Abstract

Abstrack Fakfak Regency has MSMEs that operate in the Nutmeg Agroindustry sector. One of the products that was successfully made was Nutmeg Balm. Nutmeg balm is made from nutmeg fat and several types of herbs grown by Fakfak farmers. Fakfak Nutmeg Balm is a brand of balm produced by BUMKam (Village-Owned Enterprise) Brongkendik Village. BUMKam was founded in 2017 and only became active as an entrepreneur in October 2020. The research aims to find scientific facts related to science. Research methods have the meaning of the sequence or procedures for researchers to find answers to problems posed by researchers, so to find answers to problems posed by researchers using a qualitative approach method. The results of the research show that four indicators in measuring marketing strategy analysis in increasing sales of nutmeg balm products in MSMEs in Brongkendik village, Fakfak sub-district, such as product, price, distribution and promotion in Brongkendik village, Fakfak district. The role of BUMKam in increasing sales of nutmeg balm products in the MSMEs of Brongkendik Village, Fakfak Regency, by looking at the product dimension indicators, can be said to have not been fully implemented well because even though the quality of the nutmeg balm product is very adequate and high quality, in terms of packaging it has not yet received a patented packaging design. and still changing Keywords :  BUMKam, Nutmeg Balm, Agroindustry.

Abstract

Abstract Saving is one of the important ways of money management. Given the importance of the role of saving, saving activities need to be familiarized and instilled in every individual, especially in adolescence to adulthood, because at this time a child begins to be given the trust to be independent in managing his finances. In this case, it has never analyzed problems related to family financial education, self-control, and lifestyle in students of the Nurul Islam Malang Islamic boarding school. PurposeAof this study is to determine andAanalyze the Effect of Family FinancialAEducation, Self-Control, and Lifestyle on the Interest in Saving for Students of Nurul Islam Islamic Boarding School Malang. The approach method that uses saturated sample techniques is nonprobability sampling, a sample collection technique using questionnaires distributed by 40 respondents. The results showed that family financial education, self-control, and lifestyle on the interest in saving for students of Nurul Islam IslamicTboarding school students had a significantOeffect on the interest in saving. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyse the influence of online customer reviews, transaction security, and prices on purchasing decisions for Skintific beauty products on Shopee e-commerce conducted on FEB students Batch 2020-2022 Islamic University of Malang. The type of research used is quantitative. The research sample was taken using proportioned stratified random sampling technique or proportional stratified random sampling using the Slovin formula, a total sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Using (F test) for simultaneous hypothesis testing and (t test) for partial testing. The results of this study indicaite thait simultaineously online customer reviews, trainsaiction security, aind prices haive ai significaint effect on purchaising decisions for Skintific beaiuty products on Shopee e-commerce. Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the influence of brand ambassadors, brand image, and product quality on Arascarf buying interest among Arascarf consumers at MOG Malang. The sample in this research is Arascarf consumers at MOG Malang. sampling with a non-probability sampling approach and a purposive sampling strategy, where the sample is chosen after taking into account a number of factors. Seventy respondents made up the study's samples. This study employed quantitative research methods. In this study, SPSS IBM V.28.0 for Windows is used for data analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis is the data testing method that is employed. Validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, traditional assumption tests, hypothesis tests, and coefficient of determination tests (R2) are all conducted. The factors brand ambassador, brand image, and product quality all had an impact on purchase intention simultaneously or jointly, according to the findings of this study. Purchase intention is partially influenced by brand ambassadors. Purchase intention is partially influenced by brand image. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the extent to which the influence of price, promotion and quality of service on interest in visiting, a study at Taman Kuliner Paciran, Lamongan Regency. The population in this study was visitors to Taman Kuliner Paciran. and the sample used in this study used the slovin approach so that a sample of 100 was obtained. The test was carried out using IBM SPSS version 21. It was found that there is a simultaneous effect between the variables Price, Promotion and Quality of Service on Interest in Visiting Studies at the Taman Kuliner Paciran, Lamongan Regency. Meanwhile, partially, price has a positive and significant effect on interest in visiting Taman Kuliner Paciran, Lamongan Regency. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Interest in visiting Taman Kuliner Paciran, Lamongan Regency.  Keywords: Price, Promotion and Quality of Service

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Shopping Lifestyle, Fashion Involvement and Sales Promotion on Impulsive Buying. Sampling in this study used Nonprobability Sampling, namely, a sampling technique that does not provide equal opportunities or opportunities for each element or member of the population to be selected as a sample. The sample in this study was 85 respondents who were undergraduate students at the Islamic University of Malang class of 2019. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially each of the variables Shopping Lifestyle, Fashion Involvement, and Sales Promotion both have a positive effect on Impulsive Buying, while simultaneously the variables Shopping Lifestyle, Fashion Involvement, and Sales Promotion also have a positive effect on Impulsive Buying. Keywords: Shopping Lifestyle, Fashion Involvement, Sales Promotion, Impulsive Buying

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of kpop idol brand ambassadors and brand image on purchasing decisions on e-commerce Shopee. The population of this study were students in the city of Malang which consisted of 3 universities, namely the Islamic University of Malang (UNISMA), University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM), State University of Malang (UM). The sampling technique used the non-probability sampling method with the snowball sampling technique with a total sample of 70 respondents. This research uses quantitative methods. The results of the study show that simultaneously the brand ambassador variable and brand image variable have a significant effect on purchasing decisions on Shopee e-commerce. Based on the results of the partial test, it shows that kpop idol brand ambassadors have a significant effect on purchasing decisions and brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Brand Ambassador, Brand Image, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of trust, transactional leadership style, and human resource competence on the performance of cooperative employees in Sape District, Bima Regency. This research method uses quantitative research methods with explanatory research types. The primary data source was obtained from questionnaire data which was measured using a Likert scale. The population used is all cooperative employees in Sape District, Bima Regency, where the number of cooperative in Sape District is 21 units. The research sample was all cooperative employees whose number was determined using the Slovin formula so that a total of 76 people were obtained. The results of this study indicate that 1) Trust, transactional leadership style, and human resource competence simultaneously affect the performance of cooperative employees in Sape District, Bima Regency. 2) Trust does not have a significant negative effect on the performance of cooperative employees in Sape District, Bima Regency. 3) Transactional leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of cooperative employees in Sape District, Bima Regency. 4) Competence of human resources has a positive and significant effect on the performance of cooperative employees in Sape District, Bima Regency. Keywords : Trust, Transactional Leadership Style, Human Resource Competence, Employee Performance.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the influence of service quality, price and timeliness on consumer satisfaction at Rere Jaya Jeans Malang City. The population in this study are consumers who have used Rere Jaya Jeans products or services. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire with a sample of 75 respondents. The independent variable in this study is the influence of service quality, price and punctuality and the dependent variable is consumer satisfaction. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and processed using SPSS 16. The results of this study simultaneously show that the influence of service quality, price and punctuality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Partially, service quality, price and punctuality have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Keywords: Service Quality, Price, Timeliness and Customer Satisfactio

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of lifestyle, brand image, and word of mouth on purchasing decisions for Samsung smartphones (a case study on FEB students class of 2019). This research used a descriptive quantitative method using primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires and measured using a Likert scale. The population in this study were FEB students class of 2019. The sample calculation in this study used the slovin formula which produced 90 respondents. The method of determining the sample is purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is instrument test: validity and reliability test, normality test, classic assumption test: multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing: partial test and coefficient of determination. Partial research results show that life style has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and word of mouth has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.
