Abstract

Kurikulum Merdeka menuntut guru untuk memiliki keterampilan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai upaya dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Fokus materi esensial pada Kurikulum Merdeka yaitu pembelajaran yang mendalam bagi kompetensi dasar seperti literasi dan numerasi. Salah satu literasi dasar diantaranya yaitu literasi digital. Era sekarang, memang era-nya digital yang menuntut semua bidang mengalami digitalisasi termasuk bidang pendidikan yang harus diikuti dengan adaptasi kemampuan para guru, khususnya guru SD. Kenyataannya, masih terdapat guru-guru SD yang masih belum melek teknologi dan kurang mahir dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi-aplikasi terkini yang bisa dimanfaatkan untuk membuat media pembelajaran. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini yaitu melatih guru dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi media pembelajaran berbasis Kinemaster untuk menghadirkan pembelajaran yang menarik dan menyenangkan. Metode pelaksanaan yang diterapkan pada kegiatan ini meliputi : Persiapan/Sosialisasi, Pelaksanaan Pelatihan dan Pendampingan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu guru dapat memanfaatkan penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis Kinemaster dengan berbagai inovasi untuk mengoptimalkan aspek perkembangan pada anak khususnya pada perkembangan kognitif siswa.

Abstract

In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, access to information can be received directly from anywhere and at any time through the use of the internet. From year to year the use of the internet is increasing, especially in the use of social media by most of the younger generation. Therefore it is necessary to strengthen the abilities and skills of the younger generation in digesting the information obtained. In this case digital literacy plays an important role in changing the analytical and critical mindset in receiving existing information. This service activity is in the form of counseling/providing material related to strengthening digital literacy through the role of social media online and offline. The method of this activity includes problem identification, planning, preparation, counseling/delivery of material and evaluation. The result of this activity is an increased understanding of digital literacy through the role of social media. Based on the activities that have been carried out, it has given a positive response to the younger generation in the form of a very good level of understanding, namely more than 50% of online and offline participants really understand the material presented.

Abstract

One of the things that has become an icon for Marida residents is the existence of an ecoprint, apart from being a routine activity carried out by local residents, especially women, ecoprint can also be a place for the community to share knowledge and besides that it can also generate financial results. Ecoprint is one of the results that has many benefits so it needs to be preserved because it has a positive impact on local residents and residents around them. Elderly women in Marinda village can be said to be productive elderly because they can produce works that are not only creative but also innovative, of course this is a positive point that is always supported. Abstract

The service carried out to 18 SMEs that focus on fish-based kerupuk business, especially payus fish has an important goal of providing direct understanding and training about the importance and benefits of packaging. Kerupuk as one of the traditional foods that has its own characteristics for cracker connoisseurs, so this needs to be maintained and improved. One of the ways to maintain it is to maintain the condition of good kerupuk that are ready to eat and still half-finished, need to be placed in the right place. The right place will be an attraction for buyers, so this is important for kerupuk packaging. This service explores how to make packaging that suits the product and makes the product still have good quality value in the eyes of buyers in particular. Due to ignorance and no previous training, so that in this service the 18 SMEs were very interested and very enthusiastic about the packaging training, they had high hopes that the products produced and packaged would get a big response from kerupuk enthusiasts. Abstract

ABSTRACT The creative economy is an economic concept in the new economic era that intensifiesinformation and creativity by relying on ideas, knowledge, skills and talents, rather thanhuman resources. Therefore, Human Resources (HR) as the main production factor in itseconomic activities. So that knowledge is needed about self-potential and the local culturalenvironment, from each community member as a source of life and a place to live. The conceptof the creative economy is increasingly getting major attention in many countries because itcan actually make a real contribution to the economy. (Ismurdyawati et al, 2013).One of the problems that occur in the community of outboard village, Wedung Sub-district,Demak Regency, is due to the lack of interest of residents in the development of MSMEs in theirvillage, currently there are only entrepreneurs who are still active until now, namely seafoodcrackers belonging to Mrs. Rohayati, crackers made from this type of fish are still requiresspecial attention to the development process, such as the use of very simple tools such as usingwax as an adhesive, as well as unattractive product packaging and many more. So that thelatest developments and innovations are needed to be able to develop these cracker productsto be even more attractive. The purpose of observations at partners' homes is to find out someof the problems that occur so that later we can help partner development in the future such asassisting in innovation of flavor variants, making partner logos, providing assistance in theform of plastic press tools on packaging to make it more attractive and expand productmarketing. The approach method for implementing this partnership program uses descriptivequalitative methods.Keywords: Development, Products, crackers, Tempel villageABSTRAK Ekonomi kreatif merupakan sebuah konsep ekonomi di era ekonomi baru yangmengintensifkan informasi dan kreativitas dengan mengandalkan ide, pengetahuan skilldan talenta, daripada sumber daya tenaga. Oleh karena itu, Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM)sebagai faktor produksi utama dalam kegiatan ekonominya. Sehingga diperlukanpengetahuan tentang potensi diri dan lingkungan budaya setempat, dari warga masyarakatmasing-masing sebagai sumber hidup dan tempat tinggalnya. Konsep ekonomi kreatif inisemakin mendapat perhatian utama di banyak negara karena ternyata dapat memberikankontribusi nyata terhadap perekonomian. (Ismurdyawati et al, 2013). Salah satu permasalahan yang terjadi pada masyarakat desa tempel Kecamatan WedungKabupaten Demak ini karena kurangnya minat warga terhadap perkembangan UMKM didesanya, saa ini hanya ada pengusaha yang masih aktif sampai sekarang yakni Kerupukseafood milik Ibu Rohayati, kerupuk yang berbahan dasar dari jenis ikan ini masihmembutuhkan perhatian khusus terhadap proses perkembangannya, seperti penggunaanalat yang masih sangat sederhana seperti menggunakan lilin sebagai perekatnya, sertapengemasan produk yang kurang menarik dan masih banyak lagi. Sehingga diperlukannyapengembangan serta inovasi terbaru untuk dapat mengembangkan produk kerupuk ini jadilebih menarik lagi. Tujuan dilakukannya observasi dirumah mitra yakni dapat mengetahuibeberapa permasalahan yang terjadi sehingga nantinya kita dapat membantuperkembangan mitra untuk kedepannya seperti membantu dalam inovasi varian rasa,pembuatan logo mitra, memberikan bantuan berupa alat pres plastic pada kemasan agarlebih menarik serta memperluas pemasaran produk. Abstract

Jepara Regency is the center of the carving and furniture industries. The spread of the Jepara carving industry is one of them in the village of Sukosono, Kedung sub-district. The majority of the population's livelihoods are carpenters, furniture craftsmen, and finishing services. Along with the times, there were many factories in Jepara Regency, which had an impact on the lack of carving staff in Jepara. Samisuko Furnicraft is a service partner in this activity. Founded in 2009 by Mr. Muhammad Samiun who is engaged in making calligraphy carvings, door carvings, gebyok carvings, and losters. Problems that exist with Partners: 1) Lack of carving staff. 2) in the production process at the stage of the carving process, the carving staff at the partners have not been able to make carving images with new motifs so that it slows down the production process and acceptance of incoming orders must be limited, 2) Marketing management on the marketplace platform is not optimal. Based on the existing problems, the solutions offered are (1) Socialization and Assistance in the application of CNC MACH technology, (2) Training on marketing with internet marketing. The output of this activity is Publication in the Jawa Pos newspaper on December 23, 2022, Activity Videos will be uploaded on Youtube LPPM UNISNU Jepara and increased partner empowerment starting from increasing production capacity from 400 to 520 pcs, turnover increasing from 20 million to 30 million and assets an increase of 10%.

Abstract

Minapadi is an integrated cultivation system between agriculture and fisheries. Area-based Minapadi development is very important to support the productivity of the agricultural and fisheries sectors. The research location is in Kemuning, Pledokan Village which has 16.95 Ha of rice fields. For the demplot use an area of ​​2000 m2. The system used is the Minapadi jajar Legawa. The purpose of this study is to examine the advantages of Minapadi system and formulate a strategy for developing the Minapadi area in Kemuning Hamlet. The data processing method uses descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. To formulate a strategy using SWOT Analysis. The results showed that in the Minapadi pilot area of ​​Kemuning Hamlet, the rice harvest profit was Rp. 2,607,500, - and from Fish Rp. 5.072.500,- Minapadi business provides 98% profit from conventional rice business. The R/C ratio shows 1.64, so Minapadi agribusiness is feasible to run due to improving society welfare. The development strategy based on the results of the SWOT analysis includes providing advocacy to relevant stakeholders, outreach to farmer groups/pokdakan, making demonstration plots for Minapadi areas as well as monitoring and evaluation. Abstract

Entrepreneur is something that has an important role in improving the economy and especially the welfare of a person or group of people. The focus of someone's desire to become an entrepreneur is because of a motivation, both internal and external. This existing motivation has a role so that entrepreneurs can run the business according to expectations, this sustainability certainly needs to be supported not only in terms of soft skills but also hard skills that need to be provided. The purpose of this service is to provide training in increasing understanding regarding business ethics, so that activities or activities that are already running can be better due to understanding and practice in the form of following norms or rules related to business ethics. The implementation method used in this study: preparation or outreach, training and mentoring. The results of this study are that MSME actors can utilize and apply business ethics in improving business so that a goal can be achieved in the form of continuous prosperity and sustainability. Abstract

Siswa membutuhkan stimulus untuk aktif dalam menyampaikan hasil pemikirannya mengenai sesuatu hal. Stimulus yang diberikan dapat berupa pertanyaan pemantik (merupakan salah satu fokus pada pembelajaran kurikulum merdeka). Melalui pertanyaan pemantik, siswa dapat menyampaikan pemikirannya dalam bentuk pernyataan maupun pertanyaan. Sehingga guru harus mampu mendesign pertanyaan pemantik yang mengarahkan pada pembelajaran bermakna. Mendesign pertanyaan pemantik diperlukan tiga tahapan, yakni: menulis ide, merumuskan pertanyaan pemantik berdasarkan ide, dan menyusun pemahaman bermakna. Dengan pembelajaran bermakna loos learning yang terjadi selama kurang lebih dua tahun akan segera dapat teratasi. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan penguatan melalui pelatihan dalam mendesign pertanyaan pemantik kepada guru-guru. Kemampuan guru dalam mendesign pertanyaan pemantik menjadi kunci dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran bermakna. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini meliputi: sharing bersama guru-guru, praktik dan pendampingan dalam mendesign pertanyaan pemantik. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian berupa desiminasi ini guru-guru lebih mampu mendesign pertanyaan pemantik untuk memberikan pemahaman bermakna kepada siswa. Kegiatan ini mendapatkan perhatian khusus dari para guru yang dibuktikan dengan kehadiran semua guru sebagai peserta. Respon peserta juga sangat bagus, yang dapat dilihat dari keaktifannya pada saat mendesign pertanyaan pemantik dan tanya jawab. Pada akhir kegiatan diperoleh data lebih dari 80% peserta menyatakan puas dengan adanya kegiatan desiminasi pertanyaan pemantik ini.

Abstract

Setiap pelaku usaha memerlukan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) sebagai indentitas dan legalitas pelaksanaan usaha sesuai bidang yang digeluti. NIB menjadi syarat sah dalam perizinan usaha. Namun, fakta di lapangan, masih sangat sedikit pelaku usaha di kecamatan Kajen yang memiliki NIB, termasuk Usaha Mikro Kecil (UMK) produk olahan pangan. Di sisi lain, Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal (BPJPH) mentargetkan sertifikasi halal untuk semua produk olahan pangan pada tahun 2024 mendatang dan membuat program sertifikasi halal gratis (Sehati) bagi Usaha Mikro dan Kecil pada tahun 2022 ini. NIB merupakan syarat wajib pembuatan sertifikasi halal tersebut. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, tema pengabdian ini diangkat, yaitu pendampingan kepemilikan NIB bagi UMK di Kecamatan Kajen untuk mengoptimalkan program Sehati BPJPH. Metode pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah community based research (CBR) dengan melakukan penelitian mengenai kebutuhan masyarakat dan melaksanakan tindak pengabdian berdasarkan kebutuhan masyarakat tersebut. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah diadakannya pengabdian masyarakat terhadap 50 orang peserta dari pelaku UMK produk olahan pangan di Kecamatan Kajen, berupa sosialisasi pentingnya sertifikasi halal dan pendampingan kepemilikan NIB yang merupakan syarat wajib pengajuan sertifikasi halal.
