Abstract

This article analyzes the use of recess funds reported by Ansy Lema on his personal Instagram social media account. The research object is analyzed using the principal-agent theory. Using a descriptive-qualitative approach, data collection strategies were conducted through textual observation techniques on Ansy Lema's Instagram pages. From a principal-agent perspective, what Ansy Lema uploads on Instagram reflects aspects of transparency, accountability, and independence as a representative of the people. This affirms that Ansy Lema can be responsible, honest, and have integrity. Through these uploads, the public can communicate more openly with their representatives, not only to express appreciation but also to criticize and evaluate their political policies. This article contributes in two ways. First, theoretically, it supports the idea that in the context of a digital society, social media can serve as a medium for politicians to work more transparently, accountably, and with integrity. Second, Instagram can serve as a means to minimize free riders in democracy by encouraging the democratic political communication between the people (principal) and their representatives (agent).

Abstract

Traffic congestion is one of the problems faced by big cities in Indonesia, including DKI Jakarta Province. The increase in the number of motorized vehicles which is not balanced with the growth of roads and parking spaces causes traffic jams to get worse. The aim of this research is to examine the implementation of DKI Jakarta Provincial Regulation Number 5 of 2014 concerning Transportation regarding the obligation to own or control garages for motor vehicle owners. This research uses a qualitative approach with analytical descriptive research specifications. The data collection technique used is library research. The data that has been collected is then analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the implementation of DKI Jakarta Regional Regulation No. 5 of 2014 Article 140 involves a series of steps to ensure motor vehicle owners comply with the obligation to own or control a garage, including carrying out patrols and inspections in various areas of Jakarta to ensure vehicle owners comply with these rules, as well as the application of sanctions such as fines or other legal actions which can be an instrument. which is used to encourage vehicle owners to comply with regulations. However, there are several obstacles in implementing this policy, such as the limited number of garages available, expensive garage rental costs, and minimal supervision from the authorities.

The analysis technique used was simple regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing show that the Servant Leadership variable (X) has a significant positive influence on the Teacher Characteristics variable (Y). This is because the significance value 0.014 < probability 0.05 and the calculated T value is greater than the tabled T value 2.034 (3.138 < 2.034). For leaders at Catholic Junior High School Stella Maris Tomohon, it is important to consider input from others, especially teachers and staff. For teachers at Catholic Junior High School Stella Maris Tomohon, it is important to always pay attention to their characteristics as teachers, which include being humble, skilled at managing time, respecting the process, being open-minded, and being confident as important indicators in shaping teacher characteristics.

Abstract

Troops in the context of reconnaissance or search tasks to find out the enemy in difficult, protected and disguised terrain is an element of vulnerability that needs to be taken into account. If you insist on finding out the enemy's condition, there is a possibility that contact will occur early and cause casualties which could thwart the main task. Therefore, a tool or robot is needed to help obtain data about protected enemies by diverting the enemy's attention and providing resistance. The aim of this research is to create a prototype chain-wheeled combat robot platform system that is capable of maneuvering, firing SS2 and rockets, detecting mine-prone areas, and detecting body thermals. The robot control system consists of a mobile controller and a base station. The mobile controller functions to control robot movements such as forward, backward, right turn, left turn, weapon azimuth movement, weapon elevation movement and shooting using 2.4 GHz radio control and target monitoring using FPV ((First person view) directly in the field on a frequency of 5.6 GHz, base station functions to control the robot's movement and monitor targets using a laptop via the internet. The robot system is equipped with GPS and a metal detector, so that the robot's position can be monitored and report the presence of mines to the base station. Thus, the robot created is expected to be able to help to combat duty in the context of war military operations.

Abstract

The practice of money politics is one type of electoral and regional election crime. In practice, not all money politics cases can proceed to the Courts. For example, based on data from the Bawaslu of Central Java Province, the number of alleged money politics in the 2019 election was 66 cases. Of the 66 cases that can be processed to court, only 5 cases. This can be stated that so far law enforcement against cases of money political practices in elections has not been optimal. Therefore, repressive and preventive efforts are needed. One of the preventive efforts as carried out by the Sedulur Sikep community living in Baturejo Village, Sukolilo District, Pati Regency. This community applies the concept of "ngugemi ajaran leluhur" which contains ancestral principles and teachings to reject money politics. This study is interesting because currently the values of local wisdom are starting to fade but the people of Sedulur Sikep are still implementing and maintaining the values of local wisdom. The urgency of this research is as a reference or input for the government or related institutions in the context of conceptualizing the prevention of money politics in elections. The results of this study concluded that the concept of "ngugemi ajaran leluhur" containing ancestral principles and teachings is still applied and used as a guideline for life by the Sedulur Sikep community until now. The Sedulur Sikep community's rejection of money politics in elections is based on its adherence to ancestral principles and teachings.
