Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and Corporate Culture on Employee Performance at Jaya Bags Company located in Krian, Sidoarjo. The study is grounded in the view that employees’ perceptions of organizational support play a crucial role in shaping work attitudes, commitment, and performance outcomes. Organizational support is expected to encourage positive behavior by fostering a sense of appreciation and belonging among employees. The research employs a quantitative approach with a causal research design to analyze the relationships among variables. The population consists of all 42 employees of Jaya Bags Company. A saturated sampling technique was applied, meaning that the entire population was involved as respondents. Data were collected using structured questionnaires based on a Likert scale to ensure consistency in responses. The data were then analyzed using the Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the assistance of SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicate that Perceived Organizational Support has a significant positive effect on Corporate Culture, demonstrating that supportive organizational practices contribute to the development of shared values and norms. Corporate Culture is also found to have a significant effect on Employee Performance. However, POS does not have a significant direct effect on Employee Performance. Further analysis confirms that Corporate Culture mediates the relationship between POS and Employee Performance. These findings highlight that improving employee performance requires not only organizational support but also the strengthening of corporate culture as a key mechanism for achieving sustainable performance outcomes.

Abstract

This study explores the role of AI-driven marketing insights in enhancing financial performance and competitive advantage from an interdisciplinary business perspective. As organizations increasingly operate in data-intensive environments, artificial intelligence has emerged as a strategic tool capable of transforming marketing data into actionable insights that support managerial and financial decision-making. Using a qualitative research design with a library research approach, this study synthesizes conceptual and empirical literature from marketing, finance, and strategic management to examine how AI-driven marketing insights contribute to firm performance. The analysis reveals that AI-driven marketing insights play a critical role in improving decision quality, marketing efficiency, and financial accountability by linking marketing activities directly to measurable financial outcomes such as revenue growth, cost optimization, and return on investment. Furthermore, the integration of AI capabilities into marketing analytics strengthens firms’ ability to develop sustainable competitive advantage through superior customer understanding, faster market responsiveness, and enhanced strategic alignment between marketing and finance functions. The findings also highlight the importance of organizational integration and data-driven culture in maximizing the financial value of AI adoption. This study contributes to the literature by offering a holistic conceptual framework that positions AI-driven marketing insights as a strategic capability rather than a purely technological tool. The research provides valuable implications for academics and practitioners seeking to understand how artificial intelligence can be leveraged to align marketing strategies with financial performance and long-term competitiveness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh implementasi Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), motivasi kerja, dan kompetensi pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai di Unit Laka Lantas Satlantas Polrestabes Kota Bandung. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada masih tingginya angka revisi laporan kecelakaan lalu lintas, ketidakseimbangan beban kerja, serta tantangan dalam penerapan sistem digital ICELL yang berdampak pada kualitas pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari seluruh pegawai Unit Laka Lantas Satlantas Polrestabes Bandung yang berjumlah 41 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda pada tingkat signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi TAM dan kompetensi pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penerimaan teknologi yang baik mampu meningkatkan efektivitas kerja, khususnya dalam proses administrasi dan pelaporan kecelakaan lalu lintas. Kompetensi pegawai juga terbukti berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas, ketepatan, dan profesionalisme pelaksanaan tugas. Sementara itu, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif namun belum signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, yang mengindikasikan bahwa motivasi belum menjadi faktor dominan dalam konteks penelitian ini. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan penerapan teknologi yang mudah digunakan serta peningkatan kompetensi melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan guna mendukung peningkatan kinerja dan kualitas pelayanan publik di bidang lalu lintas.

Abstract

Kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis merupakan kompetensi penting yang harus dimiliki siswa SMA dalam menghadapi tuntutan pembelajaran abad ke-21. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas X dalam menyelesaikan soal Sistem Persamaan Linear Tiga Variabel (SPLTV) melalui pendekatan penelitian kepustakaan. Kajian dilakukan dengan menelaah teori berpikir kritis, indikator kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis, serta temuan empiris terkait kesulitan siswa dalam memahami SPLTV. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa menguasai prosedur algoritmik seperti eliminasi dan substitusi, namun kurang mampu memahami alasan konseptual di balik langkah-langkah tersebut. Pada indikator interpretasi, siswa mengalami kesulitan mengonversi informasi verbal menjadi persamaan matematis yang konsisten. Pada indikator analisis, siswa cenderung memilih strategi penyelesaian secara mekanis tanpa mempertimbangkan efisiensi. Kemampuan evaluasi juga tergolong rendah karena siswa jarang memeriksa kembali kebenaran solusi. Selain itu, pada indikator inferensi ditemukan bahwa siswa tidak mampu mengaitkan hasil perhitungan dengan konteks nyata secara tepat. Faktor penyebab rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis meliputi pembelajaran yang berorientasi prosedural, minimnya penggunaan soal non-rutin, kurangnya ruang diskusi matematis, serta keterbatasan asesmen yang berfokus pada proses penalaran. Kajian ini menegaskan perlunya strategi pembelajaran yang mendorong siswa melakukan analisis, evaluasi, dan justifikasi logis dalam menyelesaikan SPLTV. Temuan penelitian diharapkan menjadi dasar pengembangan model pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dalam memperkuat kemampuan berpikir kritis sesuai tuntutan Kurikulum Merdeka.

Abstract

Hukuman pidana mati terhadap pelaku tindak pidana pembunuhan berencana merupakan isu hukum yang terus memicu perdebatan serius, terutama terkait prinsip keadilan, hak asasi manusia, dan arah pembaruan hukum pidana nasional. Penelitian ini berfokus pada dua permasalahan utama, yaitu pengaturan pemidanaan terhadap tindak pidana pembunuhan berencana dalam Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP) dan Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2023 tentang Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana, serta kesesuaian penerapan pemidanaan dalam perkara Nomor 634/Pid.B/2023/PN Smn juncto Nomor 39/PID/2024/PT YYK dengan ketentuan Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan dan studi kasus, serta teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi kepustakaan terhadap bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaturan pemidanaan terhadap tindak pidana pembunuhan berencana tetap diatur dalam Pasal 340 KUHP dan Pasal 459 Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2023, tanpa perubahan redaksi maupun unsur deliknya. Namun demikian, terdapat perubahan paradigma pemidanaan, di mana dalam KUHP pembunuhan berencana termasuk tindak pidana pokok yang dapat dijatuhi pidana mati, sedangkan dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2023 tindak pidana tersebut tidak lagi dikategorikan sebagai kejahatan luar biasa. Pidana mati ditempatkan sebagai pidana alternatif yang penerapannya tunduk pada ketentuan Pasal 100 ayat (1), sehingga mencerminkan arah pembaruan hukum pidana yang lebih humanis dan berorientasi pada keseimbangan antara kepastian hukum dan keadilan substantif.

Abstract

Islamic work ethic constitutes an essential foundation in building educational governance that is characterized by integrity and professionalism. Islamic values such as trustworthiness (amanah), honesty, discipline, responsibility, and itqan position work as a form of worship that must be carried out optimally. This study aims to analyze the internalization of Islamic work ethic in strengthening educators’ integrity and in preventing human resource management (HRM) malpractice in education at SMPN 22 Batanghari. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The research subjects included the principal, vice principal, teachers, and educational staff selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis was conducted interactively through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was ensured through triangulation and member checking. The findings reveal that the implementation of Islamic work ethic at SMPN 22 Batanghari significantly contributes to strengthening individual integrity and organizational culture within the school. Values such as trustworthiness, justice, and service orientation are effective in reducing the potential for malpractice, including grade manipulation, abuse of authority, and disciplinary violations. Furthermore, clear, accountable, and Islamic value-based ethical policies and procedures for handling violations support the creation of professional and transparent school governance. This study confirms that the integration of Islamic work ethic, integrity-based leadership, and effective supervision systems is a key factor in preventing HRM malpractice and improving the quality of educational services in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan gambaran akuntabilitas dan pengelolaan dana desa serta menganalisis pengaruh akuntabilitas terhadap pengelolaan dana desa di Kecamatan Bantargadung Kabupaten Sukabumi. Akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan dana desa menjadi aspek penting untuk mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan desa yang transparan efektif dan bertanggung jawab kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif verifikatif. Metode deskriptif digunakan untuk menggambarkan kondisi akuntabilitas dan pengelolaan dana desa sedangkan metode verifikatif digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh akuntabilitas terhadap pengelolaan dana desa secara empiris. Populasi penelitian meliputi seluruh desa yang berada di Kecamatan Bantargadung Kabupaten Sukabumi yang berjumlah tujuh desa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan metode sensus sehingga seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada aparatur desa yang terlibat langsung dalam perencanaan pelaksanaan dan pelaporan dana desa. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat akuntabilitas dan pengelolaan dana desa berada pada kategori sangat baik. Selain itu hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa akuntabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap pengelolaan dana desa di desa desa se Kecamatan Bantargadung Kabupaten Sukabumi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan akuntabilitas aparatur desa dapat mendorong pengelolaan dana desa yang lebih optimal berkelanjutan dan berorientasi pada kesejahteraan masyarakat. Hasil ini diharapkan menjadi referensi kebijakan pemerintah desa dalam meningkatkan kualitas tata kelola keuangan desa secara berkelanjutan nasional.

Abstract

The education sector today faces increasingly complex and dynamic challenges driven by rapid global changes, digital technological advancements, and rising public expectations for high-quality education. Intense competition among educational institutions requires innovative and adaptive management strategies to build a positive image, strengthen public trust, and attract prospective students. In this context, public relations (PR) management and educational marketing play essential and mutually supportive roles in maintaining institutional reputation and sustainability. PR functions as a strategic connector between institutions and stakeholders through two-way communication, information transparency, media management, and crisis communication, all of which contribute to building a positive public image. Meanwhile, educational marketing focuses on identifying needs, creating value, and promoting institutional strengths such as academic achievements, facilities, and alumni success through both conventional and digital platforms. The integration of PR and marketing enables consistent, ethical, and data-driven communication strategies that translate public trust into increased student enrollment and competitive advantage. The effectiveness of these strategies is strongly influenced by external factors such as technological development and globalization, as well as internal factors including the competence of human resources. Therefore, the synergy between PR and educational marketing becomes a key strategy in improving institutional quality, reputation, competitiveness, and long-term sustainability in the rapidly evolving global education landscape.

Abstract

Public relations (PR) is a strategic managerial function that plays an important role in building communication, image, and public trust in educational institutions. In the context of modern societal development and advances in information technology, educational institutions are required to manage public relations in a professional, well-planned, and sustainable manner. This study aims to comprehensively examine the concepts, stages, implementation, and evaluation of public relations program planning in educational institutions, particularly from the perspective of public relations management and Islamic educational values. This research employs a qualitative approach using a library research method. Data were obtained from various secondary sources, including academic books, journal articles, educational regulations, and official documents relevant to public relations management. Data analysis was conducted through content analysis by synthesizing experts’ perspectives in a descriptive-analytical manner. The findings indicate that effective public relations program planning must follow systematic stages, including situation analysis, goal setting, target identification, formulation of strategies and messages, planning of activities and media, budgeting, and the determination of performance indicators. The implementation of public relations programs requires internal coordination, two-way communication with the public, appropriate media management, and the application of ethics and professionalism. Evaluation of public relations programs serves as a basis for improvement and managerial decision-making. This study confirms that well-planned and ethical public relations programs are capable of strengthening institutional image, increasing public trust, and supporting the overall success of educational management, particularly in Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Keahlian Dewan Pengawas Syariah terhadap kinerja pengelolaan Zakat pada Lembaga Amil Zakat di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji hipotesis yang berfokus pada penggambaran dan deskripsi fenomena. Dengan dua jenis pendekatan penelitian, yaitu penelitian bersifat kualitatif dan penelitian bersifat kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan studi dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Lembaga Amil Zakat yang terdaftar di Kementerian Agama tahun 2025, dengan jumlah keseluruhan 100 Lembaga Amil Zakat. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 27 Lembaga Amil Zakat dari seluruh Lembaga Amil Zakat yang ada di Indonesia. Sampel dalam penelitian ini dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Keahlian Dewan Pengawas Syariah berpengaruh signifikan. Hal ini mengidentifikasi bahwa aspek Keahlian Dewan Pengawas Syariah perlu mendapatkan perhatian lebih untuk meningkatkan kinerja pengelolaan zakat. Dewan Pengawas Syariah bertugas melakukan pengawas secara efektif dan memastikan bahwa zakat dikelola dengan cara yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah. Keahlian Dewan Pengawas Syariah dapat mencerminkan keluasan pengetahuan dan tingkat profesionalisme dewan pengawas syariah, yang tidak hanya terkait dengan persoalan prinsip syariah namun juga persoalan ekonomi, keuangan, dan social. Oleh karena itu disarankan agar adanya dewan pengawas syariah tidak hanya dari para ahli syariah saja melainkan para ahli di bidang lain sehingga dapat menangani permasalahan yang ada saat ini.
