Abstract

Health Admintrasion is a planing , implementation, and service and supervision activity that is responsible for organizing goood helath service development. Healt Service ia an effort to help prepare( take care of) what is needed by pantients who come for treatment at the suwawa selatan healt center. In connection with the flow of healt services, there are still many people who do not understand the rules at the suswawa selatan puskesmas, such as patients who come without a BPJS/KIS treatment guarantee card. With the implementation of existing rules in 2023 until now, people seeking treatment if they do not bring BPJS can Simply show their identity ( KTP). This Research aims at investigating the quality of the Relationship between healt service procedures at the south suwawa healt center so that patient satisfaction in complying with procedures can run with applicable regulations.

Abstract

The village is the legal body authorized to regulate and carry out governmental duties, in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 6 of 2014. A village can carry out its responsibilities independently by building an effective governance system. It requires high-quality human resources for leaders and employees. It is essential to carry out effective supervision during the performance of the assigned tasks in the village to avoid abuse of authority. The village government requires the highest level of rigour from the leadership and supervisory agencies to avoid abuse of authority. This can include actions such as giving warnings, performing performance evaluations, and reviewing administrative issues. In order for the activity plan to work smoothly, certain parties can supervise and enforce the authority used in the implementation of activities through effective monitoring mechanisms. The aim of this research is to gain an understanding of how surveillance is used to avoid abuse of authority in Suka Mulya Village. This research method is qualitative descriptive with observations, interviews and documentation as a method of data collection. The results of this study show that the monitoring and communication system in Suka Mulya Village is not optimal, which leads to a lack of effective communication between subordinates and superiors in the completion of activities, in addition there is lack of emphasis on the rigour of the leadership and supervisory bodies on the performance of the apparatus.

Abstract

The current study aims 1) The objectives of this research are 1) To find out thesales strategy for corn sticks at Cahaya Bintang Cakrawala UMKM (CBC) in Moodu. DistrictEast City Gorontalo City. 2) To find out about promotions to increase sales of jaguan sticksat UMKM CBC (Cahaya Bintang Cakawala) in Moodu, Kec. East City, Gorontalo City.The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative methods with observation data collection techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The result of the study shows that 1) The promotional strategy implemented by UMKM Cahaya Bintang Cakrawala in Moodu, Kota Timur District, Gorontalo City is expanding market share by introducing goods or productson social media and frequently participating in UMKM exhibitions held by the government, Indonesian banks, private parties and in real terms through MSME product exhibitions at certain events related to the business world. Then provide promos. 2) Promotion to increase sales of cornsticksat UMKM CBC (Cahaya Bintang Cakrawala) in Moodu District. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee job satisfaction at the East City Sub-District Office of Gorontalo Province. This type of research uses quantitative methods with a correlational approach. The population and sample in this study were all employees totaling 30 employees in the East City Sub-District Office of Gorontalo Province. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaire (questionnaire). Data analysis method using simple linear regression. The results showed that motivation (X) had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) with the results of t count 4,981 with a significance level of 0,00 <0.05. From the processed data, the sig value is 0.000 with a probability value of 0.05. Because the sig value <0.05 so motivation (X) has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction (Y)

Abstract

This study aims to determine how implementing an electronic attendance system affects employee discipline at the Djalaluddin Gorontalo Airport Operator Unit Office. The method used in this research is descriptive data analysis with a quantitative approach. The data collection process is done by distributing questionaires containing the same 20 instruments to 53 sample people. The sample of this study was taken randomly from 111 people using the simple random sampling technique. The data obtained were then analyzed by conducting statiscal tests, namely simple linear regression tests. The results showed that the implementation of the electronic attendance system had a significant effect on employee work discipline at the Djalaluddin Gorontalo Airport Operator Unit Office. The magnitude of the influence exerted by the electronic attendance system on employee work discipline is shown by the straightforward linear regression equation Y = 11.492 + 0.735X, which means that any change of 1 unit in the electronic attendance system will cause a change of 0.735 units in employee work discipline.

Abstract

The aim of this research is1) to find the leadership style of the principal at State Elementary School (SDN) 15 Kabila, Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo Province. 2) Analyze the leadership style of the principal in increasing teacher motivationat State Elementary School (SDN) 15 Kabila, Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo Province. The method in this research uses a qualitative case study method with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation.There were 5 interview informants consisting of school principals and teachers.The research results show that 1) The leadership sty lecreated by the principal at State Elementary School (SDN) 15 Kabila, Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo Provinceuses a democratic leadership style demonstrated by the principal and his subordinates, providing an example of good cooperation by organizing, directing and guiding the staff. Education so that they work together 2) The principal's leadership style in increasing motivationis good. This can be seen from the leadership style which creates togetherness between students and leaders, the principal holds training, seminars and other training because there are activities to improve the quality of the leader, as well as teacher memorabilia. Apart from that, if the teacher has good performance, the principal provides rewards in order to increase motivation. The principal always tries to maintain a conducive worken vironment.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of giving rewards on employee work motivation at the Central Statistics Agency of Bone Bolango Regency. This research data was obtained from research questionnaires, observations and literature studies related to research objectives. This research uses quantitative methods. The analysis technique uses simple linier regression analysis using the SPSS application. The total sample was 30 respondents using saturated sampling techniques. The calculation results obtained a calculated t value 0f 4.324 with a significance level of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. the regression coefficient of 0.633 states tha every additional 1 reward will is 1, it is predicted tha work motivation will decrease by 0.633. the research results show tha the reward variable has a significant effect on employee work motivation at the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Bone Bolango Regency.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1) What is the level of employee performance in administrative services at Moodulio Village Office, Bone District, Bone Bolango Regency? 2) What improvements can be made to enhance employee performance and administrative services at Moodulio Village Office, Bone District, Bone Bolango Regency? This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, employing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings indicate that: 1) The level of employee performance in administrative services at Moodulio Village Office is affected by issues such as timeliness and frequent obstacles. These obstacles include network and electricity issues due to dependency on the Bolsel-Sulut region. When there is a power outage in the Bolsel-Sulut area, Moodulio Village also experiences power outages. Currently, most administrative tasks at Moodulio Village Office are managed online, making electricity and network connectivity crucial for online processing and document printing. 2) To improve employee performance and administrative services at Moodulio Village Office, one crucial step is to enhance the internet network infrastructure in the village office area. . This can be achieved through collaboration with internet service providers to ensure more stable, faster, and reliable connections. Such collaboration might involve developing physical infrastructure, such as installing fiber optic cables or upgrading existing network capacities, to meet the increasingly complex operational needs of the village office.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of village funds in Potugu village, Momunu District, Buol Regency. This type of research uses a qualitative method with case studies or field studies. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that planning in potugu village is carried out through village deliberations involving various elements of society. In this process, it is hoped that every proposal from residents can be considered, community participation in planning is still low. This is due to the lack of public understanding of the importance of village fund planning, so that some of the proposed programs do not fully reflect the urgent needs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Work Motivation in Improving Employee Performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta Al-Mubarakah Mohiyolo. The method in this study uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that work motivation plays an important role for employees to support their performance. Achievement, motivation, work relationships, self-development, and power and leadership are interconnected in creating a productive work environment. Success is not only seen from the results, but also from the learning process and its impact on others. Good relationships among coworkers and a supportive environment increase motivation, comfort and productivity. In addition, self-development through collaboration and a commitment to continuous learning are important in supporting competence. Wise leadership, supported by trust within the team, encourages responsibility, collaboration and work effectiveness.
