Abstract

Improving the performance of supervisors and the quality of student education has a positive relationship because a maximum and good learning style will provide good quality education. The hypothesis of the supervisor performance variable (X) on the quality of education (Y) of students in Ensino Basico 3o Ciclo Turiscai shows that there is a positive and significant influence individually because the ttable > is 7,937> 2,000 then Ha is accepted. This means that better supervisor performance (X) will provide higher quality education for students at Ensino Basico 3o Ciclo Turiscai. From the results of the calculation of a simple regression correlation analysis, it shows that the coefficient (r) of 0.722 or 72.2% means that the supervisory performance variable (X) has a fairly close relationship or has a strong enough correlation with the variable Education quality (Y) in Ensino Basico 3o Ciclo Turiscai and the coefficient of determination (r2) of 0.521 or 52.1% means that the contribution or contribution of supervisor performance (X) is given to the variable Education quality (Y) of 0.521 or 52.1% while The remaining 47.9% was influenced by other factors. Based on the calculation results with a simple linear regression analysis model, the value is obtained that the supervisory performance variable (X) shows a unidirectional or positive regression coefficient value of 0.628 against the education quality variable (Y). This can be interpreted that the performance of supervisors (X) affects the quality of education (Y) by 0.628 or 62.8% in Ensino Basico 3o Ciclo Turiscai.

Abstract

This research aims to conduct a strategic review for the future, describe the possibility of an IP-based financing scheme for the animation creative industry, and formulate alternative strategies to overcome the main problem of limited access to financing faced in developing IP-based businesses. The IP-based creative economy financing scheme in Government Regulation Number 24 of 2022 was a breakthrough and legal innovation in the creative economy sector. Providing access to financing credit from financial institutions for creative industries to develop their businesses, but its application has just been implemented. The SWOT approach and Delphi-based scenario planning were adopted to attempt the IP-Based Financing Scheme policy to become a concept that can be implemented in Indonesia and effectively anticipate problems in future policy implementation. Creating a scenario design matrix involves exploratory scenario planning, which begins with identifying two primary driving variables. The critical uncertainties that drive policy changes in future financing schemes for the creative animation industry were Government capacity and social factors. A 2 x 2 scenario matrix framework was built to describe possible future conditions and the implications of each condition so that strategic options are offered for the Government from each scenario implication.

Human interaction with the environment causes a lot of damage to the environment itself. This research aims to determine the picture of medicinal plant literacy in the school environment on students' ecological intelligence in social studies subjects and to find out how much influence medicinal plant literacy in the school environment has on students' ecological intelligence in social studies subjects. This research is quasi-experimental research, using quantitative data analysis. The sample in this study was 281. The results of this research are that literacy of medicinal plants in the school environment as a learning resource can increase students' ecological intelligence in social studies subjects. Previously, the majority of students had a moderate level of ecological intelligence, but after being given treatment, there was a significant increase, especially in the level of ecological intelligence which became higher and literacy of medicinal plants in the school environment as a learning resource had a significant effect on increasing students' ecological intelligence in social studies subjects.

Abstract

At present the problem of school graduates is still a central issue in the study of education management in Indonesia. For school levels, the legal basis for accreditation is primarily: Law No. 20 of 2003 Article 60, Government Regulation No. 19 of 2005 Articles 86 & 87 and Minister of National Education Decree No. 87 / U / 2002. Accreditation in the process takes the form of systematic and comprehensive school assessment activities through self-evaluation activities and external evaluations (visitations) to determine an eligibility and school performance is only an instrument. This means that the school will still be of high quality or not very much dependent on the wishes of all school people to work together to realize a quality graduate or not. We need to realize that the realization of accredited schools is also influenced by the persistence and enthusiasm of school principals in encouraging all citizens to make it happen. To improve the quality of schools or madrasah it is necessary to create a school culture, among the benefits of cultural values are; 1) Adaptive culture, 2) Family culture, 3) Culture of achievement, and 4) Bureaucratic culture. Among the duties of the existing principal. So the task as a manager in supervising education is very basic, because it relates to the quality of education. Among the duties of the principal are; arrange planning, organize activities, direct activities, coordinate activities, carry out supervision, evaluate activities, hold meetings, make decisions, organize the learning process, organize schools with the community.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of gargling using a decoction of green betel leaves (Piper betle Linn) and decoction of guava leaves (Psidium Guajava) against plaque index. Method: This is the true experiment method with a two-group pre and post test design. This research was carried out in the last week of March to the second week of April 2023 at the Department of Dental Health, Poltekkes, Ministry of Health, Manado. The data obtained were then tabulated and analyzed using paired sample t-test. This research instrument uses diagnostic tools and PHP plaque index examination format. Results: The results showed that the average value of plaque index in the group that received gargling treatment using green betel leaf decoction was 3.38 before gargling and 1.33 after gargling. This value has a decreasing difference of 2.05. Furthermore, the average value of plaque index in the group that received gargling treatment using guava leaf decoction was 3.39 before gargling and 2.41 after gargling. This value has a decreasing difference of 0.98. The paired test results of the t-test sample obtained a value of p-value = 0.000. This value indicates that the treatment given provides effective in reducing plaque index. Conclusion: It can be concluded that the gargling a decoction of green betel leaves and guava leaves can reduce the plaque index where the decoction of green betel leaves is more effective in reducing the plaque index.

Abstract

The National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN), established in 2021, integrates various research institutions in Indonesia to focus on research and innovation without regulatory duties. This study investigates the impact of servant leadership, auditor competence, and risk culture on the effectiveness of internal audits at BRIN, utilizing a quantitative method with data collected via questionnaires from BRIN's Main Inspectorate. The results indicate that servant leadership significantly influences the creation of a risk culture but not internal audit effectiveness directly. However, auditor competence and risk culture significantly enhance internal audit effectiveness. Additionally, servant leadership indirectly improves internal audit effectiveness through the creation of a risk culture. The study highlights the need for fostering a risk culture and enhancing auditor competence to improve internal audit effectiveness in newly established institutions like BRIN.
