Abstract

The creativity of good PAI teachers is expected to increase students’ interest in learning in a better direction. Based on this statement, this research can be focused on the creativity of PAI teachers in increasing interest in learning at Tenth Grade of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Hulu Sungai Tengah and the purpose of this research is to find out the creativity of PAI teachers in increasing interest in learning at Tenth Grade of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Hulu Sungai Tengah. The subjects of this study are a PAI teacher and several students at Tenth Grade of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Hulu Sungai Tengah. While the object of this research is the creativity of PAI teachers in increasing interest in learning at Tenth Grade of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Hulu Sungai Tengah. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data processing techniques are carried out by data reduction, data display, and data verification. Data analysis techniques use qualitative and provide conclusions using general methods based on existing data in the field. The results of this study indicate that the creativity of PAI teachers in increasing interest in learning at Tenth Grade of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Hulu Sungai Tengah is reflected in PAI teachers always varying their learning, both by using various methods, using various media, changing seating arrangements - change, learning is sometimes in the classroom and sometimes outside the classroom. Each learning process is not monotonous or spelled out the same way, but always varies at each meeting. The results of the creativity of such PAI teachers make students’ enthusiasm in learning better and students' activeness in participating in learning is very visible. This is illustrated by the courage of students in asking questions, the courage of students in expressing their opinions in front of their friends and teachers. In addition, students are brave and don’t hesitate to appear in front of their friends and teachers to be an example in practicing or demonstrating the material being studied. This shows that students’ interest is very good in participating in learning in Islamic religious education subjects.

Abstract

The learning carried out by good Islamic religious education teachers is expected to support a better Islamic religious education learning process. This statement can be formulated as the focus of this research, which is about learning Islamic religious education at Pelajau State Elementary School, Batumandi District, Balangan Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning of Islamic religious education at Pelajau State Elementary School, Batumandi District, Balangan Regency. This research is a field research. The subjects in this study were 1 Islamic religious education teacher and students at Pelajau State Elementary School, Batumandi District, Balangan Regency. The object of this study is the learning of Islamic religious education at Pelajau State Elementary School, Batumandi District, Balangan Regency. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data processing techniques use data reduction, data display, and data verification. The analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that the learning of Islamic religious education at Pelajau State Elementary School, Batumandi District, Balangan Regency is going well.

Abstract

The implementation of financing management in developing good facilities and infrastructure is highly expected, because with good existing management it will support better school performance, so that the vision and mission of the school can be realized. Based on this statement, the formulation of the problem in this study is how is the implementation of financing management in developing facilities and infrastructure at SMP Hasbunallah? The goal to be achieved is to find out the implementation of financing management in developing facilities and infrastructure at SMP Hasbunallah. This type of research is field research and the approach taken is a qualitative approach. The object of this research is the implementation of financing management in developing facilities and infrastructure at SMP Hasbunallah. The subjects of this study were the principals and SMP Hasbunallah foundations. The data collection techniques are carried out by means of interviews, observation and documentaries. Data processing techniques using data reduction, data display and data verification and data analysis using descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of financing management in developing facilities and infrastructure at SMP Hasbunallah, namely; 1) Financing. All funding has been planned and structured and realized according to existing conditions and needs, especially the needs for the teaching process as well as the process of student learning activities. 2) school facilities and infrastructure; a) The manager has planned the financing of facilities and infrastructure. b) The manager has provided the necessary facilities and infrastructure. c) The manager prepares a storage place for the infrastructure that is held. d) Managers make an inventory of the required facilities and infrastructure. e) School managers also maintain facilities and infrastructure properly and properly with the aim of keeping them longer. f) School administrators jointly organize the existing facilities and infrastructure. g) Managers and teachers and students maintain and maintain the use of existing facilities and infrastructure. h) The manager removes unfit facilities and infrastructure. i) Managers and teachers supervise the use of existing facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem that the Madrasah Head has a very important role in driving madrasah management so that it can run according to the various demands of society and the times. Therefore, the role of a successful madrasah head can be seen from the achievement of madrasah objectives, as well as the increased performance of educational staff within the madrasah environment. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of the madrasah head as a leader and as a manager in improving the performance of educational staff and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors faced by madrasah head in improving the performance of education staff. The type and approach used in this research is by way of field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The object of this research is the role of the madrasa head as a leader and as a manager in improving the performance of teaching staff at MTsN 4 Tabalong and the research subjects are the head of MTsN 4 Tabalong, the deputy head of the curriculum section, the head of administration, the head of the library, and the security guard. Furthermore, the collection technique uses observation, structured interviews, and documentation. Then the data analysis in this study was carried out in three stages including data reduction, data presentation and conclusion/verification. The results showed that the role of the madrasa head as a leader in improving the performance of teaching staff at MTsN 4 Tabalong was by fostering discipline in the form of direction and supervision, providing motivation in the form of words of encouragement, rewards in the form of certificates, and perceptions in the form of facilitation. Meanwhile, the role of the madrasa head as a manager in improving the performance of teaching staff at MTsN 4 Tabalong is by empowering teaching staff through cooperation and coordination, providing opportunities for teaching staff to improve their profession with training, and encouraging the involvement of all educational staff in all madrasah activities by directing them to involved. The supporting factors carried out by the madrasa head in improving the performance of teaching staff at MTsN 4 Tabalong are responsibility for assignments, respect for assignments, and the work environment, and the inhibiting factors are time, social jealousy and opportunities for development.

Abstract

The main problem in this thesis departs from the implementation of change management carried out by the head of the madrasa in improving the quality of service in the administration sector. The management of changes in administration carried out by the head of this madrasa is relatively new, which for the MA level has only been carried out at MAN 1 Tabalong and MAN 2 Tabalong. Therefore it is necessary to examine to determine how far the change management has been running. This study aims to determine the implementation of change management in MAN 1 Tabalong in order to improve the quality of administrative services. The type of research that the author uses is a type of field research or field research using a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques in this study were obtained from the results of observations, interviews and documentation of researchers with the head of the madrasah, the administration and staff, students and parents of students at MAN 1 Tabalong. Data processing was carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner, then described and classified aspects of certain problems and explained through effective sentences guided by Indonesian Spelling (EBI). The results of the study show that the Implementation of Change Management by Madrasah Principals in Improving Service Quality has been going well. Change management can be carried out with an understanding of each activity unit regarding the main tasks and functions of each. In carrying out the changes guided by the Decree of the Minister of Religion concerning Integrated Services at the Ministry of Religion. Changes in efforts to improve the quality of madrasah services were made in the field of information technology and administration of service activities to education consumers.

Abstract

In science education consists of three very main aspects, namely; science as a product, science as a process, and science as a scientific attitude. In learning science itself, sometimes students still do not understand the value of a scientific attitude which results in an imperfect process of scientific nature and a lack of forming students' scientific attitudes. Viewed academically, character education is a value education, character education, moral education, character education which aims to develop students' ability to give good and bad character, so that these actions can be implemented in everyday life. Therefore, character education that is based on juridical values contains the standard competency standards of graduates in an educational institution, especially Elementary Schools (SD). Integrating the development of character culture with science education can be done with several strategies including the application of the Thinking Ability and Thinking Strategy Model (KBSB), in which this model integrates thinking skills and thinking strategies in the activities carried out by students. A culture of Thinking Ability and Thinking Strategies will be a starting point in shaping students with character so that their skills and attitudes can understand their natural environment. In addition, character education can also be implemented in science education in the habituation of daily life in educational units which will be integrated into extracurricular activities so that the character culture of students will become habituation in everyday life.

Abstract

School is a place to socialize and learn. Schools are educational institutions that train students' character building and facilitate students to grow and explore student potential so that they can produce generations that are productive, creative, and able to answer challenges. The implications for school institutions that can be seen directly are inclusive schools, institutions that are able to overcome discrimination effectively, create friendly communication, and form an inclusive society to realize educational goals. The available SLBs are quite well-established, have adequate facilities and infrastructure, adequately representative equipment and buildings, sufficiently professional staff, and have strong legality institutionally. The community is a user of educational institutions with the existence of an inclusive school which will facilitate community access to send their children to the nearest school because there is only one special school such as an SLB and it is in the district capital. provide treatment to children with special needs because they have experts in their fields and have teachers who are graduates from PLB.

Abstract

This study aims to describe (1) the basic attitude of librarians, (2) the relationship between librarians and librarians, (3) the relationship between librarians between librarians, (4) the relationship between librarians and libraries, (5) the relationship between librarians and professional organizations, (6) the relationship between librarians with society. This type of research is qualitative research using descriptive methods. The informants in this study were 8 librarians. Data analysis starts from the data reduction stage or selecting data that is considered important and grouping the data according to indicators, data presentation stage, and conclusion drawing stage. The results of this study indicate that First, the basic attitude of librarians has been carried out well which can be seen from the results of research conducted by librarians who have provided the needs of users and are responsible for the work done where librarians have worked in accordance with the rules that apply in the library. Second, librarians have fulfilled librarian relations with users well based on a code of ethics based on IPI standards where librarians protect the privacy rights of users and also provide information needs to users properly. Third, librarians have carried out librarian relations between librarians well where librarians carry out sharing activities with other librarians to improve competence and performance in the library. Fourth, the relationship between librarians and libraries has not been carried out properly where librarians are still rarely active in formulating policies in the library. Fifth, the relationship between librarians and professional librarian organizations has joined professional librarian organizations such as IPI but has not fully contributed. Sixth, the relationship between librarians and the community has not been carried out optimally where librarians rarely cooperate with the community.

Abstract

Interest in reading and writing the Qur'an among some school-age children (age 6-12 years) is decreasing because children at that age are still playing, they are also still easily influenced by the social environment of their friends. With their fun playing they forget their obligations as students. This also has an impact on their laziness to study the Koran, especially in reading and writing the Koran. They will look for a lot of reasons when asked to read and write the Koran. This study aims to find out what are the factors causing the decline in reading and writing the Qur'an in school-age children (age 6-12 years) and then help provide solutions in overcoming interest in reading and writing the Qur'an for school-age children in SDN 3 Tumbang Jutuh, Rungan District, Gunung Mas Regency. The research was carried out through a qualitative approach by conducting research at SDN 3 Tumbang Jutuh, Rungan District, Gunung Mas Regency. The data were obtained by means of in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display), and drawing conclusions (verification).

Abstract

This research background is the social solidarity behavior of mothers has not met expectations, even though the activities of the Al-Manbaul Islam Mosque’s Taklim Assembly have been good. The researcher used quantitative methods, where the data collection techniques were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis techniques were quantitative analysis and correlation test. The result indicates that the activities of the Al-Manbaul Islam Mosque’s Taklim Assembly are weekly recitation, holy yasin, holy sholawat or marhaban, aqiqah, and qurban. Based on data obtained from 20 respondents, the average is 86% and is almost located in always area. The congregation's social solidarity is 84%, close to the always category. The influence of Taklim Assembly activities with the social solidarity of the congregation’s mothers of the Al-Manbaul Islam Mosque shows a correlation value that reaches 0.71, close to a high or strong correlation because it is in the interval 0.70 – 0.90. This means that the stronger activities of the Al-Manbaul Islam Mosque’s Taklim Assembly, the better social solidarity it becomes.
