Abstract

Aplikasi Maktabah Syamilah telah menjadi salah satu perpustakaan digital yang sangat diminati di kalangan akademisi, khususnya dalam studi Islam, karena menyediakan akses mudah kepada ribuan buku dan literatur dalam berbagai bahasa, termasuk bahasa Arab. Dalam perkembangannya, aplikasi ini tersedia dalam dua versi, yaitu desktop dan mobile, masing-masing dengan karakteristik penggunaan yang berbeda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna antara versi desktop dan mobile Maktabah Syamilah di kalangan mahasiswa Magister Perpustakaan UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner yang mengeksplorasi aspek-aspek seperti kemudahan penggunaan, kegunaan, dan kepuasan pengguna terhadap kedua versi aplikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa cenderung lebih puas dengan versi mobile dalam hal kemudahan penggunaan dan kepuasan secara umum, meskipun versi desktop dinilai lebih bermanfaat dalam beberapa aspek. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pengembangan aplikasi perpustakaan digital di masa depan untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dan efektivitas dalam mendukung kegiatan akademik.

Abstract

Abstract: The development of technology and information in the current era has brought many influences on human life. Often found on social media, conflicts between communities debate religious diversity in Indonesia. Researchers want to know about the Digital Literacy of Religious Moderation of UIN Students Prof. K.H. Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. The research population was undergraduate students, while the research sample was 266. Based on the data processed in the questionnaire distributed, it is known that the digital literacy ability of UIN students Prof. K.H. Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto is quite good in various aspects of digital literacy, there is still room for improvement, especially in terms of creativity in composing messages, active participation in social actions, and the ability to collaborate with various parties. This research is expected to be an input for the development of effective learning strategies in improving the digital literacy of religious moderation through the lecture curriculum and the Center for the Study of Religious Moderation and Pancasila at UIN Prof. K.H. Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto can be more active in socializing to students in the form of digital literacy of religious moderation.

Abstract

Libraries for universities are an inseparable part because they are a reflection of the university in providing services. Commitment to service quality is needed so that managers always try to meet the expectations of their users. The service quality can be improved, one of the ways is by collecting important information from users about the services provided. The methods used to collect the information in the research were LibQual and WebQual. The purpose of the research was to determine user perceptions of the service quality and web services in UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta Library. The samples of the research were 100 users in UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta Library which was determined using accidental sampling technique. The number of samples was obtained using the Taro Yamane formula with a 10% error margin. The data was obtained by distributing questionnaires and were measured using a Likert scale. Results of the research show that the service quality of the UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta Library from the dimensions of service effect, control of information, and library as the place is very good with an average value of 3.47. The web quality of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta Library, which consists of quality of usability, quality of information, and quality of interaction, is very good, with an average score of 3.39. Things that library managers need to pay attention to are UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta Library as the place for entertainment/recreation and a web display that is considered less attractive. The value of each item is 3.07 and 3.21, which means it is below the average value of this study.

Abstract

This research aims to encourage the role of libraries as learning resource centers. The rise of coffee shops is a challenge for library service developers. The paradigm shift and the pattern of user habits in obtaining information have had an impact on the decrease in the number of library visitors. The coffee shop offers a free space with a wide selection of food and soft drinks to meet and discuss with colleagues. The problem that arises then is how libraries can answer the challenge of changing user behavior in spreading information. This article tries to explain one of the efforts to provide a user-based service. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach to describe the strategic role of libraries in the reality of changing people's information behavior. Secondary data from the previous article were collected and then analyzed descriptively and systematically. The validity of the supporting data is sufficient if it can answer this research problem. The results of this study provide an overview of the urgency of café-style co-working in libraries. Coworking spaces can be designed to resemble coffee shops with a variety of offerings while discussing collaboratively with visitors. Of course, the space is equipped with convenient supporting devices, such as an electricity connection, internet, adequate lighting, music, air conditioning, and flexible service hours. The coworking space in the library also provides access to services for journals and e-books. The library must also be ready to help users who have difficulties using electronic services.

Abstract

Film memiliki peranan penting dalam membentuk persepsi masyarakat yang luas dan tersebar terhadap suatu fenomena atau realitas sosial. Sejatinya suatu profesi harus menunjukkan profesionalisme melalui kepatuhan terhadap kode etik. Namun, film merupakan hasil konstruksi yang memuat unsur subjektivitas pembuat film sehingga profesionalisme pustakawan dapat digambarkan dalam sudut pandang positif maupun negatif. Penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis representasi profesionalisme pustakawan dalam memberikan layanan perpustakaan pada film This Beautiful Fantastic. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis wacana kritis Siegfried Jager dan Florentine Maier yang meliputi analisis terhadap praktik diskursif, non-diskursif, dan materialisasi objek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam film This Beautiful Fantastic, perbedaan generasi antara Bella Brown dan Mrs. Bramble merefleksikan perspektif yang kontras terkait profesionalisme pustakawan. Bella Brown yang mewakili generasi junior memberikan layanan prima melalui pemberian bantuan dan interaksi hangat dengan pemustaka, tetapi digambarkan sebagai indisipliner dan bias. Sedangkan, Mrs. Bramble yang mewakili generasi senior menunjukkan profesionalisme dengan sikap disiplin, tegas, dan patuh pada peraturan perpustakaan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memberikan pemahaman terkait profesi pustakawan kepada masyarakat dan menjadi motivasi bagi pustakawan untuk menjalankan kode etik profesi secara konsisten.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of preservation efforts undertaken for rare library material collections at the Central Library of the Indonesian Army History Service (Disjarahad). Furthermore, this research explores the challenges encountered in these preservation activities and identifies potential solutions. A qualitative research method with a case study approach was employed. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and literature reviews. Data were analyzed using the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The findings reveal that the Central Library of Disjarahad implements preventive preservation measures, including regulating temperature, light, and humidity, maintaining environmental conditions, using mothballs, conducting routine inspections, and installing air conditioning systems in the collection room. Factors contributing to the deterioration of rare materials include internal factors (paper quality) and external factors (including fire, water, light, temperature fluctuations, dust accumulation, collection storage, air pollution, human activity, biological agents, and rodents).

Abstract

Abstract: The variety of information technology facilities available at Telkom University Open Library is one of the attractions of this library that attracts many users to visit. This study discusses the relationship between interest in visiting and information technology facilities at Telkom University Open Library. This study aimed to determine the availability of information technology facilities related to significance with the interest of visiting users to the Telkom University Open Library. This research is a quantitative research with a survey method. The sampling technique used Simple Random Sampling, with a total sample unit 153. This study used the Pearson Product Moment correlation test analysis method between variable interest in visiting and information technology facilities at Telkom University Open Library. The results obtained for almost all variables of information technology facilities have a significant relationship with interest in visiting the Telkom University Open Library. This place was chosen because the existing information technology facilities at the Telkom University Open Library are diverse and sophisticated compared to other university libraries, so the availability of information technology facilities can attract visitors to the Telkom University Open Library. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tersedianya fasilitas teknologi informasi sehubungan signifikansinya dengan minat berkunjung pemustaka ke Telkom University Open Library. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling, dengan jumlah unit sampel sebanyak 153. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment, antara variabel hubungan minat berkunjung dengan fasilitas teknologi informasi Telkom University Open Library. Didapatkan hasil hampir semua variabel fasilitas teknologi informasi memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan minat berkunjung di Telkom University Open Library. Hal ini dikarenakan, fasilitas teknologi informasi yang ada pada Telkom University Open Library terbilang beragam dan canggih, dibandingkan dengan perpustakaan perguruan tinggi lain, sehingga tersedianya fasilitas teknologi informasi dapat menjadi daya tarik pemustaka untuk berkunjung ke Telkom University Open Library. Kata Kunci: fasilitas teknologi informasi, minat berkunjung perpustakaan, Telkom University Open Library,

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the use of Google Drive in information management at the villa office. In this study, a survey research method was used with a quantitative approach to see user satisfaction in using Google Drive with the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model. The study population used all office members at one of the villa managers in Bali, totaling 34 people and was then said to be a saturated sample. In testing the data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, testing the hypothesis using the F test and t test. The research results show that three of the five independent variables influence user satisfaction, including accuracy, ease of use and timeliness with a satisfaction level above 80%. Users prefer and accept applications that are easy to use with accuracy and timeliness in accessing Google Drive.Keywords: Google Drive; information management; utilizationAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan Google Drive dalam manajemen informasi di kantor villa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk melihat kepuasan pengguna dalam menggunakan Google Drive dengan model End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). Populasi penelitian menggunakan seluruh anggota kantor di salah satu pengelola villa di Bali yang berjumlah 34 orang dan selanjutnya dikatakan sebagai sampel jenuh. Uji analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji F dan Uji t. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa, tiga dari lima variabel bebas berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna diantaranya variabel accuracy/akurasi, ease of use/kemudahan penggunaan dan timeliness/ketepatan waktu dengan tingkat kepuasan diatas 80%. Pengguna lebih memilih dan menerima aplikasi yang mudah digunakan dengan keakuratan dan ketepatan waktu dalam mengakses Google Drive. Kata Kunci: Google Drive; manajemen informasi, penggunaan

Abstract

Abstract: LibTalk is a virtual reference service program offered by the National Library of Indonesia that uses virtual talks to give users with knowledge about specific collections of library science as well as information about librarianship.  This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study technique. The results of this research indicate that the success of the LibTalk program is driven by the behavior performance of librarians who are inclusive, approachable, ensure user engagement, carry out good information searches, and provide closure. This research also found that the sustainability of the LibTalk program requires commitment and support from resources and librarians. Therefore, the continuation of the LibTalk program is very necessary with the expansion of resource support and librarian. Keywords : LibTalk; reference services; virtual services; National Library of Republic Indonesia Abstrak: LibTalk merupakan salah satu program layanan referensi virtual yang disediakan Perpustakaan Nasional RI untuk memberikan informasi kepada pemustaka terkait koleksi khusus ilmu perpustakaan serta informasi mengenai kepustakawanan dalam bentuk diskusi virtual. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan program LibTalk didorong oleh perilaku pustakawan yang inklusif, mudah didekati, memastikan keterlibatan pemustaka, melakukan pencarian informasi yang baik, dan memberikan penutup. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa keberlangsungan program LibTalk membutuhkan komitmen serta dukungan sumber daya dan tenaga pustakawan. Abstract

Abstract: The lack of dissemination of knowledge about physical literacy in early childhood sometimes makes parents unaware of this knowledge. However, Halo Kids Indonesia is here to share knowledge about physical literacy, which is crucial for the growth and development of children. By using social media to share knowledge about physical literacy in early childhood, this research aims to understand and comprehend Halo Kids Indonesia's social media utilisation in disseminating knowledge about physical literacy for young children. This research employs a qualitative method, collecting data through observation, interviews, and literature study methods. The results and discussion of this study reveal that Halo Kids Indonesia utilises two social media platforms, Instagram and TikTok. The main social media platform, Instagram, contains content in videos and images, presenting schedules, activity documentation, and knowledge about child development and physical literacy. On the other hand, TikTok contains more content focused on physical literacy, with videos demonstrating physical movements. Halo Kids Indonesia's social media has become a platform for sharing knowledge, particularly as a provider of information. However, the engagement from the audience in utilising this platform to exchange knowledge with other users or followers is still limited. Apart from that, Halo Kids Indonesia should spread more knowledge by utilising more diverse social media. Keywords: knowledge sharing, physical literacy, social media Abstrak: Kurangnya penyebaran pengetahuan mengenai literasi fisik pada anak usia dini, terkadang membuat orang tua tidak aware terhadap pengetahuan ini. Namun Halo Kids Indonesia hadir untuk membagikan pengetahuan mengenai literasi fisik yang begitu penting terhadap tumbuh dan berkembangnya anak dengan menjadikan media sosial sebagai wadah untuk tahap berbagi pengetahuan mengenai literasi fisik pada anak usia dini. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini memiliki tujuan agar dapat mengetahui dan memahami penggunaan media sosial Halo Kids Indonesia dalam membagikan pengetahuan tentang literasi fisik anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Hasil dan pembahasan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Halo Kids Indonesia memiliki 2 media sosial yaitu Instagram dan TikTok. Media sosial utama dari Halo Kids yaitu Instagram yang memuat konten yang dikemas dalam bentuk video dan gambar, berupa jadwal kegiatan, dokumentasi kegiatan, dan pengetahuan mengenai tumbuh kembang anak serta literasi fisik. Adapun konten pada media TikTok memuat lebih banyak mengandung pengetahuan literasi fisik dengan video-video gerak fisik. Media sosial Halo Kids Indonesia sudah mampu menjadi wadah dalam proses berbagi pengetahuan terutama menjadi penyedia pengetahuan, walaupun dari masyarakat belum memanfaatkan wadah ini untuk menemukan pengetahuan antar sesama pengguna ataupun pengikut lainnya. Selain itu, sebaiknya Halo Kids Indonesia lebih menyebarluaskan pengetahuan dengan memanfaatkan media sosial yang lebih beragam. Kata Kunci: berbagi pengetahuan, literasi fisik, media sosial
