Abstract

Abstract The aim of this type of explanatory research and quantitative approach is to identify and analyze the effect of incentives, work motivation and organizational commitment on member performance, either simultaneously or partially. Sampling used a saturated sampling technique where all members of the population were sampled so that 50 respondents were obtained, which is the total number of members of Karang Taruna Karsa Bhirawa. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS analysis tool. Based on the results of this study that the effect of incentives, work motivation and organizational commitment simultaneously have an influence on member performance. Tests carried out with partial tests show that the variables of incentives and work motivation have a positive and significant influence. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the effect of Mudharabah, Musyarakah and Murabahah financing income on profit growth at KSPPS BMT UGT Nusanatar Head Office periose 2018-2021. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study were all financial statements of KSPPS BMT UGT Nusantara Head Office 2018-2021. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, where the sample in this study consisted of 4 samples in the form of annual financial reports of KSPPS BMT UGT Nusantara Head Office 2018-2021. The data used in this study are secondary data. This data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Mudharabah financing income had a significant positive effect on net profit growth, Musyarakah financing income had a significant positive effect on net profit growth and Murabahah financing income had a significant positive effect on net profit growth. While simultaneously Mudharabah, Musyarakah, and Murabahah financing income affect net profit growth. Keywords: Mudharabah, Musyarakah, Murabahah financing income, net profit growth.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of directive, supportive, and participatory leadership styles in a discrete and simultaneous manner related to the activities of workers in the Tuban Education Office. This type of study is a quantitative study. This study was carried out at the Tuban Region Education Office, which is located on Jl. Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Number 875 Tuban, East Java Province. The community that was targeted in this study was the working group located at the Tuban Region Education Office, which consisted of 91 people. The basic information applied in this study comes from primary and secondary information. The information that has been obtained will be analyzed with SPSS version 20. Based on the study carried out related to the impact of the Directive, Supportive and Participatory leadership style with the Worker Activities of the Tuban Region Education Office, several conclusions can be drawn as follows: (1) The directive leadership style has a partial impact good and increases when confronted with the activities of the Tuban District Education Office workers, (2) The supporting leadership style separately has a good impact and increases related to the activities of the Tuban Region Education Office workers, (3) The leadership style participates separately has a good impact and causes improvements related to the activities of the Tuban Region Education Office workers, and (4) The directive, supportive, and spontaneous leadership styles that simultaneously and simultaneously have a good impact and lead to improvements related to the activities of the Tuban Region Education Office workers. Keywords : Leadership Style, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on equity, and Price earning ratio on stock prices through dividend policies. This research is an Explanatory Research research using quantitative methods. The population in this study is all companies in the Food and Beverages sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The sampling technique uses the purposive sampling method. The sample in this study was 18 companies.  The data used in the study is secondary data taken on the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis using SPSS 25.0 analysis. with the aim of testing the effect of Debt to equity ratio (X1), Return on Asset (X 2), Price earning ratio (X 3) and Dividend Policy proxied to Dividend Payout Ratio (Z) on share price (Y2).  This study has the results of Return on equity and Dividend Policy having a direct significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, the Debt to Equity ratio and Price earning ratio indirectly have no effect on the stock price. The results of this study also show that Return on equity indirectly affects and significantly affects stock prices through dividend policy, this shows that dividend policy is able to mediate the influence of Return on equity on stock prices. Meanwhile, the Debt to Equity ratio and Price earning ratio indirectly have no effect and are significant to the stock price through the dividend policy, this shows that the dividend policy is unable to mediate the Debt to equity ratio and Price earning ratio to the stock price.    Keywords: Stock Price, Debt to equity ratio, Return on equity, Price Earning Ratio, Dividend Policy

Abstract

Abstract Efficient and fast smooth running and satisfying human needs is very important in the life of an enterprise if the people managing it have technical managerial and human skills. Thus organizations need human resources (HR) for organizational change, one of which is Student Creative Unit (UKM). UKM Islamic Art is a student activity unit and a forum for students to develop their talents in the field of Islamic art and to shape the personality of the organization. But due to the lack of frequent communication between members the ability to reach members to participate in active activities in the organization or the members lack of confidence in expressing their opinions in the forum there are still many obstacles to the development of the organization. Lack of understanding of the work of the Council at Unisma Islamic Arts UKM and lack of confidence in the Governor and the Council does not make enhancing productivity a priority. This study used a non-probability sampling method with 66 samples. The results of this study show that organizational commitment cannot mediate the influence between organizational culture and organizational communication on management effectiveness. This means that high or low levels of organizational commitment do not influence the impact of organizational culture and communication on the growth and decline of Islamic artistic behaviour. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Organizational Communication, Organizational Commitment, Management Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality and service quality on customer loyalty at Samantha Fashion. A sample of 75 respondents from 33 questionnaires distributed to Samantha Fashion customers. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression model with SPSS analysis tool. The results showed that simultaneously product quality, service quality, price and location had a significant effect on customer loyalty. Abstract

Abstract The capital market has a large role in the economy of a country because the capital market performs 2 functions at once, namely the economic function and the financial function. In 2021, the Indonesian capital market is the highest achievement since the world was faced with the Covid - 19 Pandemic situation. Capital market activity throughout 2021 was proven by the increasing number of capital market investors reaching 7.48 million as of December 2021. From this phenomenon, the Healthcare sector is one of the 12 sectors in IDX-IC which has statistically significant development even though in 2018 – 2019 it experienced a drastic decline due to several company values that were considered overvalued. Therefore, the role of the company is very important in increasing the value of the company to attract investors and be able to compete with other competitors. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of capital structure (DER), profitability (ROA), and intellectual capital (VAICTM) on firm value (PBV) in the Healthcare sector for the period 2019 – 2021. This study uses a quantitative method with the type of data used as secondary data. Data analysis in this study used panel data regression with EViews 12. From the test results it can be seen that the capital structure variabel has no significant effect, while the profitability and intellectual capital variabels have a significant positive effect on company value in the Healthcare sector which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. Keywords: capital structure, profitability, intellectual capital, company value, Healthcare sector

Abstract

Abstract In the current era of globalization, the internet is a very important need for everyone. In the era of rapid development of information technology, e-commerce has become part of business dynamics. The difference between e-commerce and social commerce lies in business goals, relationships between consumers, and interaction systems. At present there are many social commerce that are used by people in Indonesia, one of which is the TikTok Shop. TikTok and TikTok Shop are combined into one application, in which TikTok Shop is a business platform published by TikTok to make it easy for users who want to buy or sell a product. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Electronic Word of Mouth, price, and ease of use simultaneously on purchasing decisions at social commerce TikTok Shop. The population in this study were active students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, Class of 2019-2020 who had purchased at the TikTok Shop. The approach method uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents. The results showed that partially, price and ease of use had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while electronic word of mouth had no significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, electronic word of mouth, price, and ease of use have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keyword: Electronic Word of Mouth, Price, Ease of Use, purchasing decision

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress and work environment on employee performance at CV Maju Djaya Beton, Singosari. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire with a total sample of 42 employees. The data analysis method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the results of this study that work stress and work environment have no effect on employee performance at CV Maju Djaya Beton, Singosari. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the extent to which the influence of work motivation and democratic leadeship style on employee performance at PT Bank BRI. The population in this study were 135 employees and the sample used in this study used IBM SPSS version 25. The results obtained were that Work Motivation and Democratic Leadership Style had a positive and significant concurrent effect on the performance of PT Bank BRI employees, while partially work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Bank BRI, democratic leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Bank BRI employees. Keywords: Work Motivation, Democratic Leadership Style, Employee Performance.
