Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the vocal learning process using the demonstration method. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative descriptive approach. The object to be studied is the process of learning art and culture which is in terms of vocal learning with the demonstration method at SMA Negeri 2 Toboali. Teachers and students at SMA Negeri 2 Toboali who will be informants for this research. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation. Based on the results of the analysis of research data and the discussion contained in the previous chapter about vocal learning with the demonstration method in class X at SMA N 2 Toboali, South Bangka Regency. It can be concluded that vocal learning with the demonstration method in learning arts and culture is very helpful, especially vocal learning in class X SMA N 2 Toboali, because students more easily understand the material presented by the teacher so that learning takes place more efficiently. Based on the results of research data analysis and discussion contained in the previous chapter on vocal learning with the demonstration method in class X at SMA N 2 Toboali, South Bangka Regency. Abstract

This research was motivated by the discovery of problems in recording the payment of committee contributions at SMKN 1 Ampek Angkek, the recording of committee contributions payments was still conventional, where staff still had to record on the committee's contribution payment card then the payment data was recapitulated. School staff experienced difficulties in collecting financial data, paper stacking, data sharing limitations, data discrepancies and reporting delays. The research method used is the Research and Development (R&D) research method, which is a method used to produce a system, with the system development model using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by applying the waterfall model consisting of Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction , and Deployments. This committee donation payment information system uses Codeigniter 3 and PHP, the software used to design the school committee donation payment information system is sublime text, then in processing the database using MySQL. Based on the results of the research that the researchers did, the researchers succeeded in making a committee product payment information system at SMKN 1 Ampek Angkek. The results of the validity test conducted by computer experts showed this product was very valid with a value of 0.91. The results of the practicality test conducted by the administrative staff at SMKN 1 Ampek Angkek showed that this product was stated to be very practical with a score of 87%. And the results of the effectiveness test conducted with administrative staff at SMKN 1 Ampek Angkek showed this product was very effective with a value of 0.93.

Abstract

Abstract Bubu Dance is a new creation dance in Putri Kelana Dance Studio, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency, created in 2018. The problem formulation in this study is "How is the Bubu Tariff Structure in Putri Kelana Dance Studio, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency". The purpose of this study was to determine the structure of the dance which includes motion motifs, motion phrases, motion sentences, and movement groups. Qualitative descriptiveresearch method that involves observation. The interview data obtained include the questions posed by obtaining more complete data, while the documentation is in the form of photos. The results of the analysis of the data obtained are a comparison of the Bubu dance consisting of 3 movement groups, 23 motion sentences, 42 movement phrases, and 87 movement motifs. In Bubu dance, one movement motif and the next are intertwined to form a movement sentence, and the next phrase forms a movement sentence and the next sentence forms a movement group. The basic element of dance is that the body is divided into four parts, namely the head,posture, hands, and feet, each part is divided into two, namely the elements of posture and elements of motion. the head consists of 6 elements of posture and 3 elements of movement, the hands consist of 9 elements of posture and 7 movements, the feet consist of 8 elements ofposture and 6 elements of movement and the body consists of 6 elements of posture and 4 elements of movement.

Abstract

This research was conducted from the problems that the authors found during observations at MTsN 2 Pasaman which so far the teacher has not maximized the use of technology in learning mathematics, students only rely on learning from the teacher verbally, so students get bored quickly when learning takes place and have difficulty understanding the material taught by the teacher. Therefore, the authors design learning media based on Augmented Reality so that it can be an alternative learning media. The purpose of this research is to produce an Augmented Reality-based supporting media design for mathematics learning that is valid, practical and effective. The method used in this study is the Research andDevelopment (R&D) method using the Luther-Sutopo version of the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), which consists of six stages, namely concept (conception), design (design), collecting material (material collection). assembly (manufacture), testing (testing), and distribution (distribution). And the product test was carried out in this study, namely the validity test given to lecturers of field experts or field experts, practicality tests carried out by mathematics subject teachers and effectiveness tests given to students at MTsN 2 Pasaman class VIII. Based on the results of product tests that have been carried out by the author of the validity test, the average value is 0.84 which is declared valid, for the practicality test, the average value is 0.88 which is declared practical and for the effectiveness test, the average value is obtained. the average is 0.87 which is declared effective.

Abstract

Humanistic Psychology is a theory in psychology that focuses on the problem of human behavior patterns in meeting needs. This study aims to describe the personality and selfactualization of the main character in the novel The Midnight Library by Matt Haig based on Abraham Maslow's theory of Humanistic Psychology. The data source of this research is the novel The Midnight Library by Matt Haig, theoretical books, articles, journals, and literatures relevant to the research. Data collection was carried out using literature study techniques, while data analysis was carried out using qualitative descriptive techniques. The results of the study show the following results. First, the dominant personality in the main character named Nora Seeds in the novel The Midnight Library by Matt Haig includes sensitive, compassionate, and strong or tough personality. Second, self-actualization in the main character Nora Seeds in Matt Haig's novel The Midnight Library which consists of four goals, namely the desire to accept oneself, the desire to accept other people and circumstances, the desire to develop potential, the desire to stay alive.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is: How is the learning process between teachers and children with autism in piano learning at the Prabumulih City Headquarters Music Studio? The purpose of this study was to determine the process of learning piano music for autistic children at the Prabumulih City Headquarters Music Studio. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method, which is a research method based on nonnumeric data, collecting and analyzing narrative data. The sample in this study amounted to 1 student. The techniques used in collecting research data were carried out using: observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the interviews were analyzed using qualitative data analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that: 1) Learning piano musical instruments for autistic children at the Prabumulih City Headquarters Music Studio is quite good and has been running according to non-formal school standards or course venues in general 2) At the implementation stage also students who are autistic children have quite active because students are very enthusiastic and excited in learning to play the piano musical instrument.

Abstract

This study aims to find an overview of online prostitution activity patterns through the ‎MiChat application. Finding competition in online prostitution through the MiChat application and the influence of online prostitution on education. The research method used in this study is qualitative. The selected data source is purposive sampling. The criteria for informants in this study are commercial sex workers who work online, aged 20-35 years. Data collection was carried out using observation techniques and interviews with 3 (three) informants namely Mirna, Ayu, and Nina, and documentation. ‎Furthermore, data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of the study show that: (1) Patterns of online prostitution activity through the MiChat application are divided into two, namely working with pimps and independently. Commercial sex workers who work with their pimps only have to serve guests. Meanwhile, commercial sex workers who work independently must carry out their promotions and negotiations. (2) The competition that occurs in online prostitution, namely with colleagues who have the same profession, with fraudsters who take advantage and appearances so that they can maintain the existence of Commercial Sex Workers. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended to block sites The internet, which provides all things related to prostitution and pornography, needs to be improved, the control of the government and law enforcement officials on internet sites and their use, even though there are laws against prostitution, but an effective way to deal with them is for everyone to fortify themselves. yourself and your family by strengthening morals with religious values ​​and other values.

Abstract

The background of this research is that Biology teachers in class XI use conventional media such as books and blackboards in teaching, this is certainly not in accordance with the demands of technological developments, causing students to become bored and less interested in learning. The purpose of this research is to produce an Android-based Biology learning media for Class XI using Ispring Suite 10 at SMAN 1 Banuhampu as additional media. This study uses the Vaughan version of the media development model, namelyplanning and financing, design and production, testing, and delivery. of the four stages thenuse Blackbox. The product test results in this study obtained a value of 0.81 and 0.83, thenthe validity of the linguistic aspect obtained a value of 0.95 and a material aspect validityvalue of 0.9 in the Valid criteria. The practicality value is 0.90 on the Very High criteria. And the Effectiveness Value is 0.77 in the High Effectiveness criteria. So that the media used can be additional media in learning.

Abstract

This study focuses on school climate which includes the school environment, school rules, principal leadership, and interpersonal relationships. This research is qualitative descriptive research. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion/verification. The results of the study show that there are four aspects ofschool climate related to school climate conditions, namely aspects of the schoolenvironment which include school cleanliness and orderliness of the school environment, school rules which include school discipline and punishment or sanctions, school principal leadership which includes motivation and cooperation and interpersonal relationships which include a relationship of mutual respect, arelationship of mutual trust, and a relationship of mutual care between school members.

Abstract

Educators as the most important component in the world of education become figures in theirenvironment in delivering their students a brighter future. Educators as the spearhead insuppressing ignorance and immorality, of course, must have Qur'anic characteristics persuasively and constructively. If in the Al-Qur'an at least four classifications of educators are mentioned, basically they have "similarities" in coaching students according to their respective objects and end in enforcing sentenceullah. As for the sincerity of educators in the Qur'an, not to expect anything in transferring their knowledge to others, of course, this needs to be instilled in an educator from an early age. But as an educator, he has two obligations at the same time. On the one hand, educators should convey their knowledge, and educate the community, while on the other hand, they should continue their life. So that these two concurrent obligations must be fulfilled without reducing the sincerity recommended in the Qur'an. Thus educators in the Qur'an are the determinants of the goodness of the future young generation because it is in the hands of educators that the younger generation will become a generation that is strong and ready to continue the relay of future leaders with a morepeaceful future by the teachings of the Qur'an an.
