Abstract

Gender mainstreaming in Indonesia is still experiencing problems even though there arejuridical rules that regulate it, regional autonomy policies that are considered capable ofanswering the problem of gender equality have not been able to answer them eventhough they have been mandated in various laws and regulations. This research willexamine gender mainstreaming in regional development through gender responsivebudgeting planning policies. The research method uses normative legal research methodswith secondary data sources in the form of legal materials. The results of the study showthat the juridical basis for implementing gender mainstreaming policies in the regionsthrough PPRG already exists in both international and national legal instruments.Furthermore, the problem of PPRG policy is the inability to understand the concept ofgender mainstreaming by regional development actors, besides that genderdisaggregated data is not available and is still a problem in gender mainstreaming bothat national and regional levels. In addition, the existing budget is only interpreted as abudget based on gender justice alone but has not fully addressed the problems of gendermainstreaming. Under these conditions, legal reconstruction, supervision and monitoringmechanisms are needed.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effectiveness of Information Technology (IT) as a mediation in supporting the competence of Human Resources (HR) in improving the performance of snack food SMEs in Magelang district. The population in this study is SMEs snack in Magelang district. The samples taken in this study were 100 with the Lemeshow formula because of the limited data on the number of Snack SMEs population at the research location. The analytical tool used is multiple regression with the help of SPSS 25, the results of this study show that HR competence has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance by 48.6%, but HR competency and IT only has an effect of 23.5% on MSME performance. This shows that the effectiveness of IT on the performance of MSMEs is not as high as imagined and this study will provide the argument.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of behavioral approach group counseling with modeling techniques on improving student learning discipline. This research is animpure experimental research (Pre-experimental Design (non design)), with the experimental form of One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample of this study was selected by purposive sampling. The samples taken in this study were 5 students or teenagers as the experimental group. The method of data analysis was confirmed by using a disciplinary questionnaire in learning. Test the validity of the disciplinary questionnaire instrument in learning by using the product moment formula while the reliability test using the Cronbach alpha formula with the help of the SPSS For Windows version 24.00 program. The analysis prerequisite test consists of a normality test and a homogeneity test. Data analysis used parametric statistical techniques, namely the Paired Sample T-Test test with the help of the SPSS For Windows version 24.00 program.The results of this study indicate that behavioral group counseling Modeling techniques have an effect on increasing discipline in student learning. This is evidenced by the results of the paired sample t-test by showing the asymp probability. sig. (2-tailed) < 0.05 then H0 is rejected, Ha is accepted, whereas if the probability is asymp. Sig. (2-tailed)> 0.05 then H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. In the table above, it can be seen the probability value of asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) <0.05 or 0.000 <0.05 or H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, then according to the basis of decision making in the paired sample t-test, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the pretest and posttest scores in filling out the discipline questionnaire in learning, so that group counseling services with a behavioral approach to improve student learning discipline.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explore information through case studies related to the management of women's work stress during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method uses a qualitative method with a single instrumental case study approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation and documentation with 3 female entrepreneurs as sources. It can be concluded that the Covid-19 pandemic has had many impacts on all groups, especially a woman who has multiple roles in her life

Abstract

Research on capital expenditure concludes the result of the pros and cons, therefore research on capital expenditure will always attract attention even though reasearchers use varied variables. The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the effect of Local Own-Source Revenue, General Allocation Fund, Revenue Sharing Fund, and Gross Regional Domestic Product on Capital Expenditures. The research method used is a quantitative method. The population in this study is The Regency/City of Central Java Province for the 2017-2019 period. This study uses the saturation sampling method so total sample is 35 consisting of 29 district and 6 cities. The data of this study were tested using multiple linear regression models. The results of this study indicate that Local Own-Source Revenue has a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05 affecting Capital Expenditures, which means H1 is acceptable. The General Allocation Fund has a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05 affecting Capital Expenditures, which means H2 is acceptable. Revenue Sharing Fund has a significance value of 0,019 < 0,05 affecting Capital Expenditures, which means H3 is acceptable. Gross Regional Domestic Product has a significance value of 0,677 > 0,05 does not affect Capital Expenditure, which means H4 is rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether entrepreneurial orientation, management ability and image differentiation have an effect on competitive advantage. The sample used in this study is business actors in Food and Beverage SMEs in Magelang Regency. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling with 96 respondents. This research method uses descriptive quantitative. Data processing was tested using multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that the entrepreneurial orientation variable, management ability and image differentiation simultaneously have a positive effect on competitive advantage, the entrepreneurial orientation variable partially has a positive effect on competitive advantage, the management ability variable partially has a positive effect on competitive advantage, and partial image differentiation has a positive effect. positive for competitive advantage.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership style, knowledge management and organizational culture on employee performance at the UMKM Tahu Mejing Village. The population in this study were the employees of SMEs Tahu Mejing Village, Candimulyo District, Magelang Regency. The sample taken in this study were 76 employees with purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, knowledge management had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Organizational culture is a system of shared meanings (perceptions) held by members of the organization, which distinguishes the organization from other organizations. The aims of this study are: (1) To examine the effect of superior organizational culture models/characteristics on employee performance in the Masaran Batik Industry, Sragen, Central Java. (2) Identifying the values behind the influence of superior organizational culture on employee performance in the Masaran Batik Industry, Sragen, Central Java. In this research, the locations are three Masaran batik industries, Sragen, Central Java, namely Brotojoyo Batik, Dewi Ratih Batik and Aluna Batik. The model in this study will be tested using multiple regression analysis. Then to find out the significance of the correlation coefficient of each variable, a series of tests were carried out, namely the simultaneous test (F test) and partial test (t test). The results of the study show that together the variables of a culture of transparency, a culture of thoroughness, a dynamic culture, a culture of professionalism, and a culture of togetherness have an influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Research on the consumption of healthy food products is interesting because it is influenced by many factors. The respondents of this research involved 100 students of FEB UMS with the assumption that they are technology literate, the millennial generation, care about health, and have closeness to the intention to buy healthy food products. Hypothesis testing in this research uses regression analysis and the results show that attitude and behavioral control have a positive effect on purchase intention of healthy food products although subjective norms have no effect. The limitations of research findings become a reference for the development of further research

Abstract

Cryptocurrency is one of the most interesting digital assets to study. The purpose of this research is to find out the attractiveness of using cryptocurrency by involving 150 respondents represented by the millennial generation. The results of the analysis show that the social influence and perceived risk variables affect the intention to adopt cryptocurrency, while the performance expectancy variable has no effect. The limitations of this research serve as a reference for further research related to the intention to adopt cryptocurrencies
