Abstract

This study aims to elucidate initiatives fostering religious harmony, particularly among the Konghucu community and other religious groups in Indonesia—a diverse archipelagic nation with a myriad of ethnicities, religions, languages, customs, and beliefs. Embracing unity in diversity, the nation's individuals often prioritize ancestral traditions, language, and culture, shaping their perspectives on life. Despite these variations, the study underscores the nation's aspiration for perpetual unity. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative approach and discourse analysis methods, the research delves into Confucian values, focusing on religious tolerance. The process involves reviewing Konghucu scriptures, analyzing collected data, and systematically presenting enhanced research findings. The outcomes highlight continuous efforts to fortify unity and cohesion between the Konghucu community and other religious entities, emphasizing the universal teachings of love, peace, and tolerance inherent in all religions.

Abstract

This study was conducted to see the effect of foreign debt, savings, domestic loans and total production factors on gross domestic product in Indonesia in the long and short-term using the error correction model method. The results of simultaneous tests (F-tests) of all independent variables have an influence on the dependent variable. External debt partially in the short term has no effect on gross domestic product in Indonesia and in the long term has an effect. Savings partially in the short term has no effect on gross domestic product in Indonesia and in the long term it has an effect. Domestic loans partially in the short term and in the long term have no effect on gross domestic product in Indonesia. Total production factors partially in the short and long term negatively affect gross domestic product in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study was conducted to look at the effects of currency reserves, inflation, and dollar exchange rates on consumer goods imports in Indonesia using the error correction model (ECM) method. The result of the short-term regression was D(Y) = -75,75310 + 4,21E-08 D(X1) – 31,52554 D (X2) + 0,314495 D(X3) – 0,561151 ECT, and the result of the long-term regression was Y = 1489,170 + 6,30E-09 X1 – 15,06641 X2 + 0,355049 X3. Reserves have (X1) a partial short- and long-term foreign no impact on economic growth in Indonesia. Inflation (X2) in the short term and in the long term has no effect on Indonesian gross domestic product (GDP). Exchange rate (X3) has no short-term or long-term effect on Indonesia’s GDP. The result of the simultaneous test (test F) of the short-term prob values are 0,011006 < 0,05 and Fcalung (4,128184) > Ftable (2,98), and the long-term prob value is 0,000010 < 0.05 and Fcalung value (14,41331) > Ftable (2,98).

Abstract

Capital goods are man-made products that play a crucial role in the production of commodities or services. This study conducts a comprehensive analysis, both in the long-term and short-term, to examine the influence of national income, exchange rates, foreign exchange reserves, and inflation on capital imports. Utilizing secondary data in the form of time series from Bank Indonesia and BPS (Central Statistics Agency) spanning from Q1 2005 to Q4 2020, the research employs the Error Correction Model (ECM) analysis technique. The findings reveal that, in the long term, national income and inflation exhibit positive yet insignificant effects, whereas exchange rates exert a considerable negative impact, and foreign exchange reserves yield a substantial positive effect. Interestingly, in the short term, national income, exchange rates, foreign exchange reserves, and inflation demonstrate no discernible impact on Indonesia's imports of capital goods.

Abstract

Machine learning is a highly useful method for solving various problems, streamlining task execution, and making significant contributions in various fields, including the healthcare industry. For instance, within the realm of hospitals or healthcare, the use of machine learning enables doctors to swiftly diagnose heart diseases, reducing the time required for the diagnostic process. This technology also has the capability to learn autonomously without the need for continuous supervision. However, like any other technology, machine learning has its strengths and weaknesses. Strengths of machine learning include efficient problem-solving, rapid data analysis, and autonomous learning capabilities. However, weaknesses encompass susceptibility to biased training data, lack of interpretability in complex models, and potential challenges in handling unforeseen scenarios. Balancing these aspects is crucial for maximizing the benefits of machine learning across diverse applications.

Abstract

Islam stands out as the only religion that places a profound emphasis on cleanliness, purity, and health for humanity, particularly among Muslims, through practices like bathing and tayammum ablution. These practices are divinely commanded to ensure that individuals remain healthy, clean, and free from various impurities. The Islamic faith is not only profound but also adorned with blessings and conveniences bestowed by Allah. As an omniscient deity, Allah facilitates ease in worship to prevent His creations from negligence and disobedience. This facilitation, known as kerhoksoan, becomes evident when accessibility to water poses a challenge. In such instances, Allah has provided a practical solution through the ritual of tayammum. Expanding on the significance of tayammum, it serves as a testament to Allah's benevolence, offering flexibility in adherence to religious practices. This divine accommodation ensures that even under challenging circumstances, believers can maintain spiritual and physical well-being.

Abstract

An innovation's utility hinges on its adoption. According to Mardikanto (1993), adoption entails a behavioral shift encompassing cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains following the delivery of a message by an instructor to the target audience. Fundamentally, adoption entails a process that traverses various stages before a community decides to embrace or discard an innovation. The stages in the adoption of biopesticides commence with the introduction phase, wherein individuals become aware of the innovation's existence. Subsequently, the persuasion stage ensues, during which individuals cultivate attitudes towards the innovation. The subsequent stage involves the decision to embrace or reject the innovation. Lastly, the process culminates in the confirmation stage, wherein individuals seek reinforcement for their decision to either proceed with the innovation's implementation or forgo it altogether.

Abstract

This study aimed to compare learning outcomes in the implementation of biology guided inquiry learning using handouts versus inquiry learning with free handouts in Class VII at MTs Al - Muttaqin Pekanbaru during the Academic Year 2013/2014, focusing on the ecosystem. Data collection spanned from March to April 2014. The experimental groups included VIIB (X1) utilizing guided inquiry with handouts and VIIa (X2) employing inquiry learning with free handouts. The mean KDP scores for X1 (VIIB) and X2 (VIIa) were 86.26 and 79.99, respectively. The average KI scores were 83.03 for X1 (VIIB) and 72.62 for X2 (VIIa). T-test results, with KDP t-value of 2.23 (table = 2.00) and KI t-value of 3.10 (table = 2.00) at a 5% significance level, indicate significant differences in learning outcomes. In conclusion, disparities exist in learning outcomes between classes implementing guided inquiry with handouts and those employing free inquiry learning with handouts at MTs Al - Muttaqin Pekanbaru during the specified academic year.
