Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of entrepreneurial skills and distribution channels simultaneously on the interest in buying Etawa goat's milk among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, Class of 2021. The population in the study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, Class of 2021 who had an interest in buying Etawa goat's milk whose number was not known for certain. The approach method used a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 72 respondents and using the SPSS analysis tool. The results of the study showed that entrepreneurial skills and distribution channels simultaneously influenced the interest in buying Etawa goat's milk among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, Class of 2021. Partially, entrepreneurial skills and distribution channels influenced the interest in buying Etawa goat's milk among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, Class of 2021. Keywords: Entrepreneurial Skills, Distribution Channels, And Buying Interest

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of green satisfaction, green knowledge and green trust on the purchase decision  of Skintific products. Purchase decisions are part of consumer behavior that includes choosing, buying, and using a product. This study uses a quantitative approach by collecting data from 60 respondents who are FEB UNISMA students of the class of 2021. This study uses a snowball sampling  technique with the help of the WhatsApp application. The variables studied are Green satisfaction, green knowledge and green trust which are one of the important factors in purchasing decisions for  environmentally friendly skincare products. The results of this study show that simultaneously green satisfaction, green knowledge and green trust affect the purchase decision of skintific products. Green satisfaction and green knowledge partially affect the purchase decision  of skintific products, while green trust has no effect on the purchase decision  of skintific products. This study suggests that Skintific  companies further evaluate their communication strategies regarding environmentally friendly practices that have been implemented regularly and show their commitment to environmental issues through transparent sustainable actions in an effort to build communication with consumers that will affect green trust.  Keywords: Green Satisfaction, Green Knowledge, Green Trust, Purchase Decisions, Skintific Products.

Abstract

Abstract This studi aims to determine how much influence word of mouth, brand awareness, brand image, brand trust, and price have on purchasing decisions for Gajah Baru Cigarettes (study of consumers of Gajah Baru Cigarettes in Pagak District). The number of samples was determined using the Maholtra formula and the results obtained were 72 respondents. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to consumers of Gajah Baru Cigarettes and selected using snowball sampling. Data analysis in this study used SPSS. Data testing techniques used in this research include validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, f test, t test and coefficient of determination test (adjusted R2). The results of this research show that word of mouth and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, brand awareness, brand image and brand trust have no influence on purchasing decisions.Keywords: Word of Mouth, Brand Awareness, Brand Image, Brand Trust, Price, and Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to analyze the effect of work-life balance on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research uses explanatory quantitative research. The data sources for this research are primary data originating from data distributing questionnaires to female workers at the Bakpia Permata Agro Mandiri Factory and secondary data originating from journals, previous researchers and other sources. The population and sample of this research is 36, namely all female employees at the Bakpia Permata Agro Mandiri Factory using a probability sampling technique. The data analysis technique in this research uses SEM-PLS. The results of this research show that in a direct relationship work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by the job satisfaction variable for female workers at the Bakpia Permata Agro Mandiri Factory. Keywords: Work-Life Balance, Employee Performance, and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze and describe the influence of leadership style, motivation and organizational communication on the commitment of management study program members. This study involved a population consisting of members of the management study program. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in 86 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique with the assistance of SPSS version 30 software. The variables in this study include Member Commitment as the dependent variable, and Leadership Style, Motivation, and Communication as the independent variables. The results of the study indicate that: 1) Leadership Style does not have a significant effect on Member Commitment, 2) Motivation does not significantly influence Member Commitment, and 3) Communication has a significant influence on Member Commitment. Keywords: Member Commitment, Leadership Style, Motivation, Organizational Communication

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work motivation, job satisfaction and work environment on employee productivity at PT. Literindo Berkah Karya. Employee productivity. Employee productivity can be interpreted as a tool for assessing the comparison between the quality and quantity of an employee's work or work that has been completed. This research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. This research collected data from 30 respondents who were employees of PT. Literindo Berkah Karya. The variables studied include work motivation, job satisfaction, and work environment.The research results show that work motivation, job satisfaction, and work environment have a significant effect on employee productivity, work motivation has a significant effect on employee productivity, job satisfaction has no effect on employee productivity, work environment has no effect on employee productivity. This research suggests that companies provide job promotions, give appreciation to employees, and improve work facilities to increase employee productivity at work. Keywords: Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Work Environment, Employee Productivity

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to assess the economic, social, and environmental impacts generated by investments made in BUMDes Mutiara Welirang, Taman Ghanjaran Tourism Unit, using the Social Return on Investment (SROI) analysis tool. The SROI methodology is carried out through several stages: defining the scope, mapping the impact, evidencing and valuing the impact, determining the final impact, and calculating the SROI ratio. This research employs a qualitative approach to understand the impacts of BUMDes Mutiara Welirang, Taman Ghanjaran Tourism Unit. The findings indicate that the SROI ratio is 1.59, meaning that every rupiah invested in supporting the village tourism program generates an impact value of IDR 1.59. This demonstrates that BUMDes Mutiara Welirang, Taman Ghanjaran Tourism Unit, has successfully created significant social impacts, benefiting the residents of Ketapanrame Village. Keywords : Community Empowerment, Social Impact, Investment, Social Return on Investment (SROI), BUMDes Mutiara Welirang, Village Tourism, Taman Ghanjaran.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth, Product Quality, and Brand Image on online shopping purchase decisions among UNISMA Generation Z students.  The population of this study is the UNISMA Generation Z who are over 18 years old and have made online purchases in the marketplace.  Meanwhile, the sample used consisted of 85 samples.  SPSS 16 for Windows data analysis.  The research results show that 1) electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant influence on online shop purchase decisions.  2) Product quality has a positive and significant influence on online shop purchase decisions.  3) Brand Image has a positive and significant influence on online shop purchase decisions. Keywords: E-WoM, Product Quality, Brand Image and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of influencer marketing, live streaming, and customer reviews on purchase decisions on the TikTok shop platform in Malang City. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a population consisting of consumers who have made transactions on TikTok Shop in Malang City. Data processing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software. The results show that influencer marketing, live streaming, and customer reviews have a significant influence on purchase decisions, both simultaneously and partially. Influencer marketing is proven to play a role in promoting products through attractive and creative content, reaching a wide audience, building trust, and encouraging consumers to make purchases on TikTok shop. Live streaming is also proven effective, where direct information delivery through product explanations and real-time interactions helps consumers better understand the products and strengthens their confidence in making purchase decisions. In addition, positive customer reviews can enhance potential buyers' trust by providing a real depiction of product quality, thereby encouraging purchase decisions on TikTok shop.  Keywords: Influencer Marketing, Live Streaming, Customer Review, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study examines the impact of Shopping Lifestyle,Fashion Involvement, Hedonic Shopping Motivation, and Price Discount on Impulse Buying among Matahari Department Store consumers in Sukun District. Using Malhotra's formula, a sample of 125 respondents was selected through purposive sampling, and data was gathered via questionnaires. Analysis was conducted with SPSS version 29, employing various tests such as validity, reliability, normality, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, F-test, t-test, and R².
