Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of variety products, brand image and taste on purchasing decisions. Using a sample of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Unisma Malang, this research is in November 2022 – January 2023. The results of this study showed that overall respondents chose strongly agreeing that Variety and Flavor Products had a significant influence on purchasing decisions on Mc'donalds. In addition to the Variety and Taste Product variables, the Brand Image variable has a low value so it does not significantly affect the purchasing decision of Mc'donalds. Keywords: Variety Product, Brand Image And Taste Of Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment, educational background and selection on the performance of study employees at Perum Perhutani Perencanaan Hutan Bojonegoro Region employees. This type of research used is quantitative research with the method of distributing questionnaires. The sample in this research was 38 respondents and data processing used the SPSS computer program. This research has met the requirements of validity and reliability. Analysis of the data used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The variables used in this study are performance variables (dependent), while the independent variables are recruitment, educational background, and selection of employee performance.The results of this study concluded that the variables Recruitment, Educational Background and Selection had a good effect simultaneously on Employee Performance and partially had a good effect on Recruitment and Background variables, but the Selection variable had the opposite direction on Employee Performance. Keywords: Employee Performance, Recruitment, Educational Background, and Selection.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of work environment and work discipline on employee performance. This study uses quantitative research with descriptive categories. The survey sample consisted of his 75 respondents drawn from a formula based on Malhotra's theory. The analytical technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS 22. The results of this study show that work environment and work discipline simultaneously have a significant positive impact on employee performance. The working environment has a significant positive impact on employee performance. Work discipline clearly has a positive impact on employee performance. Keywords: Work Environment, Work Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to explain how emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence, and spiritual intelligence can partially and simultaneously affect employee performance.The research method is quantitative and the type of research is explanatory research. The sample in the study was 46 Ciptomulyo Health Center employees. In collecting data using a questionnaire and the methods in the analysis are instrument test, normality test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing with SPSS tools.The results of the study, namely emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence, and spiritual intelligence together have a significant influence on the performance of Ciptomulyo Health Center employees. While partially showing emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence, and spiritual intelligence have no effect on performance. Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Intellectual Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to see the effect of Work Conflict (X1), Workload (X2), and Work Environment (X3) on Turnover Intention (Y) of Employees at the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development (BKPSDM) City and Regency of Malang. Turnover intention is one of the symptoms that has recently been given more attention because this phenomenon often afflicts employees at the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development (BKPSDM), of course this phenomenon is often influenced by environmental factors such as work conflict, workload and work environment. This study uses quantitative research using data analysis tools, namely the SPSS version 16.0 application. The number of respondents used in this study was 131 samples. Researchers in determining the number of samples from the population in this study, namely by taking 10%-15% or 20%-25% of the total population. The data collection method in this study is a questionnaire and how to assess it using a Likert scale. The results of this study are that there is a significant effect of Work Conflict (X1), Workload (X2), and Work Environment (X3) on Employee Turnover Intention (Y) at the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development (BKPSDM) Keywords: Workload, Work Environment and Employee Turnover Intention.

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to test wether there is a partial effect between the variables Profitability, liquidity and leverage on company value. The researcher used secondary data with saturated samples and purposive sampling methods as determinats of the sample criteria. By obtaining a sample according to the criteria of 22 companies in the 2018-2020 period wiith data procssing using the SPSS aplication. The results show that profitability (Return on Assets) has a significant effect on firm value, liquidity (Current Ratio) does not negative affect firm value, leverage (Debt to Equity Ratio) has no significant effect on firm value. Keywords: Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage, Firm Value

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of halal label variables, brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions for Ms Glow's skincare products. This research used a case study on FEB students class of 2019 at the Islamic University of Malang who were selected by accidental sampling.Determination of the number of samples using the Malhotra formula and the results obtained were 60 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this study is Instrument Test (validity test and reliability test), Normality Test, Classical Assumption Test (multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Statistical Test (t test), and Coefficient of Determination Test (Adjusted R2) and the process of analysis using SPSS 21. The results of the study stated that the variable halal label and brand image had no effect on purchasing decisions, while product quality had an effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Halal Label, Brand Image, Product Quality, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted in Malang Regency. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitive approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ownership structure, company size, tax payments, earnings management. The independent variables used are ownership structure, company size, and tax payments, while the dependent variable is the earnings management. The sample used in this study was 3 years before Covid-19 and 3 years when Pandemic Covid19 in Malang district. Data collection techniques using direct requests to the Bumdes. The analytical method used is paired sample t – Test using IBM SPSS 26 computer software for data processing. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant difference for ownership structure, while for the variable of company size and tax payments there is significant difference between before and when Covid-19.Keywords: Ownership Structure, Company Size, Tax Payments, Earnings Management

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to find out and analyze the effect of brand image, product quality, and price on consumer purchasing decisions on Tokopedia e-commerce witth a casw study on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang class of 2019 who were selected by purposive sampling and determining the number of samples using the Malholtra formula. The number of samples used in this research were 65 respondents.  Data analysis methods used in this research are Validity test and Reliability test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity test and Heteroscedasticity test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Test, and Determination Coefficient Test (Adjusted R2). Process analysis using SPSS. The results of the study state that brand image, product quality, and price simultaneously influence consumer purchasing decisions and partially brand image, product quality, and price have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying decisions. Keywords: Brand Image, Product Quality, Price, Consumer Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract One of the most important factors in organizational success is OCB behavior. Workers with very high Organizational Citizenship Behavior will go beyond what the company expects. This behavior can be motivated by a desire to actively help colleagues so that employees can work more efficiently in terms of time and effort. The purpose of this study is to see how the psychological climate and work involvement affect the behavior of organizational members. All employees of PT. Phalosari Unggul Jaya Jombang was transformed into a population of 70 respondents using the questionnaire method. Route is used as an analytical technique in this study. According to the conclusions of this study, the psychological environment and work involvement have a positive effect on the behavior of organizational members. This study also found that the psychological environment has a variety of positive and significant effects on the behavior of organizational members.This research was conducted at PT. Phalosari Unggul Jaya Jombang. So the purpose of this research is to investigate and examine the impact of Psychological Climate and Work Participation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. A total of 70 employees were sampled. The sample strategy was random sampling, and data collection was carried out by distributing statement questionnaires with a 4-point Likert scale, namely "strongly disagree" to "strongly agree", to measure 20 statement items in the questionnaire which was distributed online to research participants. Multiple regression is the analytical approach used.Keywords: Psychological Climate, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior
