Abstract

This research aims to understand Gen Z's use of the privacy calculus on second Instagram accounts and discover what advantages and risks Instagram users gain from self-disclosure. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The author used a purposive sampling technique, where informants were determined deliberately based on criteria, namely Instagram users aged 11 - 24 years and from Jakarta. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model, which consists of data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results show that a second Instagram account can pose a greater risk than the benefits felt by the user, due to a lack of awareness regarding privacy uploads, so that privacy issues depend on the awareness and control of the account owner. Research still needs to be more extensive in generalizing data. For this reason, quantitative research related to themes is needed in the future. Instagram users can increase their awareness by expressing themselves through second accounts. Apart from that, researchers can also provide an overview of the benefits and risks obtained after disclosing themselves via a second Instagram account to provide advice regarding healthy use of social media. A second Instagram account can still pose a risk. However, many second Instagram account users are still active in using the second account. Several risks, namely security risk, stigma risk, and role risk. Meanwhile, the perceived benefits are self-expression, social validation, and relationship development.

The percentage of emotional intelligence results of SMK Karya Guna 2 Bekasi students is 80% to 68% and is in a strong category, (2) the results of the percentage of toxic behavior are 56% to 28% and are in the sufficient to the weak category, (3) Based on a simple linear regression test, there was a significant negative influence between emotional intelligence on toxic behavior with a regression coefficient value of -0.260 and was in the weak category with a value of -0.370. The research results are only an initial description of the phenomenon. More in-depth research and more comprehensive data collection techniques are needed. The higher the emotional intelligence that students have, the lower the toxic behavior carried out by students, conversely the higher the toxic behavior carried out by students, the lower the emotional intelligence that students have. Currently, emotional intelligence is very much needed in students. The current phenomenon is that many students engage in toxic behavior in the online game that is widely downloaded, namely Mobile Legends. Based on the literature review, there is a gap in the research theme of emotional intelligence towards toxic behavior.

Abstract

This literature review aims to identify and analyze the determinants of occupational stress in health services, with a specific focus on the impact of communication skills and work units. Understanding these determinants is crucial for developing strategies to mitigate stress and improve the overall well-being of healthcare professionals. Methodology: A comprehensive review of existing literature was conducted, utilizing academic databases such as PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar. The selection criteria included peer-reviewed articles published between 2010 and 2023, focusing on occupational stress in health services, communication skills, and work unit dynamics. Thematic analysis was employed to synthesize findings from the selected studies. Results/Findings: The review revealed that poor communication skills significantly contribute to occupational stress among healthcare professionals. Ineffective communication can lead to misunderstandings, increased workload, and conflict, exacerbating stress levels. Additionally, the work unit's structure and environment, including team dynamics, leadership styles, and resource availability, were found to influence stress levels. Units with supportive leadership and cohesive team dynamics reported lower stress levels, while those with high workloads and poor resource management experienced higher stress levels. Contribution: This review contributes to the body of knowledge by highlighting the critical role of communication skills and work unit dynamics in occupational stress within health services. It underscores the need for targeted interventions to enhance communication skills and optimize work unit environments to reduce stress among healthcare professionals. Originality: This literature review provides a unique synthesis of the determinants of occupational stress in health services, specifically emphasizing the interplay between communication skills and work unit dynamics. It offers a novel perspective that can inform the development of comprehensive stress reduction strategies tailored to healthcare settings.

Abstract

The alleged case of voter data leakage in the General Election Commission's (KPU) Sidalih application occurred ahead of the 2024 elections, the voter data was allegedly traded on BreachForums by an anonymous account. Responding to the alleged case, the political communication of the KPU and the Election Supervisory Board (Bawaslu) through the Twitter (X) social media account is very minimal, even the KPU did not convey its attitude at all on its Twitter social media account. This study aims to determine how the KPU RI and Bawaslu RI utilize Twitter (X) social media as a strategic communication tool and how to utilize Twitter (X) social media in responding to the alleged leakage of KPU's data. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a case study. The results showed that the lack of information about the alleged leakage of KPU data conveyed by KPU RI and Bawaslu RI through their Twitter social media channels, this was also exacerbated by the absence of dialogic communication on uploads related to the alleged leakage. The suggestion of this research is that KPU RI and Bawaslu RI need to optimize their political communication through Twitter social media management by consistently providing the latest information related to the alleged leakage of KPU data as well as building dialogical communication with the public or netizens. In addition, it is also necessary to improve the security infrastructure of the Sidalih application.

Pupil showed bilateral mydriasis. The patient got 500 cc of 0.9% NaCl in 1 hour and oxygenation. After 5 hours, the patient regained consciousness. Discussion: The presence of mydriasis, is a common symptom in nearly all cases of anti-cholinergic intoxication, including Datura stramonium. Fever and erythema may occur due to vasodilation and the inhibition of sweat glands. Additional symptoms that may occur in instances of Datura intoxication include visual hallucinations. Onset of symptoms may occur within 30-60 minutes following exposure. For the majority of patients, this condition resolves spontaneously without intervention and does not pose a risk to their lives. In severe case have resulted in respiratory failure and circulatory collapse, as well as cases of rhabdomyolysis and fulminant hepatitis. Conclusion: A comprehensive medical history and understanding of the signs and symptoms that may indicate Datura stramonium intoxication are necessary. Physostigmine, a type of cholinesterase inhibitor, is effective for treating severe case.
