Abstract

Abstract This research wants to explore how product quality, price, and promotion influence the purchasing decisions of Stars Collections cutomers. The population in this study was Stars Collections consumer, with a sample of 85 respondent selected using a accidental sampling technique. Data collection methods used a questionnaire, while data analysis employed multiple linier regressions analysis. The results from this study reveal that, on an individual basis, product quality plays a key role in influencing purchase decisions, much like price does, whereas promotion doesn't make a difference. However, when you look at them all at once, product quality, price, and promotion combined do have a notable impact on how customers of Stars Collections decide to buy. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, And Promotion

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the influence of work motivation, religiosity and tacit knowledge on employee performance at CV. Makin Jaya. This type of research is quantitative, namely the data can be obtained using a questionnaire technique. The population in this study were all employees of CV. Makin Jaya with a total of 60 employees. In this study, the sample to be taken was all employees of CV. The results of the study indicate that work motivation, religiosity and tacit knowledge simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Religiosity has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of price, product variation, and service quality on purchasing decisions at Dapur Cece Wulan in Jombang Regency. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 65 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to test the simultaneous and partial effects of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results show that simultaneously, price, product variation, and service quality significantly affect purchasing decisions. Partially, price and product variation have a significant influence, while service quality does not show a significant effect. These findings indicate that appropriate pricing strategies and improvements in service quality are key factors in encouraging consumers to make purchases at Dapur Cece Wulan. Keywords: Price, Product Variation, Service Quality, Purchasing Decision, Dapur Cece Wulan

Abstract

Abstract The objective of this research is to decide the influence of Product Completeness and Price on Purchase Decisions at Madura Grocery Store Toko Fahmi among FEB students. The sample used in this study consists of 60 students. The data collection technique employed in this research is a questionaire, and the bata analysys methud used is mutltiple liniear regeression analiysis. Abstract

Abstract  This study aims to examine the influence of Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and BPOM Certification on the purchasing decisions of Generation Z consumers at Sociolla, Mall Olympic Garden (MOG) Malang. The background of this research is based on the increasing role of social media and influencers in shaping consumer behavior—particularly among Generation Z, who are highly active on digital platforms—and the importance of product legality in building consumer trust. A quantitative approach was employed using multiple linear regression analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents who are Generation Z consumers that have made purchases at Sociolla MOG Malang. The results show that partially, Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and BPOM Certification have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Social Media Marketing was found to be the most dominant factor. Simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly influence purchasing decisions, the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by these variables.The findings conclude that the success of digital marketing strategies, particularly through social media and influencer support, must be complemented by compliance with regulations such as BPOM certification to build trust and drive purchasing decisions among Generation Z consumers. Keywords: Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing, BPOM Sertification, Purchase Decision, Generation Z

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and determine the influence of Digital Marketing, Consumer Behavior, and Consumer Satisfaction on Consumer Loyalty (A Case Study of Equal  Coffee Consumers). This research is a quantitative study. The sampling technique was carried out using Lemeshow’s formula, resulting in a total of 90 samples. The data used in this study is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to visitors of Equal  Coffee Malang. To address the research problem, SPSS was utilized, employing instrument tests such as validity and reliability tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests including multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using the F-test, t-test, and the coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that Digital Marketing has a significant positive effect on Consumer Loyalty, Consumer Behavior has a significant positive effect on Consumer Loyalty, and Consumer Behavior has a significant positive effect on Consumer Loyalty. Keywords: Digital Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Consumer Satisfaction, Consumer Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract This study seeks to examine the impact of compensation, work environment, and work-life balance on employee performance at Quality Group Sidoarjo, PT Bumi Jatikalang Sejahtera. The research utilized a quantitative methodology, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 34 employees at the Quality Group Sidoarjo office of PT Bumi Jatikalang Sejahtera. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The findings reveal that compensation does not significantly affect employee performance, the work environment has a significant influence, while work-life balance does not show a significant effect. Keywords: Employee Performance, Compensation, Work Environment Work-Life Balance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of location, price perception, and destination image on tourists’ intention to revisit the Telaga Sarangan Tourist Attraction in Magetan Regency. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method, where questionnaires were distributed to 377 respondents who had previously visited Telaga Sarangan. The collected data were then analyzed using SPSS software. The results indicate that all three variables have a positive and significant effect on tourists’ intention to revisit. These findings emphasize the importance of effective destination management, particularly through improving accessibility, setting prices in accordance with perceived value, and strengthening the destination image, in order to enhance visitor loyalty and encourage repeat visits. Keywords: Location, Price Perception, Destination Image, Revisit Intention

Abstract

Abstract The Study Purpose now entering the digital era, where technology is no longer just a tool, but has become the main foundation in various economic, social and educational activities. Digital Leadership and Creative Leadership are relevant leadership approaches for MSME players, especially students in Malang City. The population in this study are students of Islamic University of Malang (UNISMA) who work in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work motivation, commitment, and job satisfaction variables on employee performance at CV Diginusa Tuffero. The method used in this study is a quantitative purposive sampling method using a saturated sampling technique, where the sampling method involves all members of the population as research samples. The population in this study consists of all employees working at CV Diginusa Tuffero, with a sample size of 37 respondents selected using non-probability sampling techniques. The data collected are primary data obtained through the distribution of online questionnaires using Google Forms to employees. The research results indicate that Work motivation has a positive significant influence on employee performance. Work commitment also has a positive significant influence on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive  significant influence on employee performance. the variables of work motivation, commitment, and job satisfaction have a positif significant influence on employee performance Keywords: Work Motivation, Commitment, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance
