Abstract

With the development of increasingly large technology, the distribution of information is now more easily accessible from outside and within the country. From the development of this technology, Indonesia is not spared in using it in people's daily lives such as in communicating, traveling, general information and specific information and others. Even though they already have urban public transportation in Bandar Lampung, many people still use private vehicles which causes urban roads to be increasingly congested by private vehicles. To increase public interest in using public transportation, especially BRT, this is the background of this research. The aim is to identify public perceptions in the use of information technology in public transportation, especially the Bandar Lampung Bus Rapid Trans (BRT). The approach method used is a quantitative approach method with descriptive analysis and data obtained from primary and secondary data. The results obtained are in the form of public perceptions of the system to be developed, the need for features that can be included, and the potential with the application, all of which are based on transport behavior variables.

Abstract

Comfort guarantees are often seen as a problem for users of public open spaces, especially children. Convenience is an indicator of the level of habitability of a public space. Along with the development of the city, the value of comfort is something that allegedly shows the character of the city. The character of the city is an assessment of what is felt by users (children) who carry out activities in space. Therefore, more attention is needed to the design factors that children need to support their activities. For this reason, an in-depth study of the concept of space comfort values is needed from the point of view of children in Kotabumi District. The methodology in this study uses qualitative inductive analysis with a naturalistic approach. From the analysis, it can be seen that the value of space comfort that is formed from the point of view of children is formed from: 1) Values instilled by parents; 2) Activities carried out by children; and 3) Child social interactions. The concept of the value of space comfort gives birth to criteria for a comfortable space for children. The criteria are among others: 1) Space that has a location not far from the child's residence; 2) Spaces that have ample space and cool conditions so that children can freely do activities, such as playing and learning; 3) Space that can accommodate for each age group of children; 4) Space that can be enjoyed by children without being charged (free); and 5) Spaces consisting of various kinds of games according to the child's age group. Based on this, it is expected that there will be an effort to consider the government in the process of optimizing Taman Sahabat as a public open space for children by considering the criteria of comfortable space according to children in Kotabumi District.

Abstract

The majority of Indonesia's population lives in rural areas so that agriculture is the main sector in the economy and the survival of rural communities where it is known that the national income generated from the agricultural sector is more than 50%. To increase the effectiveness and efficiency of agricultural activities, the application of technology, especially digital-based ones, is very necessary because it has a significant impact on improving the economy of farming communities in particular, one of which is the digitalization of agriculture.Based on the results of descriptive statistical analysis, it is known that the application of agricultural digitization in terms of the use of applications used as online marketing media in Adiluwih and Gadingrejo sub-districts is still relatively low. The low use of this application is due to several factors that influence the use of agricultural applications, including farmer readiness factors, age factors, gender factors, education factors, extension factors, and income factors. Furthermore, this agricultural digitization has an impact on the economic level of the farming community, although it is still relatively low, this digitalization can increase farmers' income by 8.5%. This increase in income is obtained from the marketing of agricultural products through online media which is part of the digitalization tools in agriculture. This is an opportunity so that the application of digitalization and information technology in agriculture can be developed optimally in order to increase the economic growth of rural communities.

Abstract

The development of the metropolitan area is in line with the development of toll road infrastructure. This has implications for changes in the use of built-up land, population and economy. The areas most affected by the construction are located around the entrances and exits of the toll gates. However, along with changes in the use of built-up land that continues to grow, the amount of land available is limited. So that it can cause a mismatch of land use designation with the designation plan. Based on these problems, it is necessary to study the effect of toll road infrastructure development on changes in built-up land use, population and economy. The results showed that there was an increase in built-up land covering an area of 3,148.31 Ha, population of 273,997 people and in several PDRB sectors. Meanwhile, based on the results of changes in built-up land against the suitability of the South Sumatra Province Spatial Planning there are only 75.69% of the area of built-up land that is in accordance with its designation. It is necessary to evaluate changes in built up land in Patungraya Agung Metropolitan Area so that land changes are built in accordance with efficient spatial planning.

Abstract

Public space is part of the urban element that facilitates the interaction and communication needs of the society and describes the quality of urban space. The provision of public space affects social, economic, environmental and community quality activities, so a quality public space is needed. Parks as public spaces in Tanggamus Regency have not been evenly distributed because they are only available in 3 sub-districts, namely Taman Kota Ir. Soekarno (Kota Agung Pusat District), Rest Area Taman Gisting (Gisting District), and Rest Area Pugung (Pugung District) showed that the provision of public space had not met the distribution and quantity aspects. Rest Area Taman Gisting is located in Gisting Urban, which acts as a public space, so it is necessary to identify its quality because it has to serve the surrounding sub-districts. In addition, the declining quality of facilities and various other problems affect its quality as a public space. This study aims to determine the visitor's perception of the quality of the Gisting Park Rest Area as a public space. This study uses quantitative research methods with descriptive statistical analysis techniques and scoring methods (Likert scale). Based on the results of the study, visitors' perceptions of the quality of the Rest Area Taman Gisting as a public space are sufficient to meet the needs of visitors, sufficient to protect the rights of visitors, and sufficient to provide meaning for visitors. Abstract

The National Medium Term Development (RPJMN) 2020-2024 prioritizes the concept of Sustainable Development (SDGs) and the main target is poverty, this indirectly means that poverty is an important thing that must be prioritized for handling. Achieving common prosperity is a reflection of the success of development that is expected by every country in general, including Indonesia. Prosperity can be measured by a decrease in the level of poverty which if the prosperity of an area increases, it means that there is a decrease in the level of poverty. This paper aims to map the pattern of poverty at two points in time, namely 2015 and 2020 between regions in Indonesia. In mapping poverty patterns and trends, the spatial analysis method is used to determine the distribution pattern of poverty between regions in Indonesia. As a result, there are various patterns of poverty ranging from very low to very high class, with poverty in the east being higher than in the west. Based on the changing trend, regions with high poverty rates such as Papua Island actually had the largest poverty reduction from 2015 to 2020 but this has not been able to change their position into regions with the highest poverty rates.

Abstract

Bandar Lampung has 1,166,066 people, with waste production reaching 946.35 tons/day. The Ministry of Environment and Forestry has nominated Bandar Lampung as one of Indonesia's dirtiest cities. The waste quantity produced increases, but waste management does not run optimally. In addition, the Bakung TPA still applies the open dumping method so that the waste is immediately disposed of without any processing. The processing carried out is merely limited to composting at several sources of market waste. Technology and innovation in waste management continue to formulate, and it can help improve the quality of waste management. Therefore, this study aims to formulate the best strategy for optimizing the waste management system integrated with technology and innovation. This study used a qualitative deductive approach with descriptive analysis and AWOT analysis (AHP and SWOT). It was concluded that the best strategy to optimize waste management in Bandar Lampung City is the defensive strategy. The strategy consists of fulfilling infrastructure and staff according to standards, increasing efforts and maintenance funds by the government and community retribution, waste socialization movements and simultaneous assistance, optimizing existing technologies and innovations, integrating waste management systems, pursuing a waste monitoring movement, and digitizing the waste management system.
