Abstract

The purpose of this study was to assess the extent to which the implementation of current education and training programs affects the job productivity of kindhearted employees. According to the findings from data analysis, there are certain factors pertaining to the execution of education and training programs that should be taken into account and improved upon. These factors include: In order to enhance the efficiency of employees, there are several key elements that must be considered when implementing instructional and training programs. These include the preparation of materials, non-formal instruction, plan preparation, fostering camaraderie among educators, offering diverse training options, implementing effective strategies, and creating comprehensive training manuals. Additionally, it is crucial to maintain formal instruction, ensure teachers possess the necessary skills and capacities, provide adequate training facilities, develop comprehensive training curricula, and conduct regular assessments. The successful implementation of these instructional and training programs directly impacts the productivity of employees. Despite the theoretical nature of training programs, their practical application remains significant in the work of employees. Therefore, an appropriate and well-designed instructional and training program will undoubtedly contribute to increased employee productivity.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze: (1) Profitability (2) Leverage; (3) Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility; and (4) The influence of profitability and leverage on disclosure of corporate social responsibility in the annual reports of state-owned companies operating in the insurance and financial services sector for the 2016-2019 period, both simultaneously and partially. The research method used in this research is a time series, the unit of analysis in this research is the Annual Report of a BUMN Company operating in the Insurance and Financial Services Sector for the 2016-2019 Period. The type of investigation is causality, and the time horizon in this research is cross-sectional. Based on the research results, it was found that the profitability of state-owned companies operating in the insurance and financial services sector for the 2016-2019 period was good, the leverage of state-owned companies operating in the insurance and financial services sector for the 2016-2019 period could generally be said to be good, the disclosure of corporate social responsibility in State-owned companies operating in the insurance and financial services sector for the 2016-2019 period are currently considered good. Profitability and Leverage influence the Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility in the Annual Reports of BUMN Companies operating in the Insurance and Financial Services Sector for the 2016-2019 Period simultaneously and partially. However, partially Profitability is more dominant in influencing Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure than Leverage Because profitability is more dominant in influencing Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure, it is the first priority in increasing Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure. Therefore, state-owned companies operating in the insurance and financial services sector are advised to consistently maintain existing profitability, so that the company's performance continues to increase.

Abstract

This article looks at components of human resource management (GRHM) practices to promote greater environmental performance with the goal of providing empirical proof that green HRM adoption is a key contributor to environmental performance in the hospitality industry. As a result, the part that follows summarizes the research findings and examines the literature review on GRHM practices, environmental performance, and underlying ideas. The researcher presents the research''s methodologies, findings, analysis, and conclusion in the next part. This research strategy combines literary (document) study with a qualitative methodology. The majority of local and international textbooks, papers, periodicals, sessions, websites, and electronic information, rules, laws, and regulations were employed by researchers to gather the data for this study. Google Schoolar was used to do journal searches. based on the search results discovered and choosing information that satisfies the requirements. The researcher used a systematic literature review technique to analyze the data, which entails selecting, analyzing, and interpreting a variety of data pertinent to the research topic in order to meet the study''s goals (Kitchenham and Charters, 2007).The results of numerous research demonstrate the considerable and favorable benefits of green human resource management strategies on environmental performance. Green recruitment, green training, and green awards are examples of environmentally friendly human resource management strategies that can boost an organization''s environmental performance and provide it a competitive edge Environmental protection or creating opportunities for employees to participate in ecological consultation and problem-solving groups and actively communicate with hotel industry leaders regarding environmental activities. Green performance appraisal plays an important role in achieving environmental performance as this practice provides a strategy for evaluating employee performance against environment-related standards and includes unrelated factors regarding green progress in performance feedback discussions. Environmental performance appraisal is a process through which employees are encouraged to improve their professional skills in environmental issues, thereby helping to better achieve environmental performance goals and objectives.

Abstract

The research objective is to analyze the percentage value of load unbalance before and after load balancing and the effect on neutral current losses. The load imbalance that occurs at the KP10 substation is simulated through the ETAP 16.0.0 software. Based on the research results, it was found that there was an imbalance in the load of the KP10 substation in direction B, which experienced the greatest load imbalance with a percentage of 38.76% and in direction A, which experienced a load imbalance of 19.6%. Based on SPLN No. 017 of 2014, the percentage of load imbalance exceeding 25% must be repaired. So that the repair is carried out by equalizing the load by breaking the load from direction B to direction A. After the activity of equalizing the load distribution, a decrease in the percentage of load imbalance is obtained. Majoring A is 8.9% and majoring B is 12,6%. The existence of this load imbalance also causes losses due to neutral currents where before the equalization activities the neutral current losses amounted to 6.99% and after the equalization of 1.06%. A simulation was also carried out where the load imbalance simulation results were obtained with the measurement results having results that were not much different.

Abstract

The Bali electrical network sub system is supported by the Java-Bali power transfer assisted by the Bali power generation. Most of these power plants are not economical, so the Java-Bali power transfer is prioritized. If an island operation occurs, the Bali sub system loses most of the power that supports its load. This loss of power can result in a black out. The Bali sub system must perform overload shedding equal to the loss of Java-Bali power transfer. However, because the magnitude of the Java-Bali power transfer is very dynamic, the amount of Over Load Shedding (OLS) is difficult to predict, so an optimization system is required that can calculate the amount of OLS according to the Java-Bali power transfer at any time. The optimization system can also determine OLS targets before Faults occur based on the Priority Scale. To ensure that the Optimization System has worked properly, an Adaptive Defense Scheme (ADS) simulation was created. In this simulation, the optimization system will be tested using the ADS simulation series. In this simulation, the optimization system will be tested using the ADS simulation series. This system is simulated so that it can work OLS target off contact. This system will be tested for the suitability of the load selection with the amount of Java-Bali power transfer. The load selection is compared with manual calculations using the same method to ensure the optimization system calculations are appropriate. Comparison between the selection of targets for the optimization system with calculations, and working contacts is made by making a suitability matrix. From the tests carried out, it was obtained that OLS System Optimization System target size was calculated with a maximum deviation of 5.5%, a minimum deviation of 0.037%, and an average deviation of 1.03%. The system is also capable of selecting targets with 100% accuracy and can also perform MTDS digital output according to 100% accuracy, that the operational system efficiency can be achieved very significantly.
