Abstract

This research to perform Efficiency Study Analysis Of electrical energy In Container Stacking Equipment Rubber Tyred Gantry Crane (RTGC) Using Hybrid Energy Source Method. RTGC gets power supply from Engine Diesel Generator with capacity of 350 kW. However, Genset power source in RTGC has drawbacks, such as when RTGC condition does not move (stationary) can lead to waste of fuel on diesel engine drivers. the Hybrid Energy Source is one of the technology which combines electrical energy source from generators and batteries, The battery of hybrid system can obtain electric energy saving until 32%, where for the Hoist system 11,72 %, Trolley system 33,63 % dan Gantry system 7,58 %.

Abstract

Non-formal educational institutions play a crucial role in enhancing human resource quality. Teacher performance is a key factor determining the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process within these institutions. In the digital age, the emergence of cyber-loafing and quiet quitting phenomena can negatively impact teacher performance. This study aims to analyze the influences of cyber-loafing, quiet quitting, and job satisfaction on teacher performance in non-formal educational institutions, utilizing 42 data samples. This research employs a quantitative method with a survey design. Data was collected from 42 teachers in non-formal educational institutions within the Bekasi area, West Java, Indonesia. Multiple linear regression was used as the data analysis technique. The research findings indicate that cyber-loafing and job satisfaction have positive significant influences on teacher performance, while quiet quitting has a negative significant influence. These findings differ from previous studies suggesting a significant impact of cyber-loafing, quiet quitting, and job satisfaction on teacher performance. This discrepancy might be attributed to factors such as differing sample characteristics, measurement methods, or research contexts.More extensive studies with larger and more diverse samples, alongside more accurate measurement methods, are necessary to confirm these findings.

Abstract

Thyrotoxicosis is a clinical condition associated with excessive thyroid hormone levels. Symptoms can range from asymptomatic to life-threatening due to thyroid storm. Thyrotoxicosis in hydatidiform moles is a rare condition but has a high mortality rate, so etiological studies are still needed for optimal management. Case Report: Patient Mrs. T, 25 years old Hindu, Balinese, 12 weeks pregnant (Gravida 1 Para 0 abortion 0), came to the obstetrics ER on September 24, 2023 with complaints of discharge from the birth canal since the morning, nausea (+), often shaking, easily tired and often sweaty. physical examination obtained blood pressure 100/60mmHg, pulse 78x/min, respiratory rate 20x/min, axillary temperature 36.80C oxygen saturation 99%. From obstetric examination, fundus uteri height ½ center, vaginal toucher vulva vagina within normal limits, portiono (-) fluxus (+), laboratory examination obtained HCG 387,392.8 mIU/m, FT4 31.05 pmol/L (N: 9-22), TSH <0.01 uIU/mL (N: 0.4-4.2) ultrasound results describe honey comb appearance and histopathology results describe partial mola.  Evacuation by curettage was performed, resulting in reduced serum ?-hCG levels and reduced thyroid hormone levels. Discussion: The patient was diagnosed with partial hydatidiform mole and thyrotoxicosis. Hydatidiform moles can cause thyrotoxicosis. This condition is caused by the structure of ?- hCG which resembles TSH so that it can activate TSH receptors.  After evacuation of hydatidiform moles, normal TSH and FT4 levels will be obtained. Conclusion: The female patient with thyrotoxicosis due to hydatidiform moles had the moles evacuated, resulting in normal thyroid hormone levels.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze teacher personality in shaping student character at school. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type in an elementary school. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out by condensing, presenting, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that teachers teachers have personality competencies and pedagogical competencies that encourage better learning. Teachers have attempted character development by integrating noble character values during school. This effort goes through four stages: attentional, retention, motor reproduction, and motivational. Suppose teachers can be good role models while at school, students will gradually be able to pay attention and become motivated by their actions. This will present student impulses that work below the level of consciousness to demonstrate the virtues modeled by the teacher. This is as explained in social learning theory by Albert Bandura.

Abstract

This research analyzes the differences between Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0. It also discusses the empowerment of Islamic educational institutions in the Society 5.0 era. This research uses a qualitative approach with types of literature. The research results show that (1) Industrial Revolution 4.0 emphasizes the power of disruptive technology in the manufacturing industry. However, the Industrial Revolution 4.0 places less emphasis on development aspects for society because it is more focused on the economic realm. Meanwhile, Society 5.0 is a futuristic concept that aims to create intelligent humans with the help of Industry 4.0 technology, and (2) proposals for empowering futuristic educational institutions that would be appropriate in the Society 5.0 era, namely: increasing literacy, multicultural education, entrepreneurship-based education, and character education. These four proposals align with the six profiles of Pancasila students in Indonesia.
