Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of brand image on repurchase intention, to determine the effect of customer experience on repurchase intention, to determine the effect of word of mouth on repurchase intention. The population used in this study is Starbuck Coffee in Blimbing, Malang city. By using the purposive sampling method as a sampling technique. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis, by testing the hypothesis using the t test. The results of this study indicate that brand image has a significant effect on repurchase intention, customer experience has a significant effect on repurchase intention, Word of Mouth has a significant effect on repurchase intention. Keywords: Brand Image, Customer Experience, Word Of Mouth, Repurchase Intention

Abstract

Abstract Low stock prices can result in a decrease in the value of the company in the eyes of investors due to several factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tax avoidance, debt policy, and profitability on firm value with dividend policy as moderating variable for LQ45 companies. The research is a quantitative research using secondary data. The population in this research is LQ45 companies for the period 2016 – 2021. The technique of taking samples using purposive sampling method. In this study 17 samples of LQ45 companies with a total sample data of 102 samples. This study uses multiple regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using SPSS 16. The results of this study indicate that (1) tax avoidance has no effect of firm value, (2) debt policy has a positive and significant effect on firm value, (3) profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Keywords: Tax Avoidance, Debt Policy, Profitability, Firm Value

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to determine the effect of social media, brand image, and product quality on purchasing decisions in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a quantitative approach with the method used in this study is multiple linear regression with the help of the sspss 20 program and using a sample of 200 respondents.The results of this study are the variables of social media, brand image, and product quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Keywords: Social Media, Brand Image, Product Quality.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine 1) Effect of work commitment, quality of human resources, work environment on employee performance, 2) Effect of work commitment on employee performance, 3) Effect of quality of human resources on employee performance. employee performance, 4) The influence of the work environment on employee performance.This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive and inferential analysis. The number of samples used were 36 employee respondents at the Arjasa District Office, Sumenep Regency. Sources of data used are primary and secondary sources. Collecting data using a questionnaire with Likert scale measurements while the analysis used is instrument test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination (R2) with SPSS 16.0 tools. The results of this study indicate that 1), work commitment has an influence on employee performance, 2), quality of human resources has an influence on employee performance, 3), work environment has an influence on employee performance. Keywords :   Work Commitment, Quality of Human Resources, Work Environment and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of celebrity endorsers, product prices, and electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions on sprite beverage products. The research used is a quantitative method. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, class of 2019. Meanwhile, the sample used in this study was purposive sampling using the slovin formula, so there were 90 samples. The data used is primary data by using a questionnaire. The recording evaluation approach used is instrument test: validity and reliability test, normality test, conventional assumption test: multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, speculation test: simultaneous test, partial test and willingness coefficient.From the results of the research partially obtained results that celebrity endorser has no effect on purchasing decisions, product prices have no effect on purchasing decisions, and electronic word of mouth has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. While simultaneously celebrity endorser, product price, and electronic word of mouth have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords : Celebrity Endorser, Product Price, Electronic Word of Mouth, Purchase Decision

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Social Media platform, Financial literacy and Investment Motivation on students' interest in investing in the capital market. The type of research used is quantitative research, with data collection methods by distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study were 90 respondents and the data processing used the SPSS data processing program. This study has fulfilled the validity and reliability tests. The data analysis used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, statistical test and the coefficient of determination. The variables used in this study are Social Media platform, Financial literacy and Investment Motivation, which are independent variables, while the dependent variable in this study is Interest in Investing in the Capital Market.  Keywords: Social Media platform , Financial literacy, Investment Motivation.

Abstract

Abstract Tirta Agung Tourism is a tourist destination located in Sokleh Timur Hamlet, Sukosari Kidul Village, Sumber Wringin District, Bondowoso Regency. One of the tourist destinations that needs to be developed so that it continues to operate and innovate. In developing Tirta Agung tourism requires a strategy in determining the direction of its destination. The purpose of this research is to analyze Tirta Agung's tourism development strategy. As well as being able to identify potential resources for the development of Tirta Agung tourism.The type of research used in this research is qualitative with data collection methods using observation, documentation, interviews. For the method of analysis researchers use SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that the internal factor (IFAS) is greater than the external factor (EFAS) for Tirta Agung tourism, which means that the strategic position of Wista Tirta Agung is at the SO (Strenght-Opportunity) coordinate point. Then the strategy that can be applied in developing Tirta Agung Tourism is an aggressive growth strategy or growth strategy. Keywords: Tirta Agung Tourism, Tourism Development, Strategy Analysis

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of service, product quality and price to consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The sample in the study was 115 respondents. The data used are primary data using the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis methods used are instrument tests: validity tests and reliability tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests: multicolonierity tests and heteroskedasticity tests, path analysis, hypothesis tests: partial tests and sobel tests.From the results of the study, the results were obtained that the quality of service to customer satisfaction had a significant effect. Product quality to consumer satisfaction has a significant effect. Price to consumer satisfaction has a significant effect. The quality of service to customer loyalty has a significant effect. Product quality to consumer loyalty has a significant effect. The price of consumer loyalty has no significant effect. Consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on consumer loyalty. Customer satisfaction mediates the quality of service to consumer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction mediates product quality against consumer loyalty. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, commitment, and organizational culture on the performance of the management, the population in this study were members of the Malang Student Association (IMADE), as many as 53 administrators with the determination of the sample using the saturated sampling formula so that 53 samples were obtained. The type of research used is aquantitative method with an explanatory approach. The data used are primary datausing a questionnaire technique. The data analysis method used is instrument test:validity test and reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test: multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test: simultaneous test, partial test and coefficient of determination. From the results of simultaneous research The results show that leadership style, commitment and organizational culture have a significant effect on the performance of the management, from the results partially the leadership style variable has a positive effect on the performance of the management, the variable of organizational commitment does not have a positive effect on the performance of the management, and organizational culture does not have a positive effect on the performance of the management. Keywords: Management Performance, Leadership Style, Commitment and Organizational Culture.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to test the Effect of Service Quality, Price, and Location on Lesehan D'dadoz Customer Satisfaction. The number of samples was determined using the Maholtra formula and the results of 90 respondents were obtained. The data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to customers of lesehan d'dadoz selected by purposive sampling. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 29. The data testing techniques used in this study include validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, f tests, t tests and coefficient of determination (R2) tests. The results of this study show that the quality of service, price and location have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction Keywords: Service Quality,, Price, Location, Customer Satisfaction
