Khidmatussifa: Journal of Islamic Studies is a peer-reviewed national journal on education, Islamic education, Islamic management, economics, Islamic literacy, and Islamic Religion, managed by STIT Sirojul Falah Bogor in cooperation with Masyarakat Ekonomi Syariah (MES) and Intelectual Association for Islamic Studies (IAFORIS) . This journal focused on education, Islamic education, Islamic management, Islamic study and literacy contemporary developments through the publication of articles, research reports, and book reviews. The Journal is published twice a year on June and December. The aim of the journal is to disseminate the education, Islamic education, Islamic management, Islamic study and literacy researches done by researchers. Specifically, the journal will deal with topics, including but not limited to: Education, Islamic Education, Islamic Management, Islamic Literacy, Islamic Religion, and other related issues. Abstract

Truth, as a multidimensional concept, can be understood through various perspectives: philosophy, science, and Islam. Philosophy views truth through theories such as correspondence, coherence, and pragmatism, each offering a distinct epistemological framework for understanding reality. Science, with its scientific method, conceptualizes truth through empirical observation that can be verified. Meanwhile, in Islam, truth is regarded as divine revelation, absolute, and serves as a guiding principle for human life. Though differing in methodology, these three perspectives complement one another in forming a comprehensive understanding of the nature of truth. In the context of integrative Islamic education, there is a need to integrate religious knowledge and general knowledge into a comprehensive tauhid-based system. This study aims to explore the relevance of these three perspectives of truth in the development of integrative Islamic education. The method used is a qualitative approach with library research, gathering data from primary sources discussing the nature of truth, as well as secondary sources such as scholarly articles and previous research. The data are analyzed using content analysis to draw valid and objective conclusions. The findings show that the integration of philosophy, science, and Islam is highly relevant in creating a holistic education curriculum, producing a generation that is not only intellectually proficient but also balanced in moral and spiritual dimensions. Abstract

Abstrak Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap ketahanan ekonomi keluarga, terutama di wilayah pedesaan seperti Kampung Pabuaran, Desa Gunung Bunder 1, Kecamatan Pamijahan, Kabupaten Bogor. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Institut Agama Islam Sahid Bogor bertujuan untuk mengedukasi dan memberdayakan masyarakat dalam menghadapi krisis ini. Kegiatan ini menekankan pentingnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap protokol kesehatan serta pengembangan jiwa kewirausahaan sebagai upaya peningkatan ketahanan ekonomi keluarga. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan edukatif, pengabdian ini melibatkan dosen, mahasiswa, serta tokoh masyarakat dalam penyuluhan berbasis kebijakan publik dan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pemberdayaan ekonomi dan kebijakan publik yang berorientasi pada lingkungan sosial. Kegiatan ini menjadi bagian dari implementasi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi dalam menjawab tantangan sosial ekonomi masyarakat akibat pandemi. Abstract

This writing is motivated by a problem that has become a criticism of Islamic Religious Education on the basis of failure in freeing students from a number of intolerant behaviors. These diversity. So that this study is intended to find out that Madrasah Aliyah Sirojul Falah as a representative of Islamic Religius Education has a form of integration of the principles of the Medina Charter as a representive of Islamic teaching that are rich in diversity and tolerance. This study use a type of literature study and field observation research with a qualitative descriptive approach. In collecting data, the researcher used documentation, interview, and observation methods consisting of primary sources, namely the curriculum of Madrasah Aliyah Sirojul Falah and secondary sources, namely the book Sirah Nabawiyah by Ibn Hisyam and other supporting books related to the discussion. This data analysis used includes data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. This results of the study show that the principles of the Medina Charter consisting of nationality, unity, equality, freedom, and mussyawarah in factual conditions are integrated into the curriculum of Madrasah Aliyah Sirojul Falah through three forms; 1) Forms of learning; 2) Forms of activities outside of learning; 3) Extracurricular forms.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) as a digital transaction medium among street vendors in West Jakarta. Using a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with four street vendors in one area in West Jakarta, this study explores the reasons for adoption, benefits, challenges, and impact of QRIS on turnover and customer trust. The results show that QRIS was adopted to cater to urban customers' preference for cashless payments, improve transaction efficiency, security, and financial record keeping, and attract more customers. However, merchants face constraints such as internet connection interruptions, fraud risks, QR Code validity period, and administrative costs. QRIS knowledge is gained from informal sources, with minimal formal training. Customers responded positively, although some older customers still preferred cash. QRIS increases turnover and customer trust, while merchants expect a more secure system, stable internet, lower administration costs, and more training.

Abstract

The focus of this study is the development of teacher competency in Multimedia-based learning media to improve Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 3 Limbangan, Garut Regency. The results of the study indicate that the planning of teacher competency development through Multimedia-based learning is as follows: teachers carry out Islamic Religious Education learning planning based on information technology, teachers organize Islamic Religious Education learning, namely organizing learning resources, and teachers realize the Islamic Religious Education learning design that has been prepared, in the syllabus and RPP. The implementation of teacher competency development in Multimedia-based learning is that teachers utilize Power Point Presentations in delivering Islamic Religious Education material to students, teachers use learning videos related to Islamic Religious Education learning materials, and teachers utilize the use of Islamic Religious Education Teaching Media CDs. Evaluation is carried out by evaluating the process carried out on student participation both individually and in groups during the Islamic Religious Education learning process and evaluating the results where Islamic Religious Education teachers evaluate changes in student understanding. Supporting factors for teacher competency through Multimedia-based learning media to improve the quality of Islamic Religious Education learning are increasing student creativity and learning independence, learning materials are more systematic and structured, learning is clear and interesting, easy to use, improve and disseminate; and increasing the role and creativity of Islamic Religious Education teachers. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include students being more enthusiastic about the internet itself than the material being studied and the learning process being too individualistic, thus reducing social learning.

Abstract

The ability of young children to ask questions and reflect on their learning experiences serves as an early indicator of deep learning processes. This study aims to explore the types of questions and reflections that naturally emerge in early childhood classrooms and to identify the teacher's role in facilitating these processes as seeds of deep learning implementation. The research was conducted at PAUD Kunang-Kunang, located in Cipanas District, Cianjur Regency, using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through participatory observation and in-depth interviews with the classroom teacher. The findings reveal that children are capable of posing reflective questions related to their personal experiences and demonstrate an emerging awareness of their learning processes. Teachers actively encourage open-ended questioning, provide space for exploration, and respond constructively to children's reflections. These results indicate that in the PAUD context, there are promising signs or seeds of deep learning practices that can be further cultivated through responsive, reflective, and meaningful learning design.

Abstract

In the increasingly digital era, the use of digital media has become an efficient tool for providing health information to the public. Canva is a design application that offers various services such as presentations, resumes, posters, pamphlets, brochures, graphics, infographics, banners, bookmarks, bulletins, and more. Integrated health service post (Posyandu) officers and young people use Canva to help create engaging and easy-to-understand health promotion materials for dissemination to the community in the Mawar Citeurep Posyandu area. By using Canva to create visually appealing designs, it is hoped that this will improve public health.
