Abstract

his service is an activity of the lecturer team at the Putra Indonesia University "YPTK" Padang to socialize the Simpang Empat Pasaman Barat . The activities provided aim to make SMEs aware of the importance of annual tax reporting. This activity was carried out as feedback from the needs analysis action (need survey) that had been carried out by the service team on several MSMEs where information was obtained that many MSMEs did not report their annual taxes. The service is carried out using 2 methods, namely direct lectures which contain explanations about taxes and the importance of tax reporting

Abstract

This research is entitled "From Village to Destination: Developing Tourism Potential to Improve the Economy of Sambirejo Village". The goal is for tourism to become one of the economic drivers, so it is necessary to develop the tourism potential in Sambirejo Village. Based on the problems found in the field, there are still many outsiders who do not know the potential in Sambirejo Village. Therefore, it requires participation from all elements, both the community and the government. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a participatory approach. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation and FGD. In the preparation of this service, several steps have been taken including increasing public awareness through the socialization of one home one plant, building a mini garden, building a sign system as a boundary marker between hamlets, training in digitizing MSMEs through digital branding and product photos, and promoting in the form of a QR Code.

Abstract

MSME actors need to pay attention to branding and digital marketing in running and managing their business. Branding can be used as a business identity, while digital marketing can be used for online sales and marketing. However, not all MSME actors can do good branding and make the best use of digital platforms to develop their businesses. Therefore, group 33 held branding and digital marketing outreach in the Klampok sub-district, Blitar city, which aims to provide knowledge, insight and information about branding and digital marketing. The methods used in this activity are observation and interviews as well as outreach and discussion. This socialization invited resource persons from the UKM and Naker cooperative services as extension speakers. By holding this socialization, it will provide benefits and new knowledge to MSME actors so they can manage their business by implementing and creating new branding and can apply the use of online media to carry out sales and marketing.

Abstract

Jarak Village has charming natural potential for natural tourism locations. One of the natural attractions in the Jarak Village is Pecaringan Hill. The development of the Pecaringan Hill area is carried out with the aim of increasing the welfare of the village and villagers. Apart from that, the development of this tourist area also aims to enable the Jarak Village to optimize its potential to become a tourist village and attract many tourists. The service activity uses the data collection method and the regional design stage. The design documentfor the development of the Pecaringan Hill area was openly accepted by the village goverment. The design of this thourism development will make the tourism sector of the Jarak Village become more developed.

Abstract

Interpersonal communication suggests that communication is important for building self-concept, for survival, self-actualization, for obtaining happiness, avoiding pressure and dependency, among others through entertaining communication, and fostering relationships with other people. Through interpersonal communication we can work together with community members to achieve common goals. Through communication with other people, we can fulfill our emotional and intellectual needs, by cultivating warm relationships with those around us. Interpersonal communication indicates that communication is done for self-fulfillment, to feel entertained, comfortable and at ease with oneself and also others. The methods used include varied lectures, demonstrations, and exercises. The results of this training will benefit students and youth, so that the communication delivered is better and has a clear meaning, which is easily understood by the other person. The process of learning and teaching in training activities will be more interesting by understanding the concepts and knowledge conveyed by professional lecturers in their fields. Besides that, with training activities for developing interpersonal communication skills, it is hoped that it will increase students' knowledge, especially communication science so that students can maximize their potential, develop their public speaking and be able to communicate well.

Abstract

Basically, every child already has the potential to become a leader. Therefore, leadership skills in children must be applied from an early age as a solid foundation to realize their dreams and goals in life. The spirit of leadership can basically train a sense of responsibility, discipline, and perseverance that are beneficial for the future of children. According to experts, the age of children is the right time to teach the importance of having a leadership attitude in themselves, because the age of children is the initial phase of the character formation process. So do not be surprised if we see in schools the subject matter and learning methods that are applied emphasize more on the formation of children's character. This study aims to cultivate children's values-based leadership and ethic. This type of service is descriptive qualitative. There are many ways that can be done by the younger generation in developing a leadership spirit, one of which is through compromise and tolerance with others. This is important today because of the development of globalization, the ways of thinking, behavior, attitudes, and lifestyles are also increasingly worrying. Therefore, children's values-based leadership and ethic can be used as references on how to develop leadership attitudes in the younger generation so that in the future they will become a generation of bright leaders.

Abstract

Community empowerment aims to increase the ability and skills independently to develop and innovate, through basic local tour guide training activities as a community empowerment program that will help the people in Dusun Mendiro know the basics of tour guides which will later be used to improve the economy of the surrounding community. However, the basic training for local tour guides held by KKN students from the East Java "Veteran" National Development University invited academics from the tourism sector to become speakers in this training. Apart from that, there is also assistance from the Forestry Service Branch of the Nganjuk Working Area. From this training activity, it was concluded that the local tour guides in Mendiro Hamlet still lack a sense of trust when communicating and lack detailed knowledge about existing attractions. So that the interpretation and intonation skills possessed by local tour guides in Mendiro Hamlet still need to be considered and trained independently, through the basic material presented it is hoped that this will become a provision for preparation for local tour guides when guiding tourists. This study uses 3 stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation. With a qualitative approach, it helps researchers find results that are in accordance with the conditions that occur in the field.

Abstract

Community Service is a form of the Tridharma of Higher Education. This PKM is proposed to carry out activities that are socialization of digital product marketing post Covid-19 pandemic. Covid-19 pandemic impact turnover decrease and limited consumers, cause restrictions on interactions between producers and consumers, especially in Putra Indonesia University (YPTK) Padang campus. Jl Aru RT 04 RW 09 in Lubuk Begalung has a significant culinary business development and near on the campus of UPI YPTK Padang. The pandemic situation had a major impact on the development of Culinary cause learning activities through online classes. If this happens continuously without anticipation, the culinary business will suffer losses. So there must a strategy for SME’s to survive in the face of new habits. The use of digital media is an alternative for SME’s to survive along pandemic. The aim of this community service is increasing the knowledge and skills of Culinary Entrepreneurs, so they can implement more effective and efficient digital marketing strategies. The service method is a training. The training stages are divided into 4 (four) stages, there are preparation stage, implementation stage, program evaluation stage and reporting stage. The expected results are to increase the knowledge, understanding, and skills of culinary entrepreneurs regarding how to determine and implement digital marketing strategies more effectively and efficiently for their culinary products.

Abstract

Community Service is a form of the Tridharma of Higher Education. This program is proposed to carry out activities that are socialized to cafe partners in the city of Padang. This community service is made with the aim of increasing the knowledge and skills of Cafe Owners in maximizing digital marketing that is more effective and efficient. The service method used is in the form of socialization. The training stages are divided into 4 (four) stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, the program evaluation stage, and the reporting stage. The benefits of this PKM program were felt by partners who were initially ignorant of technology, and after socializing the partners' knowledge increased about the importance of digital marketing for business development.

Abstract

Jarak Village is one of the villages in Wonosalam District, Jombang Regency. Jarak Village has the potential to become a Tourism Village because it has one of the aspects needed to become a Tourism Village namely the authenticity of its culture, customs, and natural tourism potentials. However, based on surveys and observations from researchers, Jarak Village still has problems or obstacles in developing it into a Tourism Village. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to plan strategies that can be applied to make the Jarak Village feasible to become a Tourism Village in Wonosalam District, Jombang Regency. In this study a qualitative descriptive method was used to get a complete picture of the village of the Distance. The data used is from primary and secondary data obtained through surveys, observations, interviews, documentation, as well as literature studies from previous related studies. The data that has been collected is processed and analyzed using a SWOT study to produce a strategic direction to develop the Distance Village into a Tourism Village. The results of this study are that there are several strategies and detailed descriptions that can be applied, namely in the form of competitive strategies, diversification strategies, overview strategies, and defensive strategies.
