Abstract

Abstract This research aims to find out how financial literacy, financial inclusion, and financial technology affect the financial behavior of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. Data collection was carried out by giving questionnaires to students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang by purposive sampling. Slovin's algorithm is used to calculate the sample size, and the result is 90 respondents. SPSS 25 is used for research data analysis. Validity, reliability, normality, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing are some of the data testing strategies used in this study. The results show that Financial Literacy has a significant effect on Financial Behavior, Financial Inclusion has no significant effect on Financial Behavior, and Financial Technology has a significant effect on Financial Behavior. Keywords: Financial Literacy, Financial Inclusion, Financial Technology, Financial Behavior

Abstract

Abstract This time people live in modern times with the development of knowledge and technology, make it easier for people to find their needs such as clothes that follow fashion trends. There are many ways to finds out what fashion trends are currently rife in society, namely through social media. This is also influenced by the existence of brand image which is determines consumers to buy products online. Consumers judge where products come from (country of origin) and many consumers know brands through online reviews and word of mouth to make decisions to buy fashion products. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, country of origin through word of mouth on purchasing decisions for Erigo's online products. In students of the Islamic University of Malang. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling method uses the Ferdinand formula with a purposive sampling technique as a sample of 100 respondents. The tests carried out are validity test, reliability test, normality test, path analysis and hypothesis testing with the application of SPSS 25. The results of research on brand image (X1) and country of origin (X2) through word of mouth (Z) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) on the online product Erigo among students at the Islamic University of Malang Keywords: Brand Image, Country Of Origin, Word Of Mouth, Purchasing Decision

Abstract

Abstract Based on research conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of advertising attractiveness, celebrity endorser, brand image and price perception on purchasing decisions on shopee food users. The sample in this study were 92 shopee food users. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling where every customer who has made a repeat purchase has the opportunity to be a sample. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and explain the effect of salary, work overload and work stress simultaneously on job satisfaction of Sandang Ayu Pasuruan employees. The population in this study were all employees of Sandang Ayu Department Store Pasuruan, totaling 160 people. The technique of determining the sample using the slovin formula with the level of validity of a sample, then a maximum Margin of error of 10% is used. So, the sample in this study amounted to 62 employees. While the analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS. The results of this study simultaneously salary, work overload and work stress have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The salary variable has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Work overload also gives the same results in the form of a significant effect between work overload variables on employee job satisfaction. It is also known that the variable of work stress has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Salary, Work Overload, Work Stress, And Employee Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the factors that influence employee performance. These factors are leadership style, work environment, and work safety. This research study on the performance of CV employees. Pasuruan Clean Industry Unit. CV. Unit Clean Industry is a household cleaning equipment company with various types of equipment such as floor mops, other brushes, and other cleaning tools. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership style, work environment, and work safety on employee performance. Data were analyzed using quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study were 47 respondents and data processing using SPSS. The analytical tools used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test, and adjusted R square test. This research has fulfilled the validity test and reliability test. The results of testing the first hypothesis (H1) are accepted that leadership style, work environment, and work safety have a significant positive effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.000. The second hypothesis (H2) is accepted which shows that there is a significant positive effect between leadership style on employee performance with a significance level of 0.031. The third hypothesis (H3) is accepted which indicates that there is a significant positive effect between the work environment on employee performance with a significance level of 0.001. The fourth hypothesis (H4) is accepted which indicates that there is a significant positive effect of work safety on employee performance with a significance level of 0.001. The results of this study concluded that the variables of leadership style, work environment, and work safety have both a simultaneous and partial effect on employee performance Keywords : Employee Performance, Leadership Style, Work Environment, And Work Safety

Abstract

Abstract Procedures for granting credit and credit monitoring are a thing which is closely related to reducing the occurrence of problem loans in a company. Therefore this study aims to determine the procedure and supervision of lending and strategies to maintain liquidity at “Rasa Mandiri” Cooperative.This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Done by conduct interviews with parties directly related to the Cooperative and analyze financial reports using liquidity ratios namely Cash ratio, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Loan to Asset Ratio (LAR) and Net Performing Loans (NPL).The results of this study indicate that procedures and supervision credit granting implemented by the Rasa Mandiri Cooperative can be said pretty good. The results of this study also indicate that the level of liquidity has not fully optimal, this is shown in the LDR ratio which decreases as a result distribution of credit is so large and the level of bad credit. This was due to the Covid 19 pandemic that hit the world at that time. But if seen of the NPL ratio which continues to decrease indicates that the procedure and supervision that is implemented properly and by the provisions of the can minimize the occurrence of errors when distributing credit.  Keywords: Procedures for Granting Credit, Supervision of Credit, and Liquidity

Abstract

Abstract Football is one of the sports that is very concerned about and favored by people from various parts of the world. One of them is the football club Arema FC.PT. The Indonesian League applies regulations to all clubs that join the IndonesiaSuper League (ISL). Clubs are forced to seek funding professionally and independently, this has made clubs in Indonesia try to hook fans or fanatical football supporters by making them one of the marketing objects. Arema FC is known for its club base with many supporters who are commonly called Aremania.The existence of aremania is a positive side to boosting the club's finances by sellingvarious kinds of merchandise such as club jerseys. This research is to find out andanalyze product quality, brand image and price on purchasing decisions for AremaFC jersey. The population in this study were students of the 2019 Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria with 80 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that product quality (X1), brand image (X2) and price (X3) have a contribution to the purchasing decision variable by 56%and the remaining 44% is explained by other independent variables that are not present in the study. And simultaneously and partially product quality, brand imageand price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Image, Price, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This study hopes to decide and elaborate on the impact of brand and cost delivery on purchasing options on Tokopedia. The population in this study is the staff of the business and finance department of the Islamic University of Malang. The data selection technique in this study used a complete survey sample of 90 respondents. The independent factor in this study is the influence of Brand Envoy and Cost then the confidence variable is Buy Choice. The logical method used in this study is a series of direct and driven relapse tests with SPSS 22. The side effects of this concentrate also show that the impact of Brand Representative and Cost is positive and critical to the purchase option. Somehow, brand representation and costs influence purchasing options on Tokopedia. Keywords: Price, Brand Ambassador, and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to students of the Islamic University of Malang Class of 2019. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of brand ambassadors and convenience on purchasing decisions. The free variables used are brand ambassador and convenience, while the bound variables are purchasing decisions. The sample used in this study was 80 respondents who were students of the Islamic University of Malang class of 2019. The sampling technique used in this study is Non Probability Sampling, and sample determination using snowball sampling, The analysis methods used are instrument tests, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests, F tests and t tests, determination tests using the help of SPSS 22.0 computer software data processing. The results of this study show that brand ambassadors have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality, price and promotion simultaneously affect purchasing decisions, while convenience variables do not have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand ambassadors and convenience simultaneously influence purchasing decisions.  Keywords: Brand Ambassador, Ease and Purchasing Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of the BPOM Label and Electronic Word Of Mouth on Consumer Purchase Decisions for Skincare Skintific Products in case studies of FEB class 2019 students. The type of research used is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires, using the Malhotra formula because the population of Skintific users is not known with certainty. the sample used non- probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 75 respondents. In data processing using SPSS, to solve problems in analyzing validation tests, reliability tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, multiple linear regression and adjusted R square tests. The results of the study are the effect of the BPOM label and electronic word of mouth partially or simultaneously having a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: BPOM Label, Electronic Word Of Mouth, Purchasing Decision.
