Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Democratic Leadership, Motivation and Training simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees in Cooperatives in Dompu District. This research is a type of explanatory research, with a quantitative approach. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used in this study uses a saturated sample with 31 respondents.The results of this study indicate that simultaneously Democratic Leadership, Motivation and Training have a significant positive effect on Employee Performance at the Nuansa Perkasa Cooperative, Dompu Regency, and partially Democratic Leadership has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance at the Nuansa Perkasa Cooperative, Dompu Regency, Motivation has a significant positive effect on Performance Employees at the Nuansa Perkasa Cooperative, Dompu Regency, Training has a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Nuansa Perkasa Cooperative, Dompu Regency. Keywords: Democratic Leadership, Motivation, Training and Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of trust, and cohesiveness on decision making moderated by emotional intelligence contained in KMPA UKM "Ranti Pager Aji" Universitas Islam Malang. Sampling in this study used saturated sampling, namely by using the entire existing population to be used as a sample. The data analysis method used in this study is by using outer model and inner model testing. Based on the results of the study, it is known that trust and group cohesiveness have a significant effect on decision making. However, on the moderation effect of emotional intelligence does not exert a significant influence  of trust, and group cohesiveness on decision making. Abstract

Abstract This study aims the effect of of price, product quality and service quality on the buying interest of Geprek Kak Rose Tlogomas consumers. The dependent variable in this study is consumer buying interest, and there are 3 (three) independent variables namely price, product quality and service quality. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach method. This research data collection method using a questionnaire. The population in this study were 630 consumers of Geprek Kak Rose Tlogomas. The sampling technique was calculated using the slovin formula and a total sample of 86 respondents was obtained. This research data collection method using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression, instrument test, normality test, classical assumption test, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination test using SPSS ver. software. 26.0. The results of the study show that price, product quality and service quality simultaneously affect consumer buying interest. Partially, prices affect consumer buying interest. Product quality affects consumer buying interest. Service quality affects consumer buying interest. From the results of testing the coefficient of determination of the independent variables Price, product quality, and service quality are able to explain the consumer buying interest variable, which is equal to 49.5%. While the other 50.5% is measured or influenced by other variables not examined in this study such as product attributes, customer satisfaction, brand preference, perceived value and physical environment. Keywords: Consumer Buying Interest, Price, Product Quality, Service Quality

Abstract This take a look at objectives to observe the impact of job layout and paintings surroundings on worker overall performance mediated by activity delight (have a look at on PT financial institution Kalbar department Nanga Pinoh). This kind of research is explanatory studies the usage of a quantitative approach. The populace on this have a look at have been employees of PT. bank Kalbar branch Nanga Pinoh. The sampling technique was satured sampling, which took the entire sample of 36 respondents. The facts used in this study is number one data, specifically by using distributing questionnaires. The measurement scale used is a likert scale. studies facts have been analyzed using IBM SPSS S.26. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of organizational communication, organizational culture, and leadership style on the performance of Formas Malang Raya 2021/2022 management. The location of this research was carried out on active members of the 2021/2022 Malang Raya Formation. This research is a quantitative research. This study used the case study method where data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to members of the Malang Raya 2021/2022 Formas management who were selected using a simple random sampling technique. Determining the number of samples using the slovin formula with the results of 90 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression tests and determination tests. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of the F test show that simultaneously affective commitment, continuing commitment, and normative commitment have a significant effect on the performance of Formas Malang Raya 2021/2022 management. Furthermore, the results of the t test show that organizational communication, organizational culture, and leadership style have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Formas Malang Raya 2021/2022 management. The results of the determination test show a proportion of 78.2%, where the performance of the board can be influenced by organizational communication, organizational culture, and leadership style. It is suggested to the next researcher that it is expected to be able to examine the performance of the management using another methodology due to the possibility of bias towards the respondents' answers in the questionnaire. Keywords : Management Performance, Organizational Communication, Organizational Culture, Leadership Style.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of attractiveness, trust and expertise of celebrity endorsers on purchasing decisions of Scarlett Whitening products. This study uses accidental sampling research using a quantitative approach. Sampling technique and population using non-probability sampling technique. Sources of data used in this study is primary data. Respondents in this study were the people of Dampit District. The number of respondents is 85 people. The analytical technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of research analysis, the variables of attractiveness, trust, and expertise have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions. There is a partial effect of attractiveness, trust, and expertise variables on purchasing decisions Keywords: Attractiveness, Trust, Expertise, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product quality, price and digital marketing on the decision to purchase Aerostreet shoes for students at the Islamic University of Malang. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The independent variables used are product quality, price, digital marketing, while the dependent variable is purchasing decisions. The sample used in this study were 105 respondents who purchased Aerostreet shoes. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study show that the variables of product quality, price, digital marketing partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Purchase Decision, Product Quality, Price, Digital Marketing

Abstract

Abstract This event study research aims to analyze international events and their impact on the Indonesian capital market. The event studied was the announcement of the interest rate hike made by the Central Bank of the United States (The FED) on May 3-4, 2022. The study analyzed abnormal returns and trading volume activities created during the event. The observation period carried out in this study was five days before and five days after. The population in this study is the companies listed in the index LQ45. The analysis technique used in this study is the Paired Sample t-test. The results showed a significant difference in abnormal returns before and after and abnormal positive returns after the announcement of the fed’s rate hike. And there is a significant difference in trading volume activity before and after, and an increase in trading volume activity after the announcement of the fed’s rate hike. Keywords: Event Studies, Abnormal Returns, Trading Volume Activity, And Interest Rates.

Abstract

Abstract In Indonesia, the industrial sector is a major part of national economic development. One of the sectors of the business industry that is being worked on is the fashion industry. In reality, fashion models are always changing, and developing. This makes producers have to be wise in issuing products that are in accordance with the needs needed by consumers to achieve customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine how the effect of product quality, brand image, and celebrity endorsements on customer satisfaction.This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study is Ghealsy consumers who are in the city of Malang, East Java. The technique of collecting data is by distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study was taken by purposive sampling technique with the Malhotra formula totaling 100 respondents to Ghealsy consumers in the city of Malang. The variables in this study are Product Quality (X1), Brand Image (X2), Celebrity Endorsment (X3), and Customer Satisfaction (Y). The data analysis methods used are instrument test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, and hypothesis testing, and test the coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS 20.0 software for Windows.The results showed that product quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, brand image had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, celebrity endorsement had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality, brand image, celebrity endorsement together have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Image, Celebrity Endorsment, and Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation, training and emotional intelligence on employee performance at the Dinoyo Health Center in Malang City. Sampling in this study used saturated sampling, namely by using the entire existing population to be used as a sample. The data analysis method used in this study is the data instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R2). Based on the results of the research on the multiple linear regression analysis test it is known that work motivation, training and emotional intelligence have a positive effect and on the results of the f test it is known that work motivation, training and emotional intelligence simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Dinoyo Health Center in Malang City. However, in the t test it is known that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance while work motivation and emotional intelligence have a positive but not significant effect. Keywords : Work Motivation, Training, Emotional Intelligence, Employee Performance
