toddlers. Indonesia, which is a developing country, contributes to the growth in the stunting rate in toddlers in the world where currently Indonesia is ranked fifth in the world's incidence of stunting in toddlers. Stunting can be prevented by community empowerment activities, namely village involvement in detecting and preventing stunting. The purpose of this community service activity is to improve health status by forming a community, especially cadres and mothers who are aware of stunting "SAGITA" (Sweet Mothers and Toddlers) in Bandarharjo Village. Bandarharjo Village was chosen because it is part of the working area of the Bandarharjo Health Center, North Semarang. With data on stunted children in June 2021, there were 86 stunted children aged 0-60 months, of which 60 (70%) were short children and 26 (30%) were very short children. 738 souls the number of normal toddlers. Meanwhile, data on stunted children in the Bandarharjo sub-district, North Semarang in June 2021, with data on toddlers aged 24-59 months, 26 people were very short, 60 people were short, and there were 60 toddlers who contributed to stunting at ages 48-60 months, male and female. The World Health Organization (WHO) since 2007 has socialized the Community-Based Management of Severe Acute Malnutrition program. One approach that can be taken is community empowerment. The "SAGITA" community service activity in Bandarharjo Village is preparing tools, health promotion media, and places used for program implementation. Activities in this community service consist of forming a group of mothers who are aware of nutrition, training on toddler development screening for cadres, counseling on breast milk (ASI) and complementary foods for breast milk (MPASI), counseling on balanced nutrition, hand washing training for pre-school children, and stimulate toddler development. Evaluation of this activity is carried out by measuring mother's knowledge related to nutrition and measuring the nutritional status of toddlers.

Abstract

Anemia generally occurs throughout the world, especially in developing countries and in low socio-economic groups. In the adult group anemia occurs in women of reproductive age, especially pregnant women and lactating women because they experience a lot of iron deficiency. Nearly all of these deaths were due to a lack of knowledge resources, and most were preventable. It is generally caused by iron deficiency, so it is better known as anemia. Furthermore, anemia will occur when the mother's hemoglobin levels fall to below 11gr/dl during the third trimester. Based on the 2021 Indonesian Health Profile, MMR has decreased in relation to pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum by 359 per 100,000 live births and the Neonatal Mortality Rate (AKN) has also decreased in 2020 by 19 per 1,000 live births. The method for implementing the Community-Based Hypertension Control Program is as follows: 1) Planning stage which includes: by forming a team, collecting data which includes: general data, special data, health profile, survey results, analyzing the situation: internal and external problems, determine program targets and indicators. 2) Pre-implementation stage by carrying out feasibility and suitability tests of the assessment format and observation sheets that will be used as the basis for implementing the program. 3) Program Implementation Stage: carry out early detection and monitoring of anemia in pregnant women, 4) Target: cadres, community activists, village midwives/nurses, lecturers and students, Target: pregnant women. 5) Evaluation Stage: using the Early Detection and Prevention of Anemia form. Abstract

10 This program is the second program after the family assistance program with stunting toddlers in Sidobandung village which is considered effective in increasing children's weight and TB and increasing parents' knowledge about stunting. Stunting is a health problem that has complex causes. Not only from a parent's cognitive perspective regarding the importance of fulfilling nutrition, but also parents' behavior and compliance in fulfilling children's nutrition. However, the problem of stunting can also be triggered by economic problems. This causes families to be unable to provide appropriate nutrition for children. Therefore, we collaborate with several parties to provide support for this program. The method used is to provide outreach to lecturers and students as implementers as well as mapping the location that will be the target of the program, namely in Bulu village, Balen subdistrict, Bojonegoro. The program carried out shows concern for the community to know the ability to carry out self-care, especially at the fam ily level in preventing stunting. An assessment of the health profile and independence status is carried out to contribute to the family providing information about the client/family's self-care abilities. So that families understand about stunting and how to avoid it.

Abstract

A health aspect that must be paid attention to by the public is the handling of conditions such as cardiac arrest, respiratory arrest, trauma/accidents, bites from wild and venomous animals and the like. This is also an aspect of health that every community must know well, both in terms of knowledge, causes, prevention and at least knowing how to deal with it, so that with adequate community capacity in responding to problems that occur in the surrounding environment, there will be a great opportunity to minimize the risk of death. and/or excessive disability. One of the health pillars that can be optimized is teenagers who can be trained and trained to be able to provide BHD/basic life support to these victims. With an integrated youth approach method, it is hoped that we can create a generation that is responsive to appropriate BHD management in society. The result of this community service is the creation of a generation of teenagers who are ready to respond to BHD activities with good minimum skills and have adequate cognitive abilities in accordance with their capacity in the community as the initial guard in assisting health workers in managing health and safety.

Abstract

24 Marriage is a physical and spiritual bond between a man and a woman as husband and wife with the aim of forming a happy family physically and mentally and eternally based on the Almighty Godhead. Based on data from UNICEF Indonesia in 2020, it shows that the prevalence of child marriage in Indonesia in 2018 was 11.21% of children married before 18 years, 0.56% of children married before 15 years. If a girl aged 10-14 years is pregnant, she has a fivefold risk of dying during pregnancy/giving birth. This is caused by the physiologic anatomy of girls who are not yet ready to conceive and give birth. Early marriage can also increase the risk of stunting in children, because people are not ready to take a role in the child's growth and development process, apart from that, mentally underage women are not ready and have the potential for violence resulting in divorce. This time, the Assisted Family Program is targeted at Bulu Village, Balen District, Bojonegoro Regency, by focusing activities on teenagers. Fostered Families focus on 36 partner families which include teenagers aged 12-19 years. This activity lasted for 6 meetings. The activity begins with an initial assessment related to health status, independence, and nursing care to drug therapy. After that, it was continued with providing health education regarding adolescent problems as well as showing educational creative videos with the title "The Impact of Early Marriage". The evaluation results showed that the family was 0% unhealthy, 15% pre-healthy, 85% healthy, and the results of the assessment of family independence: not independent, 0%, less independent, 13%, independent 87%.
