Abstract

This study aims to explore how factors such as price, brand, and product quality can influence smartphone purchasing decisions. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. This study conducted a survey with a sample of users or consumers who purchased smartphones at the Kirana Smartphone Store. Data were collected through a questionnaire that assessed consumer perceptions of price, brand, and product quality that influence smartphone purchasing decisions. The results of the study showed that price had a negative and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the t-test and significance value, it is known that the Price Variable (X1) is indicated by a calculated t-value of -3.499> t-table - 1.998 and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. In addition, based on the results of the t-test and significance value, it is known that the Brand Variable (X2) is indicated by a calculated t value of 2.245> t-table 1.998 and a significance value of 0.002 <0.05. So it can be concluded that the brand variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the product quality variable cannot influence consumer purchasing decisions. This is based on the results of the t-test and the significance value is known that the Product Quality Variable (X3) is indicated by a calculated t value of 0.689 < t-table 1.998 and a significance value of 0.000 > 0.05. Thus, the Product Quality variable is stated to have no influence on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the influence of prince and consumer income on product purchasing decisions at the Aning Shop. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this research used a probability sanmpling technique where the number of samples obtained was 30 respondents.The date analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The test results show that product prices have a positive and significant affect on product purchasing decicions at the Aning Shop.this is indicated by the caculated t of 2.880 which is greater than the t table value of 2.052. the consumer income variable has a positive and in significant effect on product purchasing decisions at the Aning Shop. This indicated by the calcuted t value of 1.757 which is smaller than the t table value of 2.052

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the optimization of asset management in increasing the original income of villages in Sukamaju Village. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach which is carried out for 3 months from July to September 2023 since the writing of the research design. Data collection through observation, interviews and documentation to the head of Sukamaju village, village secretary, general office and subsequent administration of the people of Sukamaju Village. Furthermore, the data is managed and analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that asset management in the original improvement of Sukamaju Village has been optimal from the procurement aspect because it has been in accordance with self-management and third parties in accordance with applicable regulations. However, it has not been optimal in terms of planning, utilization and maintenance due to incomplete asset data, the absence of regulations on the commercialization of village assets, concurrent managers and lack of asset management competence.

Abstract

In a period of several years from 2018 to 2022, it was found that village financial management had not been implemented optimally. The research objectives are (1) To find out the financial planning of the Lamu Village Government, Tilamuta District, Boalemo Regency. (2) To find out the financial implementation of the Lamu Village Government, Tilamuta District, Boalemo Regency. (3) To find out the financial administration of the Lamu Village Government, Tilamuta District, Boalemo Regency. (4) To find out the financial reporting of the Lamu Village Government, Tilamuta District, Boalemo Regency. (5) To find out the financial accountability of the Lamu Village Government, Tilamuta District, Boalemo Regency. The research method used is descriptive research and a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of the research are (1) Village financial planning in Lamu Village has not been running effectively because there are still disputes over programs which have often occurred between the community and the Lamu Village Government. (2) The implementation of village finances in Lamu Village has not been running effectively because the planned programs often do not match the conditions in the field. (3) The administration of village finances in Lamu Village has been running effectively as proven by the Village Government following procedures in policies that are implemented in accordance with existing regulations. (4) Village financial reporting in Lamu Village has not been running effectively because reporting is often hampered due to networks in village financial reporting. (5) Village financial accountability in Lamu Village has been running effectively, because the Lamu Village Government will make inputs on time so as not to exceed the target time

Abstract

The research aims at investigating the formance of village officials in bongoime village. 2) to find out the inhibiting factors in improving the pormance of bongoime village apparatus The method in this research used qualitative method with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation.The research results show that 1) The performance of Bongoime village officials has many jobs that are in accordance with their respective main duties and functions and have good jobs. Apart from that, complete and be accountable for every task that originates from local government regulations regarding what work must be done in the village with the amount of work that can be completed within the predetermined time, namely starting work at 08.00 in the morning until 04.00 in the afternoon. Each village apparatus is always controlled and evaluated by the leadership based on their respective fields/expertise. Each village apparatus is always controlled and evaluated by the leadership based on their respective fields/expertise. 2) The inhibiting factor in improving the performance of Bongoime village officials is having maximum effort to complete the work with organizational support, the organization provides facilities for its employees including training and development, equipment and technology, performance standards and management as well as good coworkers. This can be seen from efforts to approach the community, outreach to the youth in the community so that every work that will be planned by the village is in accordance with proposals made by the community.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of giving rewards on employee work motivation at the central Statistics Agency of Bone Bolango Regency. This research data was obtained from research questionnaires, observation and literature studies related to research objectives. This research uses quantitative methods. The analysis technique uses simple linier regression analysis using the SPSS application. The total sample was 30 respondents using saturated sampling techniques. The calculation results obtained a calculated t value 0f 4.324 with a significance level of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. the regression coefficient of 0.633 states tha every additional 1 reward will is 1, it is predicted tha work motivation will decrease by 0.633. the research results show tha the reward variable has a significant effect on employee work motivation at the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Bone Bolango Regency.

Abstract

Health Admintrasion is a planing , implementation, and service and supervision activity that is responsible for organizing goood helath service development. Healt Service ia an effort to help prepare( take care of) what is needed by pantients who come for treatment at the suwawa selatan healt center. In connection with the flow of healt services, there are still many people who do not understand the rules at the suswawa selatan puskesmas, such as patients who come without a BPJS/KIS treatment guarantee card. With the implementation of existing rules in 2023 until now, people seeking treatment if they do not bring BPJS can Simply show their identity ( KTP). This Research aims at investigating the quality of the Relationship between healt service procedures at the south suwawa healt center so that patient satisfaction in complying with procedures can run with applicable regulations.

Abstract

The aim of the research report : This research aims to determine the factors inhibiting public awareness in achieving the land and building tax (PBB) target in Tolotio Village. Research method : The method in this research uses triangulation data collection techniques consisting of observation, interviews and documentation. Research results: The research results show that in Tolotio Village it cannot be said to be good compared to previous years because according to research there is still a lack of public awareness in achieving the property tax target . This is caused by the mechanism for submitting SPPT which is not good , there are economic factors which make it difficult for people to pay land and building taxes.

Abstract

This study aims to describe social media, electronic word of mouth and purchase intention, analyze the influence of social media and electronic word of mouth on purchase intention, and analyze the dominant variable between social media and electronic word of mouth on purchase intention at Zalora Indonesia . This research was conducted at Zalora Indonesia with 134 sample respondents. The method used in this research is descriptive method. This study used aaccidental sampling using data collection tools through an online questionnaire. The results of multiple regression analysis proved the variables of social media and electronic word of mouth, partially or simultaneously have an effect on purchase intention. The influence is a positive effect, if a technology driven online function as participation, conversationality, connectedness, openness, community and commonality, it will encourage consumers topurchase intention at Zalora Indonesia. Furthermore, if the electronic word of mouth gives a positive impression on a product that is offered online through the product involvement, self involvement, Other involvement, and message involvement would increase consumers' intention to buy. From testing the hypothesis that the variables of electronic word of mouth, it turns out the dominant influence on purchase intention.
