Abstract

Abstract Ice cream is a cold food made from milk which is widely consumed by the public as a thirst quenching snack. In this modern era and people's large purchasing power, ice cream entrepreneurs in Indonesia are competing to market their products, they create uniqueness starting from the process of making ice cream to the choices of flavors available. Especially with climatic conditions that affect consumer buying interest, such as Indonesia with a tropical climate. One of them is Ice Cream Mixue which was able to attract many consumers at the beginning of its presence. Mixue strives to create quality products and have more value than other products. It has been proven that since the beginning of 2022 until now, Mixue has managed to expand its outlets to remote areas of Malang. Entrepreneurs compete competitively in maintaining their companies, one of the factors is repurchase. therefore to increase the supporting factors of interest in repurchasing ice cream mixue such as price, brand image, and product quality. This research was conducted to determine the effect of price, brand image and product quality on repeat purchases. The study population was students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Malang Islamic University who had bought ice cream mixue. This study uses 80 respondents. Data analysis using SPSS with multiple linear analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the variable price, brand image and product quality simultaneously influence the repurchase of Mixue ice cream. Keywords: Repurchase, Price, Brand Image And Product Quality.

Abstract

Abstract This study analyze the impact of Electronic Word of Mouth (Ewom) of Purchase Decisions on Shopee Mediated by Brand Image. The samples obtained were 100 respondents. The data was obtained from questions distributed to students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Class of 2019 at the Islamic University of Malang who had purchased at Shopee and chosen through purposive sampling. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 25. Data analysis methods used in this study included validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, path analysis, and research hypothesis testing. This study showed that the Electronic Word of Mouth directly influences brand image, the Electronic Word of Mouth does not influence Purchase Decisions, the Brand Image does not influence Purchase Decisions and Brand Image cannot mediate Electronic Word of Mouth on Purchase Decisions. Keywords: Electronic Word of Mouth, Brand image, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract Affect the value of regional financial reporting information. Indicator variable Value of Financial Report Information, Quality of Human Resources, Information Technology, Regional financial supervision, internal control system. The data used is primary data, which is obtained by distributing questionnaires by respondents, namely the chief of staff of the accounting/financial administration sub-section. Sampling was done using purposive sampling method. The sample of this study is the criteria for respondents in this study are employees who carry out accounting/financial administration functions at SKPD, which include the head and staff of the regional accounting/financial administration sub-section in Bima Regency. Data analysis used classical assumption test and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the variable Quality of Human Resources has a positive and significant effect on the Value of Information on Financial Statements in the Bima Regency, Utilization of Information Technology has a positive and significant effect on the Information Value of the Financial Reports in the Bima Regency, Regional Financial Supervision has a positive and significant effect on the Value of Report Information. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how employee performance at CV is affected by work conflict, workload, personality type, work stress, and rewards. Bola Surya Shuttlecock and to determine the effect of Work Conflict, Workload, Personality Type, Work Stress, and Reward on the Performance of Staff simultane-ously or in part.This research employs quantitative techniques.Ex-planatory research is the term for this kind of study.This study's population consists of employees of CV. Bola Surya Shuttlecock using snowball sampling numerous as 95 respondents.methods for gathering data using questionnaires and documents. Positive and significant world conflict has no effect on the performance of CV employees Shuttlecock Solar Ball. (2) Workload has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees at CV. Shuttlecock Solar Ball. (3) Personality type has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at CV. Shuttlecock Solar Ball. (4) Workplace stress has a positive and significant impact on employee performance in CV. Shut-tlecock Solar Ball. (5) Employee performance is not significantly impacted by compensation at CV. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the relationship between service quality, timeliness and trust in shopee express customer satisfaction. This research uses studies on students in the city of Malang. The data was obtained by distributing questionnaires via Google form to students in the city of Malang who were selected by purposive sampling. Determining the number of samples in this study used the Malhotra formula and the results obtained were 80 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is instrument test (validity test, reliability test), normality test, classical assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (F test and t test), coefficient of determination test. (Adjusted R2) data processing using the IBM SPSS 24 program. The results of this study indicate that service quality, timeliness and trust have a simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a partial effect on customer satisfaction but not significant, timeliness has a partial effect on customer satisfaction customers but not significant, and trust has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.  Keywords: Service Quality, Timeliness, Trust, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract  This research was conducted to determine the effect of Consumer Motivation, Perceptions and Attitudes on Purchasing Decisions in traditional markets in Management Department Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. Quantitative methods are used in this kind of study. by employing prospective sampling with a total of 96 respondents. This study used SPSS 25 to conduct the validity, reliability, normality, classic assumption, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis test of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) on the data. Partially motivational variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, perceptions have a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions, and consumer attitudes have a positive and significant effect on decisions purchases in traditional markets for Management students at the Islamic University of Malang, according to the findings of this study. Keywords: Motivation, Perception, Consumer Attitude, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract The type of data used in this study is quantitative data, quantitative data is the value described in numbers (numeric) using statistical methods. The technique used in this study was purposive sampling with 98 respondents on consumer satisfaction of Mie Gacoan Lowokwaru. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, t-test and F-test.The results showed that brand image partially had a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Lowokwaru Gacoan Noodles. Service quality partially has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Lowokwaru Gacoan Noodles. Location partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in Mie Gacoan Lowokwaru. Brand image, service quality and place convenience as locations simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Mie Gacoan Lowokwaru.  Keywords: Brand Image, Service Quality, Place Convenience, and Consumer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of Customer Satisfaction, Customer Trust and Switching Barriers on Customer Loyalty. The sampling method used is accidental sampling. The population of this study was the overall customers of Steak Moen-Moen Malang and the sample number was 75 respondents. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that Customer Satisfaction and Customer Trust did not significantly affect Customer Loyalty, while the variable Switching Barriers had a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Customer Trust and Switching Barriers, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to examine the effect of Economic Value Added, Market Value Added, Refined Economic Value Added and Financial Value Added on Stock Returns. This research is classified as Explanatory Research using quantitative methods. The population in this study are all companies in the food and beverage sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample because the number of samples is limited to 22 companies. The data used in this research is secondary data accessed through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis using SPSS 29.0 analysis. with the aim of examining the effect of Economic Value Added (X1), Market Value Added (X2), Refined Economic Value Added (X3) and Financial Value Added (X4) on Stock Returns (Y). This study has the results of Market Value Added have a negative and not significant to Stock Return, Financial Value Added and Refined Economic Value Added are positive but not significant to Stock Returns.. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and describe the relationship between leadership style, work environment, and loyalty to employee performance. This research method uses quantitative methods. This type of research is explanatory research.The sample in this study were employees of the Pasuruan City DPRD Secretariat Office using purposive sampling with the slovin formula and the results obtained were 41 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this study is instrument test (validity test and reliability test), normality test, classic assumption test (multicollerity test and heteroscedasticity test), hypothesis test (F test and t test), test the coefficient of determination of data processing using SPSS software 14.0.In the final results of the evaluation of the Government Agency Performance Report (LKJIP) agencies in Pasuruan City will try to improve again in order to achieve even better performance in order to improve the performance of employees in completing tasks in accordance with the allotted time. Especially the Pasuruan City DPRD Secretariat Office will make every effort to create a conducive work environment and provide work facilities needed and used according to their functions.The results of this study indicate that leadership style, work environment, and loyalty simultaneously influence employee performance. Leadership style partially has a significant effect on employee performance, work environment partially has no significant effect on employee performance, and loyalty partially has no significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Environment, Loyalty, and Employee Performance.
