges. A descriptive qualitative methodology is employed in this research. Educators and second-grade students from SD Negeri 54/I Bajubang participated in this study. Interviewing, observation, and documentation are some of the data collection techniques employed. The collected data are analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which involves data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the findings, the reading comprehension issues among some second-grade students at SD Negeri 54/I Bajubang reached 70%. Students who struggle with reading often face difficulties in letter recognition, reading meaningful and meaningless words, reading fluently and comprehending the text, and listening or comprehending auditory information.

Abstract

Kampus Merdeka Program (MBKM) is one of the programs organized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemdikbud). One of the activities in it is the Teaching Campus Program. The purpose of the Teaching Campus Program is to contribute and assist in Teaching, Technology Adaptation, and Administration activities. Currently, the Teaching Campus Program has entered its third year. One of the schools targeted for the Teaching Campus program is SD IT Al ‘ulum walhikam which is located in Bageknyaka Aikmel, East Lombok Regency. In this program, students from different campuses are placed in the same area and school to assist the school in terms of teaching, adapting technology and administration. In addition, students are also tasked with enforcing independent learning and improving student character and increasing student interest in learning during this pandemic. Another thing that is the goal of this teaching campus program is that students can go directly to the field, add relationships and develop insight and soft skills to participate in improving the quality of education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Humans basically often ask or plead to other than Allah Swt. In order to fulfill their desires instantly and this phenomenon is known as polytheism. Islam has a way to avoid it, namely by dhikr. Remembrance is an activity or speech that aims to remember the Creator, namely Allah Swt, with the intention of getting closer to Him, usually by mentioning Asmaul Husna (names of Allah). Dhikr can be done anytime and anywhere except places where it is prohibited, the dhikr order is made with the aim of obeying Him, as a reminder of the afterlife, sincere and confident in the help of Allah Swt. The data used is a literature study that is used in ways to pursue various information about the procedures for remembrance in Islam through books or the internet that are appropriate to the cases discussed. solving the problem of how to do dhikr in Islam, namely l) zikir zhohir, 2) dhikr khofi. In conclusion, remembrance can be done verbally (dhikr zhohir), heart (dhikr khofi) and is a commendable action where we remember through praises to Allah Swt. The results of this study indicate that it is permissible to recite the dhikr out loud using a loudspeaker or low voice with the provisions that have been explained by the Koran itself and the opinion of the clergy in order to avoid unwanted things. This research is included in the library research category and the data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive comparative analysis technique. The main sources of data are the Koran, the book of Tafsir Al-Azhar, coupled with related literature such as journals, theses, books or related articles. The purpose of this research is to find out how Buya Hamka interprets QS. Al-A'raf 205.

Abstract

This article discusses the challenges faced by modern schools in providing quality education and the challenges they must overcome to address these issues. Common problems in modern schools include overloaded curriculum, technological dominance, excessive workload, and limited facilities and infrastructure. One major issue is an overloaded curriculum, where students face pressure to absorb a vast amount of information within limited timeframes, leaving little room for the development of their interests and talents. Technological dominance also has a significant impact, as excessive reliance on technology can reduce social interaction and hinder students' critical thinking abilities. Excessive workload is another commonly faced problem for students in modern schools, resulting in stress and an imbalance between academic activities and personal life. Additionally, limitations in facilities and infrastructure, such as inadequate facilities and insufficient infrastructure, can restrict students' learning experiences. The challenges faced by modern schools include the development of relevant and flexible curricula, as well as the wise integration of technology to optimize learning. Managing a balanced workload for students and improving school facilities and infrastructure are also challenges that need to be addressed. In addressing these challenges, collaboration among schools, teachers, parents, and relevant stakeholders is key. Continuous teacher training, the implementation of innovative teaching models, and adequate funding are necessary to achieve sustainable improvements in education. Through a deep understanding of the problems faced by modern schools and the challenges they encounter, it is hoped that this article will provide valuable insights for stakeholders in addressing educational issues and promoting better progress for students and society as a whole.

The emergence of digital literacy today is due to the development of information and communication technology which is not only printed, but already in digital form. Digital literacy is a form of skill that refers not only to the abillty to use technology, information and communication tools, but also social skills, learning skills, attitudes, critical thinking, creativity and inspiration such as digital skills. Digital literacy can help someone think critically, solve problems and communicate fluently. In addition, digital literacy can provide opportunities to work with people. Digital literacy encourages students to be creative or participate in learning activities freely, creatively and innovatively.

Abstract

LPTQ is an institution or forum that functions to broadcast the Koran in people's lives. One of the programs implemented by LPTQ is Musababaqah Tilawatil Quran or commonly known as MTQ. With the implementation of MTQ, it can arouse the enthusiasm of the community and young people in Bandar Masilam District in reading, understanding and practicing the Koran in everyday life. So as to make the community and younger generations who are Quranic, so that quality Musabaqah participants are formed. This research aims to find out how the role of LPTQ and the constraints experienced by LPTQ in carrying out its programs. This study used field research methods, in which the writer went directly to the field to find the necessary data according to the problem under study, processed through the process of data collection, data classification and data interpretation using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the Bandar Masilam District LPTQ has a very large influence on people's lives. LPTQ Bandar Masilam Subdistrict makes every effort to carry out its duties. LPTQ collaborates with Koran teachers, Koran agencies, schools, and the local government to make it easier for them to carry out their duties. However, LPTQ Bandar Masilam Subdistrict cannot be said to be growing rapidly, however LPTQ Bandar Masilam Subdistrict has experienced good changes every year as seen from the several achievements of the participants of the musabaqah which have increased. The obstacles experienced were funding constraints and human resource constraints.
