Abstract

This research examines the implementation of legal aid for underprivileged communities based on Law Number 16 of 2011 concerning Legal Aid. Access to justice is a fundamental right of every citizen guaranteed by the constitution; however, many underprivileged people still face difficulties in obtaining legal assistance due to financial limitations. Data from the Central Statistics Agency shows that the number of poor people in Indonesia still reaches 26.50 million people in 2022, and this condition is exacerbated by the lack of public knowledge about their right to receive free legal aid. This study raises three research questions: the implementation of legal aid programs for underprivileged communities in Indonesia, the obstacles faced in program implementation, and efforts to optimize the legal aid program. Using a normative juridical method through statutory and conceptual approaches, this research is expected to make a significant contribution to developing a more effective and accessible legal aid system for underprivileged communities.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and examine 1) the influence of the Cultural Diversity Cube Puzzle Media in Social Sciences Learning Content on Learning Creativity and Learning Outcomes of Class V Students at Pampang Elementary School. This type of research is quasi experimental research. The population of this study were all class V students at SDN Pampang with a total of 63 students. The sample was taken from 1 class as a control class, namely class VA with 24 students and 1 class as an experimental class, namely class VB with 24 students. Data collection techniques use research questionnaires, tests and documentation, while data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis and t tests. The results of the research show that 1) the Cube Puzzle Media model Cultural Diversity of Social Studies Learning Content has an influence on the Learning Creativity of Class V Students at SD Pampang. This research uses descriptive statistical analysis where the control class has an average of 50.12 and the experimental class has an average value 56, where the average has increased. To test the hypothesis in the control class and experimental class both increase Learning Creativity or there is no difference in the average before and after treatment in either the control class or the experimental class because they have a p-value 0.05. 2) there is an influence of the Cube Puzzle Media model on Cultural Diversity of Social Sciences Learning Content on Improving Learning Outcomes for Class V Students at Pampang Elementary School. This research uses descriptive analysis where the control class has an average on the Pre Test, namely 51.70 and Post Test, namely 55.45, while the experimental class has an average on the Pre Test, namely 45.66 and Post Test, namely 74.33. where in the experimental class there was a very high increase in learning average. Abstract

This research aims to obtain a description of the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model using the peer tutoring method to improve the mathematical problem solving abilities of class XI-1 students at SMAN Madani Integrated Model. The subjects of this research were 36 Madani Integrated Model SMAN students and 6 people were selected to serve as tutors and 3 people were selected as informants and 6 heterogeneous study groups were formed. The results of the research show that the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model using the peer tutoring method can improve the mathematical problem solving abilities of class XI-1 students at SMAN Madani Integrated Model. This can be seen from the results of students' written tests which show that students' mathematical problem solving abilities have increased from cycle I to cycle II. Problem solving ability in cycle I had an average percentage of 55.56% which was classified as medium criteria, then in cycle II it increased to 82.63% which was classified as very high criteria. In the indicator of understanding the problem, it was found that the average percentage in cycle I was 61.11%, increasing to 83.33% in cycle II. In the indicator of making a problem solving plan, it was found that the average percentage in cycle I was 55.56%, increasing to 88.89% in cycle II. In the indicator of completing the problem solving plan, it was found that the average percentage in cycle I was 50.00%, increasing to 80.56% in cycle II. In the indicators for interpreting the results obtained, the percentage in cycle I was 55.56%, increasing to 82.63% in cycle II. Apart from that, students' classical learning completeness showed that there was an increase in the average score in cycle I, namely 71.94, increasing to 80.13. In cycle I, it showed that the percentage of students who achieved the KKM score was 72.22%, where students had not yet achieved the criteria for success in the action. Then in cycle II it increased to 91.67% so that the success indicator had been achieved.
