Abstract

Literasi digital merupakan kompetensi abad ke-21 yang semakin krusial bagi mahasiswa perguruan tinggi dalam menghadapi era transformasi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi literasi digital mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi Indonesia, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kemampuan literasi digital, serta merumuskan strategi peningkatan yang komprehensif dan berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur sistematis terhadap 52 artikel jurnal, laporan lembaga, dan hasil penelitian yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2019 hingga 2024. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun mahasiswa Indonesia memiliki tingkat penetrasi internet yang tinggi, kemampuan literasi digital kritis dan konstruktif masih relatif rendah, terutama dalam hal evaluasi sumber informasi, keamanan digital, dan etika penggunaan teknologi. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi rendahnya literasi digital meliputi kesenjangan infrastruktur, kurikulum yang belum adaptif, minimnya pelatihan literasi digital formal, serta belum terintegrasinya kompetensi digital dalam standar akademik. Strategi yang direkomendasikan mencakup integrasi literasi digital dalam kurikulum lintas program studi, penguatan kapasitas dosen, pengembangan infrastruktur digital kampus yang merata, serta pembentukan ekosistem belajar digital yang kondusif. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi acuan pengembangan kebijakan literasi digital di perguruan tinggi Indonesia.
