Abstract

Pringsewu Regency is a district that is currently focusing on the preparation and maturation of the 2011-2031 Regional Spatial Plan, which includes a plan to prepare it to become an urban area. In order to have good city management, it's therefore, necessary to study the feasibility of the drainage system which later can be used as input for careful planning to support the Pringsewu Urban Area plan by paying attention to the availability and quantity of drainage channels so as not to cause a disaster problem in the future. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out that the capacity of the drainage channel, namely Qtotal> Qsaluran, so that the channel cannot accommodate rainwater and wastewater, so to support the Pringsewu Urban Area, the drainage channel is currently not feasible to support the Pringsewu Urban Area plan when viewed from an infrastructure perspective, namely existing drainage system. Keywords: Drainage, Urban Area.

Abstract

Climate change is a topic of discussion in various parts of the world. Several coastal cities in Indonesia are currently also threatened by the impacts of climate change. From several studies, it is known that the threat of climate change is considered capable of increasing community resilience in informal areas. This study aims to identify the application of the principle of verification of positivism and its implications as an analysis of the philosophy of science in the study of climate change impacts on the resilience of informal areas. The analytical technique used is descriptive evaluative by using several literature reviews and theories. From the results of the study, it was found that research related to climate change and resilience of informal areas is an empirical, logical, and measurable research as well as part of a deductive research and reflects that the theme of this research is a part of science.

Abstract

Pesawaran Regency is known to have advantages in the tourism sector. This can be seen from the number of tourists who continue to increase, especially on national holidays. The Provincial Government is collaborating with the Trans Lampung Bus by opening routes to tourist destinations, namely from Tanjung Karang Station - Ketapang Harbor. However, in practice, there is a tendency for tourists to use private transportation modes compared to public transportation modes that have been provided. Therefore, this study aims to find out how to increase tourist interest in using the Trans Lampung Bus public transportation route from Tanjung Karang Station to Ketapang Port as tourist transportation. There are three targets to achieve the research objectives, namely: 1. Knowing what factors influence the choice of mode; 2. Knowing the opportunities for using private and public transportation modes; 3. Make recommendations for optimizing public transportation mode. The analytical method used in this study is binary logistic regression and sensitivity. Based on the sensitivity analysis, it is known that the comfort factor has a higher sensitivity than the bus trip rit factor. Therefore, the comfort factor will be optimized first.

Abstract

One form of implementation of the mandate of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 1 of 2011 concerning Housing and Settlement Areas is explicitly stated in the Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 2 of 2015 concerning the National Medium Term Development Plan for 2015-2019 and implemented in the form of Kep. Director of DJCK No. 110/KPTS/DC/2016 concerning Determination of City Locations Without Slums. The decision of the Directorate General of Human Settlements became the basis for determining the location of the area that was determined to receive a program to improve the quality of slums, one of which was the NUSP-2 program. NUSP-2 as one of the slum settlement programs needs to be evaluated as a form of assessing the results of the programs that have been implemented. The evaluation carried out focused on the impact side with the scope of Physical and Non-Physical (Social and Economic) impacts and sustainability with the scope of economic, social/community and environmental sustainability, where the impact evaluation resulted in a value of 0.692 or was in the moderately impactful class, while the sustainability evaluation was at a value of 0.692. 0.43 or is in the less sustainable class. However, what is of concern is that based on the results of the analysis carried out, the side that has a large influence on the evaluation value is the side that is in direct contact with the NUSP-2 program, with examples for evaluation of physical impacts having a greater influence than non-physical and social sustainability having the greatest influence compared to sustainability environment and economy.

Abstract

The city functions as a service system for diverse community needs implemented through the provision of housing, trade and services, recreational areas and transportation networks. Activities between these activities cause movement, the magnitude of the movement value is influenced by the size and scale of activity (intensity) on each type of land use. The economic condition of the city depends on the ease of the people in their activities and the smooth distribution of production goods. Bandar Lampung as the economic center of Lampung Province has problems that affect movement such as land use patterns, low road accessibility. In anticipation of this movement must be in good condition that is effective and easy to do, because movement is influenced by land use intensity. Therefore, it is necessary to know the magnitude of the influence of the intensity of land use in the movement in the city of Bandar Lampung by using the Movement Model can be known the size of the influence of Land Intensity on the movement in the city of Bandar Lampung. The analytical method used in this study is the analysis of the origin destination matrix and multiple linear regression analysis. the results of the analysis show that land use related and influencing the movement of the city of Bandar Lampung are activities on land use trade and services as well as education affect movement. The resulting movement model is as follows: y = 62,3 + 2,275 + 1,348 .

Abstract

Rapid population growth is able to bring significant changes to various systems of urban community activities, with the high standard of living of the community, the higher the movement carried out. The existence of high community movement must be balanced with the provision of adequate transportation facilities and infrastructure, such as the provision of good public transportation to be able to reduce private vehicles. Public transportation is able as a solution to urban transportation problems that are able to serve the community in meeting their needs for movement. The city of Bekasi as one of the buffer cities of DKI Jakarta and as one of the metropolitan cities in Indonesia has also developed BRT as a mode of urban public transportation. In 2019 Bekasi City has integrated mass public transportation, BRT Trans Patriot. However, the number of users of this public transport is low. BRT Trans Patriot is still not used optimally by the community. Based on these problems, it is necessary to study the optimization of the use of the BRT Trans Patriot based on people's preferences. The results show that service quality affects people to use Trans Patriot BRT, and it is found that the available services are not optimal in accordance with bus rapid transit standards. Regarding this, it affects the number of Trans Patriot BRT users that are not optimal.

Abstract

Bandar Lampung city is experiencing traffic congestion problems, one of them is as a result of the delay that is caused by a level crossing. One of the Streets in Bandar Lampung that has traffic congestion problem because of level crossings is Sultan Agung Street. Based on an interview with the Bandar Lampung Transportation Agency, there was a plan to build a flyover at the level crossing on Sultan Agung Street. However, the planned flyover is predicted to give negative impacts on the surrounding area. Therefore, this study was conducted to identify the costs benefits of a flyover construction to overcome traffic congestion at the level crossing on Sultan Agung Street. To determine the costs benefits, the reseachers conducted Net Present Value (NPV) and Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) analysis with the variables of flyover construction costs, decreased income of traders around the area, and time value savings, and vehicle operating costs. Based on the analyses, the reseachers concluded that the benefits obtained from the construction of the flyover are greater than the costs so that the construction of a flyover at the level crossing on Sultan Agung Street is considered feasible from an economic point of view.
