Khidmatussifa: Journal of Islamic Studies is a peer-reviewed national journal on education, Islamic education, Islamic management, economics, Islamic literacy, and Islamic Religion, managed by STIT Sirojul Falah Bogor in cooperation with Masyarakat Ekonomi Syariah (MES) and Intelectual Association for Islamic Studies (IAFORIS) . This journal focused on education, Islamic education, Islamic management, Islamic study and literacy contemporary developments through the publication of articles, research reports, and book reviews. The Journal is published twice a year on June and December. The aim of the journal is to disseminate the education, Islamic education, Islamic management, Islamic study and literacy researches done by researchers. Specifically, the journal will deal with topics, including but not limited to: Education, Islamic Education, Islamic Management, Islamic Literacy, Islamic Religion, and other related issues. Abstract

This study aims to find out how to understand da'wah messages through radio and television. Understanding the message of da'wah is knowing what the Da'i conveys in oral, written, behavioral and so on is done consciously and planned without any coercion based on the Al-Qur'an and hadith. The message of da'wah is Aqidah, morals and Shari'at. With various kinds of da'wah messages that the da'I wants to convey to mad'u. then a da'I must know in advance what is needed by mad'u at this time. so mad'u also listens and can understand the missionary message conveyed by the da'i. In terms of the language conveyed, Dai also pays attention. Now a preacher must also be good at mastering this media, so he knows how to preach on radio and television so that the message of da'wah is right on target. Abstract

After writing and reading activities, al-Qur'an memorization is an important part of Islamic Religious Education learning in schools. Memorizing selected short letters in school, both in elementary and secondary schools, is done in stages based on developmental and educational levels. SDIT Assyafiiyah, Garut Regency, uses the Yaumiyyah Tahfidzul Qur'an program habituation as a supplement to Islamic Religious Education, ensuring that students are proficient not only in knowledge and skills, but also in memorizing the Qur'an. The method used in this study is to use an analytical descriptive method with a qualitative approach, namely, to describe or provide an overview of an object under study through data or samples that have been collected as they are without conducting analysis to make general conclusions. The results of this study are the implementation of Yaumiyyah's Tahfidzul Qur'an habituation at SDIT Asysyafiiyah, Garut Regency. Students are divided into several groups, where this grouping is based on the amount of memorization possessed by each student. The learning evaluation of Yaumiyyah's Tahfizul Qur'an Habituation Program conducted at SDIT Asysyafi'iyah Garut Regency is divided into two times, namely, the daily evaluation is carried out by the teacher when students deposit their newly memorized memorization or deposit their memorized pages by giving an assessment of the reading when memorizing such as makhorijul letters, tajwid, and fluency when depositing memorization, while this semester evaluation is carried out after the end of the school final exam, where each student is required by the teacher to read several letters in accordance with the number of memorization, each individually in front of the teacher. Abstract

People frequently utilize the internet in different kinds of settings, such as for work, school, and shopping (also known as online). Investors and other people are not deterred from moving forward by the present. We can utilize or grow organizations that have declined due to an epidemic thanks to the internet. Recent technological developments have indicated a global transformation. Advertising control in the modern digital age does not mean changing physical stores or turning regular stores into online stores. In a higher first-class, crook control flow marketing facilitates. In this day of technology and data, it is crucial to understand how far we have come in achieving the targets set for us. Today, knowledge is a capital in the advancement of technological know-how and a tool for building a nation in the era of globalization in the field of advertising management. Abstract

Online Auction (E-Auction) is an auction that is carried out without meeting face-to-face and can be carried out remotely through the Indonesian auction website and application. The online auction process can be carried out easily and efficiently, starting from transparent information processes to bidders, bidding, transactions and payments. This type of research uses quantitative methods with a case study research approach with a predetermined research time. The results of the research show that the implementation of online auctions has advantages to be developed and implemented. However, not many people know about and participate in online auctions because socialization has not spread widely. Abstract

Along with the times and technology, the way of preaching has also changed. Compared to preaching through speech, currently preaching through writing is more urgent and effective to do, namely preaching using social media such as the internet and writings on social media that contain da'wah messages. The advantages of preaching with this model do not make the preaching material disappear even though the preacher, or the writer has died, as the expression of His Majesty Rasulullah SAW, "Indeed the ink of the scholars is better than the blood of the martyrs." However, the purpose of da'wah with this model will be realized if it is supported by effective media. This means that in the da'wah process the preachers do not only present material verbally, but also must deliver their da'wah material via social media so that the material can be read anywhere and anytime, as is the case with the role of social media today. If we look at da'wah at this time, it is necessary to have a critical and in-depth evaluation, because the styles, models, methods and media used also influence the implementation, direction, dynamics and implementation of da'wah. Given the importance of social media as a means of preaching, it is necessary to have specific strategies, methods and approaches for preachers in preaching regarding the use of social media as a means of conveying messages of Islamic da'wah. Abstract

Public awareness of the environment is still lacking so that a lot of waste pollutes the environment, one of which is plastic waste. Plastic waste is waste that is difficult to decompose, so to reduce plastic waste, it must be recycled. Actually, the problem of plastic waste can be overcome, one of which is through the creative industry. Creative industries can be started through community activities as a group or individually to process plastic waste into something more useful. Unused plastic waste can be reused through community creativity and can also provide additional economic benefits for the community. This can be done by processing waste plastic into useful and valuable handicrafts. The development of creative industries can be supported by community creativity and government training. With the use of plastic waste through the creative industry, it is hoped that the community can reduce the problem of plastic waste that pollutes the environment and can improve the economy through people's creative ideas to process plastic waste to make it more useful. Abstract

Companies often struggle to cultivate employee loyalty. It is difficult to get employees who want to stay long in the company. To encourage this, businesses need to create a comfortable work environment where employees can do their best and are less stressed. This will also help them stay with the company and make employees more loyal. Incentives can also be used by the business world to encourage employees to work hard, be responsible and succeed in achieving company goals. This study aims to ensure that business requires employee loyalty so that employees can work independently and collaboratively for the benefit of the company and its members. Working together towards a common goal and being willing to put a lot of effort into achieving it are two ways to build team loyalty.
