Abstract

Penggunaan berbagai pendekatan pembelajaran, metode dan media dalam pembelajaran mempunyai peran yang besar terhadap pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran. Salah satu bidang studi yag sulit dipelajari oleh siswa di sekolah dasar yaitu IPA. Fakta di lapangan ditemukan bahwa guru dalam menyampaikan materi hanya menggunakan metode konvensional sehingga proses pembelajaran menjadi belum optimal, pembelajaran fakta dan konsep masih mengandalkan guru sebagai satu-satunya sumber belajar, siswa kurang dilibatkan secara langsung dalam proses pembelajaran, motivasi belajar IPA siswa kelas VIII masih kurang, dan siswa mudah lupa terhadap pelajaran yang telah dipelajarinya karena hanya menghafal tidak secara langsung mengamati media belajar yang nyata sesuai materi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, mendorong peneliti untuk melakukan suatu penelitian tindakan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dan penerapan metode eksperimen upaya peningkatan motivasi belajar IPA pada Kelas VIII MTs Muhammadiyah Lempangang Kab. Gowa tahun pelajaran 2021-2022. Berdasarkan hasil tindakan yang dilakukan terjadi peningkatan daya serap kelompok pada Siklus I dan II sebesar 68,82% dan 84,49%. Sedangkan peningkatan ketuntasan kelompok pada Siklus I dan II sebesar 60,00% dan 90,00%. Dan peningkatan ketuntasan individu pada Siklus I dan II masing-masing sebanyak 12 dan 18 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode eksperimen memiliki efektivitas dan dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar IPA pada siswa Kelas VIII MTs Muhammadiyah Lempangang Kab. Gowa tahun pelajaran 2021-2022.

Abstract

Dunia modern menempatkan bahasa inggris sebagai bahasa Internasional yang menuntut setiap negara ketika berada dalam forum Internasional menggunakan bahasa inggris, mengingat akan pentingnya hal tersebut, sehingga menempatkan bahasa Inggris dalam kurikulum pendidikan nasional serta memberikan pelajaran bahasa inggris sejak dini terhadap anak usia dini menjadi penting dan urgen dilakukan. Dalam praktiknya pembelajaran bahasa inggris jelas berbeda dengan pelajaran lain yang sudah familiar dipeserta didik, sehingga dalam hal ini memerlukan metode khusus dalam pembelajarannya yang salah satunya adalah dengan mengajarkan lagu-lagu asing (Inggris) terhadap anak. Dengan demikian anak menjadi lebih suka dan memamahi dengan cepat dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian korelasional yang bertujuan 1) untuk mengatahui gambaran kedisiplinan siswa UPT SPF SD Negeri 218 Batang Kecamatan Bontotiro Kabupaten Bulukumba, 2.) Untuk Mengetahui hasil belajar siswa UPT SPF SD Negeri 218 batang Kecamatan Bontotiro kabupaten Bulukumba, 3) Untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan yang signifikan antara kedisiplinan terhadap hasil belajar siswa UPT SPF SD negeri 218 Batang Kecamatan Bontotiro kabupaten Bulukumba. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV,V dan VI SD UPT SPF Negeri 218 Batang Kecamatan Bontotiro Kabupaten Bulukumba yang berjumlah 56 siswa. Instrumen penelitian ini yaitu angket kedisiplinan dengan hasil belajar siswa. Tehnik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial (Korelasi Person Product Moment dan Determinasi) Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh gambaran kedisiplinan siswa berada pada kategori tinggi sedangkan hasil belajar siswa berada pada ketegori sangat tinggi. Maka diperoleh bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kedisiplinan dengan hasil belajar. Berdasarkan hasil analisis inferensial (Korelasi Person Product Moment dan determinasi) diperoleh bahwa terdapat hubungan tetapi tidak menjadi faktor yang determinan antara kedisiplinan dengan hasil belajar siswa UPT SPF SD Negeri 218 Batang Kecamatan Bontotiro kabupaten Bulukumba.

Abstract

This study aims to describe, build, and maintain an attitude of tolerance in the era of society 5.0. The character of tolerance is a fundamental need of a pluralistic society. Tolerance creates a sense of serenity, peace, harmony and prosperity in social life. Willingness to side by side keeps people away from conflict, social tension, hostility, and division. Adolescents need direction, stimulus, and an environment to grow and implement a tolerant character. This study used a quantitative experimental research method. The research population was class X SMA PL Don Bosko Semarang. The aims of the study were: 1) to measure the effectiveness of the TGT method in increasing students' tolerance, 2) to improve student learning achievement using the module-assisted TGT method, 3) to strengthen tolerance so that student learning outcomes increase. The results showed that: 1) the module-assisted TGT method was considered effective in increasing students' tolerance, 2) TGT treatment improved student achievement, 3) tolerance had a significant influence on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the structure and use of diction in anecdotal texts for class X students of SMKN 1 Kelayang. This type of research is a qualitative research with descriptive method. The data of this study are the structure and diction accuracy of anecdotes. The data source used in this study was anecdotal texts by class X students of SMKN 1 Kelayang for the 2022/2023 academic year. The data collection technique in this study is the fishing technique. Analyzing the research data, namely by means of data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this study are as follows. First, in writing anecdotal texts, class X students of SMKN 1 Kelayang used the five anecdotal text structures, namely abstract, orientation, crisis, reaction, and coda. Most students are able to write anecdotal texts with a complete structure. However, there are still some structures that students write incorrectly. Second, it was found that the accuracy of diction was more dominant based on writing errors, formation and accuracy of meaning in the writing of class X students of SMKN 1 Kelayang.

Abstract

Abstract with "School Principal's Visionary Leadership Style in Improving Teacher Performance at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman Sukabumi City". The main problems are: 1) What is the leadership style of the principal at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman, Sukabumi City? 2) What are the implications for the performance of teaching staff at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman, Sukabumi City? 3) How does the school principal transform the school's vision and mission in improving the quality of education at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman, Sukabumi City? The research method used is a qualitative research method, data collection techniques used are through observation, interviews, and documentation. While the objectives to be achieved are to determine the leadership style of the visionary principal at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman Sukabumi City and to find out the implications for the performance of educational staff at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman Sukabumi City. The results of this study indicate that the principal's leadership style applied by the principal is generally responded to by good cooperation by his subordinates, who use a democratic-participatory leadership style. With this leadership that has an impact on educational staff because of democratic leadership the freedom to develop potential is enormous, good working relationships are established between superiors and subordinates, creating a comfortable work environment and understanding how important it is to invite all school parties to realize this vision in accordance with their duties and responsibilities. each. Thus the author can conclude that in this study principals are generally carried out with the cooperation of leaders and their members and how a leader motivates morale, fosters discipline, shows exemplary attitudes and behavior that school principal leadership in improving the performance of educational staff greatly contributes which is good for the progress of the quality of learning so that it can encourage the quality of education where the performance of educators and education staff is the key to success in the world of education. Research implication: The author suggests that the Principal maintains the main duties and functions of leadership that have been well developed, and continuously improves educational performance according to the needs of the institution and maintains time discipline and responsibility with each task as planned by the institution and prosper educators by carrying out assignments according to their respective pokies.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education for an educational institution is currently a top priority. This is the most important part in building sustainable education, therefore educators/educational staff must have a management principle in carrying out the level of change or development towards quality education. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out and review from a theoretical point of view and conduct discussions with previous theories. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The result of this theoretical review is that the factors that affect the improvement of the quality of education quality are influenced by internal and external factors and in terms of resources. It can be concluded that the factors that influence the quality of education in educational institutions are an integral part that cannot be separated. These factors support the improvement of higher quality education and become indicators or standards of education and teaching. For educational institutions, it is necessary to develop teaching materials, develop learning strategies and methods, develop learning media, assessment, evaluation and assessment systems as well as educational curricula to improve the quality of teaching quality. It is also necessary for educational institutions to conduct monitoring and evaluation in as well as a more modern development program.

Abstract

In the work world everyone is entitled to his right to work, as are the disabled. According to 2016's law no. 8, which states that private companies are required to employ at least 1% (one percent) of the disability from the number of employees or workers. Before people with disability get a job or an expert in their field of work, they have to acquire programs from their school of vocational programs. The vocational program isa program to develop their self-reliance and skills consistent with that of children with disabilities. Skills developed within a child's potential can provide a child with the ability to determine where he or she will continue. Will continue to be a student or will work within the potential of children in high school. The purpose of this study is to identify the situation of disability in the work world where we use qualitative methods. Meanwhile, his data collection techniques are through interviews and observations to one of the professors of the special education study program, slb-c yplb cipaganti and SLB country of cileunyi. In the study found that children with disabilities get their votive activities while in high school and some of those with lightweight categories of inhibitions, they can continue to work within their potential and parental support or assistance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of social studies learning as strengthening character education in elementary schools. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The research subjects were social studies teachers and sixth grade students at an elementary school in Manggarai Regency. The results of the study show that social studies teachers have implemented character education in social studies learning through various activities, such as discussions, questions and answers, presentations, and educational games. The implementation of character education is also seen in students' attitudes and behavior, such as discipline, self-confidence, and social awareness. The obstacles encountered in the implementation of character education are the teacher's lack of understanding of the concepts and goals of character education, limited learning time, and limited resources and facilities. The school is trying to overcome these obstacles, such as increasing teachers' understanding of character education, using technology in learning, and collaboration between schools and communities in strengthening character education in elementary schools. Abstract

Narcissistic attitudes usually develop in adolescence, where students are looking for self-identity and pay attention to their self-image. Second, social media and popular culture that highlight self-interest and public recognition can also reinforce narcissistic attitudes. Third, the impact of students' narcissistic attitudes can affect their social relations with other people, both in the family, school and community environment. In the school environment, students with narcissistic attitudes tend to pay less attention to the needs and feelings of others, and to focus more on themselves. This can make it difficult for these students to work together in groups or teams, because they tend to want to be the center of attention and take over decisions. In the long term, this can hinder students' ability to develop social skills and build healthy interpersonal relationships. In addition, students with narcissistic attitudes may also experience difficulties in maintaining their social relationships with peers. They tend to be less sensitive to other people's feelings and more easily see others as tools to achieve their own goals. This can cause conflict and tension in social relationships, as well as make it difficult for students to build closeness and trust with others.
