Abstract

AbstractIntellectual humility pada mahasiswa bk mengemukakan bahwa kerendahan hati atau Intelektual humility merupakan kapabilitas individu guna melakukan pengakuan atas kesalahan pribadi, kekurangan, batasan diri serta terbuka dalam penerimaan akan masukan, pengetahuan serta saran. Turut dapat disebut dengan kemampuan menilai yang tepat atas kapabilitas individu serta pencapaian yang dimilikinya.Lickona (2012) menuturkan bahwa Intellectual Humility merupakan kebijaksanaan yang mendasar dari kehidupan moral secara menyeluruh. penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan aspek-aspek yang mampu meningkatkan intellectual humility yaitu (1) keterbukaan (2) pengorbanan diri (3) penilaian diri yang akurat (4) fokus pada orang lain.Dukungan ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif.Populasi penelitian ini 220 orang Intellectual humility dengan sampel 220 orang dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Instrument yang digunakan yaitu angket. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis presentase.Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa bentuk yang mampu meningkatkan dukungan Intellectual humility tergolong sesuai. Adapun layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang baik pada Intellectual humility yaitu layanan konseling individu, layanan informasi, dan layanan konsultasi

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia di era milenium ini sangat pesat, terutama di bidang teknologi informasi. Tingkat kecepatan dan ketepatan informasi merupakan hal yang sangat besar oleh karena itu harus didukung teknologi informasi yang memadai. Demikan hal nya pada usaha laundry, Laundry Paramitha Diana Putri merupakan sebuah usaha yang menjalankan bisnis dalam bidang  jasa laundry. Berdasarkan survei yang telah dilakukan sampai saat ini Laundry Paramitha Diana Putri belum memiliki sistem informasi sendiri dan masih menggunakan sistem manual, sehinnga semua data masih disimpan kedalam sebuah buku. Dan aplikasi ini dibuat untuk mempermudah Laundry Paramitha Diana Putri dalam menjalankan sistem informasi, seperti, menyimpan data pelanggan, menyimpan data transaksi, mencetak transaksi, dan mendata semua sistem informasi yang ada di Laundry Paramitha Diana Putri, sehingga semua sistem informasi yang terdapat di Laundry Paramitha Diana Putri dapat berjalan dengan tepat dan akurat, sehingga  tidak ada kesalahan yang terjadi antara pegawai dan pelanggan, danpelangan pun merasa puas karena sudah adanya bukti pembayaran.

Abstract

This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to reduce the birth rate of stunted babies in Nagari Kinari, Bukit Sundi District, Solok Regency, through mindfulness training and health education for pregnant women. Stunting is a serious health problem affecting children's physical and cognitive development. One of the main causes of stunting is stress in pregnant women, which impacts fetal development. Mindfulness training was introduced to help pregnant women manage stress, thus creating a healthier environment for fetal growth. This activity was carried out for two days on August 3-4, 2024, in Nagari Kinari, involving 30 pregnant women as participants. The program included health counseling, mindfulness practice sessions, discussions, and consultations with health workers. The program results showed a significant decrease in participants' stress levels and increased knowledge about pregnancy health and the importance of stress management. The mindfulness therapy taught proved effective and can be applied by the participants in their daily lives. In conclusion, this training contributes to efforts to prevent the birth of stunted babies. It is expected to be a model intervention applied in other areas with similar problems.

Abstract

Keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif adalah kunci keberhasilan peran konselor atau guru Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) dalam sebuah layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal guru BK terhadap stakeholder di lingkungan sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam terhadap empat Guru BK SMA Laboratorium UM. Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal guru BK berperan penting dalam membangun hubungan yang positif dan efektif dengan stakeholder, termasuk siswa, orang tua, dan staf sekolah. Guru BK yang memiliki keterampilan mendengarkan aktif, empati, dan kemampuan memfasilitasi diskusi yang terbuka cenderung berhasil dalam memahami kebutuhan dan masalah yang dihadapi oleh stakeholder, serta memberikan dukungan yang sesuai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena yang terjadi pada remaja panti asuhan yang belum mampu mengenali diri sendiri, tidak menerima diri apa adanya, dan memandang diri sendiri tidak berharga. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi self-esteem adalah jenis kelamin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan self-esteem remaja laki-laki; (2) mendeskripsikan self-esteem remaja perempuan; dan (3) menguji apakah terdapat perbedaan self-esteem remaja ditinjau berdasarkan jenis kelamin. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif komparatif. Responden penelitian adalah remaja Panti Asuhan Muhammadiyah Padang dan Panti Asuhan Aisyiyah Padang sebanyak 67 remaja yang dipilih dengan teknik total sampling. Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan skala self-esteem yang disusun berpedoman pada model Skala Likert. Data yang terkumpul diolah dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis uji beda (T-test) dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) self-esteem remaja laki-laki tinggi (57,58%); (2) self-esteem remaja perempuan sedang (52,94%); dan (3) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan tingkat self-esteem antara remaja laki-laki dan perempuan dengan sig. (2-tailed) 0,002 < 0,05, yaitu tingkat self-esteem remaja laki-laki lebih tinggi dibandingkan remaja perempuan. Pembahasan fokus kepada aspek-aspek self-esteem dan impilkasi terhadap layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling.

Abstract

Technology offers significant contributions and advantages. During a global pandemic, the education sector is particularly advantaged by the utilization of technology. This study seeks to evaluate the efficacy of employing information services through the blended learning approach in enhancing students' comprehension of digital literacy amidst the pandemic. This study used a Quasi-Experimental methodology utilizing a Non-Equivalent Control Group design. The study population consisted of students in the twelfth grade, and a purposive sampling method was employed to choose participants from class XII A. The main focus of the study was to assess the student's level of comprehension in the field of digital literacy. The utilization of interactive media in service implementation specifically enhances digital literacy comprehension, resulting in a significant gain in knowledge

Abstract

The study aims to discover and describe the cultural relationships of school disciplines with students’ learning motivations at school. The approach used in this study is computational research with Correlational descriptive methods. The population in the study was 164 students with a sample of 117 students. Sampling techniques are based on proportional random sampling. The instrument used is the likert model scale on the cultural variables of discipline and learning motivation. Data analysis techniques use Pearson product moment analysis using SPSS version 26. The results of the study showed that the level of culture of the discipline of the school is in the high category, the degree of student learning motivation in the higher category and there is a positive and significant relationship between the culture of school discipline with the motivation of students to learn in the school

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena siswa broken home keterampilan komunikasi interpersonalnya masih belum efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan komunikasi interpersonal ditinjau dari aspek keterbukaan, empati, sikap mendukung, sikap positif dan kesetaraan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi penelitian yaitu kelas X dan XI dengan jumlah 618 siswa. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 41 siswa broken home yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan memberikan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner komunikasi interpersonal anak broken home yang sudah uji validitas dengan rumus pearson correlation (0.361) dan uji reliabilitas dengan rumus cronbach’s alfa (0.954), kemudian diolah menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif. Hasilnya menunjukkan komunikasi interpersonal siswa broken home umumnya rendah (50,9%), dengan aspek keterbukaan (49,8%), sikap positif (43,8%), dan kesetaraan (43,6%) rendah, sementara empati (51,1%) dan sikap mendukung (53,9%) berada di kategori sedang. Konselor atau Guru BK disarankan memberikan layanan informasi, bimbingan kelompok, dan konseling kelompok

Abstract

One challenge encountered in the learning process is the inadequate utilization of digital-based learning media during study sessions. Thus far, traditional learning materials have been employed, including textbooks and workbooks. The research problem at hand pertains to the insufficient utilization of digital-based media for ICT Guidance instruction in junior high school classes VIII. This study intends to generate high-quality instructional videos. Using the 4-D development model, this form of research is development research known as Research & Development (R&D). The phases of this development model are as follows: define, design, develop, and disseminate. Three validators, including two media expert validators and one material expert validator, conducted the media validator test. A practicality exam was administered to 32 eighth-grade students from Padang City State Middle School 22 in order to evaluate the efficacy of the instructional video product. Based on the findings of the study, material validation results average 4.8 and are classified as "Very Valid," media validator 1 validation results average 4.9 and are categorized as "Very Valid," and media validator 2 validation results average 4.7 and are categorized as "Very Valid." The results of product practicality trials, which average 4.4, are classified as "Very Practical." Hence, this medium is appropriate for utilization.

Abstract

Social care needs to be enhanced to solve social problems that occur in students. The study described the level of social concern of students in the environment of Global Solar Independent SMK based on a gender survey. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The population in this study was all XI class students totaled 95 students. The sample used was 95 students, sampling technique using saturated samples. The data collection technique is carried out using the likert model scale instrument. The results of this study revealed that SMK Global Solar Independent students have a social concern for their surrounding environment in a moderate category. The data showed that 15.8% had a high social concern, 63.2% had a moderate student social care, and 21.1% had a low student social concern. Then based on gender on average, the level of social attention of female students is higher than that of females
